I called to see if they have gift certificates and I was told they didn’t but would have some printed out and ready for me the next morning. They were ready the next day as promised and were great looking gift certificates packaged nicely. Excellent service. Highly recommend for cuts, shaves, and gifts!

Jim is one of the best barbers in town. Hes the former owner and seems like his trademark hospitality has been passed on to the new owners. We been taking out teenage sons for years here.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Rick for a little while now, and cant recommend him & The Barberhood team enough.My wife found The Barberhood after we tried several barbers down here in Orange County and deciding none of them really hit the mark. Ricks cuts are modern, always consistent, and my wife loves the results! ;)Their shop is clean, nicely done, and they run a smooth operation. Its always good catching up with Rick every couple weeks when I can get in there.You wont be disappointed here. Solid cut at a VERY reasonable price, so tip them good for what youre getting, because its totally worth it.

First time here. Called to make an appointment at 845 am. Came in same day for my perfected time of 4 pm. Haircut, beard trim and straight razor shave. John was my barber and he did a great job. Total time was 45 minutes.

From the call to schedule to the cut to the walk out the door, its a great experience. Friendly staff. Super professional. Great vibe. I was initially annoyed that I couldnt book online or even ahead of time, but in my few visits up to this point, I have had no issues getting in on the day I want. Call early and be flexible!

Visited the guys at the Barberhood today for a cut for my son and myself. They were ready for us on time and and did a great job with our hair. Everyone wears a mask and they did a great job with distancing. I was particularly impressed with the owners response to an elderly gentlemans speakerphone call. It was noisy but before I realized why it was noisy the shop owner was asking the man to take his call outside. Bravo!

The OG owner of the Barberhood barber shop, Rick, gave me an excellent cut. Very stylish decor at this place, and the clients leave looking equally as good. Felt like I should have been riding off on an Indian motorcycle.Really glad I found this gem. Rick and his crew do an excellent job, and he keeps them in line (he runs a tight ship!) First time there, was greeted immediately upon entering . I had an appointment and was tended to quickly. My barber was Tony and he did an excellent job on my haircut. Afterwards I told them all thank you and they all thanked me when I left. One comfortable place to go to to get your haircut, shave, etc. I plan on returning back. I haven’t had a haircut for approximately two months and my hair was looking a bit wild. I drove from San Diego early in the morning to get an appointment and was greeted by one of the owners, Christine. She was cheerful and I got an appointment at 9:15 am with Curly. When my appointment time came, Curly set me up and gave me a great haircut. Knowing that these folks had not worked for a while I tipped 40% and probably should have given more. This shop is social responsible, very clean and the people are friendly. I would make the drive again to this shop from San Diego given the positive experience I had today. Thanks again, Curly.

Got an awesome haircut here, thank you Garrett! Price is standard, place is super clean. Theyre following all the social distancing rules, making sure people have masks, and sanitizing everything in between customers. The whole process was easy and straightforward. Definitely coming back here next time I need a cut.- Get there early and sign up for an appointment that same day. Bring a behind the ear mask and cash is preferred, but they can take credit.

Definitely appreciate this place especially during the Covid pandemic. Guys need haircuts. My regular barber is out of town so I thought I would give this place a try.My haircut was definitely legit. Jim did an excellent job on my fade and put a lot of time and effort into it. Perfect haircut. And I am very picky about my cuts.A couple things I wish they would do:1. Blade and cream my neck line. Most elite barbershops I have visited all do this. The buzzer, even the small one, just doesnt cut as close as a razor blade.2. Offer to put product in my hair when done. I think its important for a barber to comb and style my hair so I can see what the final look is. Plus I had to go somewhere right after and would have loved to have my hair styled when going to my next appointment.Other than that this is a great clean and easily accessible barbershop. Loved the music and TV as well.

Hispanic guy who wears a hat on the left end completely destroyed my hair.Came with with long hair, explained what I wanted and still managed to ruin it.He kept cutting and cutting trying to fix it until there was nothing to do.I honestly regret coming here. This guy should not be cutting hair if he cant even do a regular hair cut.

I get a haircut usually every 2 weeks and this place is great, price is very inexpensive considering the area and surrounding barber shops. They have implemented a lot of rules to help with Covid. Great overall definitely recommend!!

This place was nice. It was quiet but still nice. There were only three barbers which I actually liked. It was my first time in a barbershop and the barbers helped me out with little things that are different from what I am used to. Everyone in there was having a good time chatting. We were reccomended on facebook from one of the barbers wives. I like the haircut that I got and I will definitely come here again. It was a high quality cut for a low price.

Great barber shop. Place was spotless, with 5 chairs, an old school vibe with modern amenities. Only place open in OC during the California plandemic. All of the barbers are wearing masks and require you to wear one as well. Grateful that this family run business decided to open using the necessary precautions despite the fear mongering and arbitrary edicts from Newsom. Their brave decision to stand up and open their business will lead to more small businesses in California to do the same. While I was waiting two OC Sheriff officers came by and spoke with the owner of the shop. After 5 minutes they left, and told him to have a great day. The owner and his barbers returned to serving their community. Bravo OCSD!
