I signed up to try the yoga. The gym was in shambles and nasty dirty in all high touch areas for placing ones hands, including freeweights and machines. I backed out of of the trial and never went to the yoga class after waiting in line to reserve a spot due to the lack of cleanliness in the hot yoga studio. Specifically the smell. Of course, they had me fill the paperwork out prior to trying the yoga class. I let the reception know that I didnt want to continue through a trial or a membership. Its now a year later and I found out that they had charged my CC all along. Some times theyd charge for one month and sometimes theyd skip a month and charge two in the next month. I reported fraud to my back. I had them blocked from charging my card any more. I had a few payments charged back.I received a call from their billing person letting me know that they had a balance for me and that I would be sent to collections last week.I have never once used their facilities in any capacity and I made it clear that did not want to move forward with the trial or membership after looking at and smelling the facilities more closely.I guess my only recourse is this review and maybe a police report next.Maybe it was an accident that the gal didnt process what I meant when I said I dont want to do the trial anymore, Im not going to join, thank you, goodbye. Or maybe they are hurting for revenue with Covid and decided to take desperate measures.Either way, F this place.
They charged two months after I canceled. During stay at home orders, they told me I’d have to come in to sign papers to cancel, which I did in January. They told me then they’d charge me for February anyway because it was after the 13th of the month, so I just accepted that and canceled/signed cancelation papers. I was charged not only for February but also March. It’s important to note they were operating indoors during Stay at Home orders. Disgraceful on all counts.
Love this gym!Clean, great equipment friendly staff.
I love this gym!! Its the best place to go if you have gym anxiety! The classes are amazing and so are the staff and its usually not too busy. I would def recommend if you can afford it, as it can be a little pricey if you want to add extra classes- but still worth it and a great price compared to other places!
Good place for women of all ages to comfortably workout and take fitness classes. The yoga classes are the best.
Fun and busy gym. Lots of classes. Steam sauna... wish they had an infrared as it is more detoxing, but still a wonderful womans gym.
This gym for women has a good variety of classes and great instructors. There is something for everyone at this gym. Cybex weight training, many types of group classes that range from hot yoga, spin classes, Pilates, Barre and many other types of classes. In addition, there are personal trainers. The gym has such a good selection of classes and equipment all under one roof!! The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym offers much and is a good value.
The instructors are excellent. But, some of the staff members are unfriendly and unwelcoming toward new members. The managment is very unprofessional in responding to questions and concerns about procedures.
Very interesting when you decide to ask for a refund or stop the auto billing, both phone numbers either do not answer or simply ring and ring, with no option for a message, ..... NOT GOOD!
Great staff!!
