Great gym that is well-maintained and clean with friendly staff. Lots of space and equipment. I appreciated that they enforced the mask mandate back when that was a requirement--not all gyms did so.I just moved out of town and had to cancel; it was very easy with a few clicks online (so long as its within the terms of your contract). This was a sigh of relief compared to some other gyms that have onerous cancellation procedures.

This is a super sport club with the best of everything. I love this club. Its a half hour drive but worth it.

I wanted to try the 3-day trial. So after I filled out my information and got the confirmation email, they told me that I can’t do the the try out because I was a member at a different location years ago. And the only way I can try it is by getting a membership.

I was disappointed when they closed the 24 hr near me but glad this club was available. Its new, big and spacious and should meet just about everyones requirements. This club was fantastic during covid as staff and members were really good about cleaning equipment. The staff has been super friendly and helpful since I have been going but they brought on some new hires in the last few weeks that seem more interested in chatting between themselves than anything else. Still a great club but miss the old staff.

I love going here every morning. I was very happy when the hot tub opened back up. Now to just get rid of masks!!

What a poorly run club. 24 hours is not 17 hours open. If your looking for a new club don’t join this chain as you will be very disappointed. They don’t care about new customers or keeping their existing members happy after closing half there locations.

GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! I have been trying to get in contact with someone from this company, I have called on three occasions throughout February to try to understand why I was continuing to get charged after my term had ended. I asked to cancel my membership and was told only a manager could help me, and that there was no manager in at the time. (ALL THREE TIMES) I then emailed the company and was assured via email that my membership was closed. But they continue to take my money each month. I am continuing to try to get my money back.PLEASE CONTACT ME. I have been emailing your reps and calling your closed customer line.DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE IT TAKES A BLOOD SACRIFICE JUST TO CANCELL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.No wonder you people are going bankrupt.

I was really liking this gym ... but then Covid happened. They reopened many weeks ago but are still at such limited hours. 9 pm close? So you have to schedule to get in by no later than 7:30 pm on their app. Other gyms within the same county are open later than this. Youd think 24 HOUR fitness would at least stay open as late as their nearby competitors.Cancelled my membership and Im switching to Golds. Theyre open until 11 pm and are also in Boulder county. Theyre also less expensive. Thats the other part of this - 24hour wants to charge the same monthly dues though theyre no longer true to their name.Also, poor communication. I sent them a message explaining the reason I was cancelling. All I got was an automated response. Theyve put out no word or update as far as when they might be going back to normal or extended hours.

As a health and fitness enthusiast, and personal trainer, I was immediately welcomed when I came into the facility. I was greeted by Steve, despite the gym being closed for cleaning. Instead of pushing me away and telling me to come back at a different time, he provided an awesome tour, answered any questions I had, and gave me zero pressure in signing up in that moment. I was then directed to Jake, who was able to set my membership up with zero setbacks or holdups. The facility is clean, open, and spacious. I’m really looking forward to working out at this location. Thanks for making me feel welcome!

This is my favorite gym Ive ever worked out at. That being said, there are pros and cons.Pros: extremely clean, friendly staff, wide variety of well kept equipment and amenitiesCons: a bit pricey for what youre getting at the current timeIf youre worried about covid-19 and cleanliness, this is your gym. Their number one priority is clearly to keep their members safe and sanitary. The staff is also super cool, for real!

Really hope they bring 6am group classes back. 9:30am isn’t practical for working individuals, especially now that offices are opening back up.

I can’t say enough positive things about this gym. Every time I walk in the doors I’m greeted by people who take the time to remember my name. With so many people who attend this gym and everything that is going on in the world it’s refreshing to have somebody greet you by name and make you feel welcome. All of the equipment is brand new and the place is kept immaculate! If you are worried about COViD then this gym would put your mind at ease because they are always cleaning and all the gym patrons are very good at helping out. Keep up the good work!

I can’t overstate how amazing it has been to workout at this location. What they are doing should be the standard of what all gyms aspire to reach as far as cleanliness and keeping everyone safe. It is 30 min from my house and after looking at a couple of other much closer brands of gyms, I’ve chosen to make the drive because of the safe systems they have in place here. Thank you to the entire team at the Lafayette 24 Hour for your hospitality and for keeping things clean, spaced and safe for everyone visiting.

Cause its been over 2 weeks now with the wet sauna STILL not working.

I like that the equipment at this 24hr is newer. Staff is usually friendly, but they close at 9:30 still and some of the guys who work the front desk like to turn off the lights at 9:25 which is pretty annoying.

Gym is beautiful and super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I really love some of their yoga classes, and have gone to a few other classes that were great as well. Equipment is in fabulous condition and is nice and clean. I got a great deal from Costco for a 2 year membership, and even just for the yoga, it is worth it to me! Now I should start lifting weights again :o) Love the location; super convenient.

The Gym is Great! The staff just stand around and don’t really try to maintain the cleanliness especially with COVID-19 you would expect them to keep up the work during the day but instead just spray some kind of chemical on the machines and it makes machines very oily. They can’t at least wipe it down once they spray it, we don’t want oil on our hands. The restrooms and lockers are a lot better now prior to Covid-19.

Really great facilities! I love how big it is and how many treadmills they have. It is very clean and kept. The pool spa area is amazing. I love everything about this place. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I truly enjoy going here. I will most definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

Very clean and well organized. Friendly staff and new equipment. However, they ended reservations 15 minutes early, which is absolutely unacceptable.

Luke is a very good trainer alot of fun makes it go fast. Feel like it working and will get me to my fitness goals he differently give me a through work out. The gym is clean and offers everything you need.

It is a great place to workout. The people there are nice and respectful.

Handle Covid poorly, can’t use equipment you want because you don’t have a pass to get to that area of the gym. Depressing workout in a room with no mirrors, one set of weights and 2 bikes. (that were both in use.) You cant use machines unless you get there 20 mins ahead of your reservation. Rude employees are incompetent and call a manager to help instead of doing it themselves. Not worth the money.

Great new facility, excellent cardio and weight equipment. The facility is being kept extremely clean. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful. I’m in there almost every day, at various times of day, and the staff are always diligent about keeping all the machines clean, and members are doing a good job with wiping equipment down after use.Tons of space inside, I’m very rarely within 10 feet of another member, even during the busiest hours. They’re allowing people to workout in 90 minute time slots which is enough to get in both cardio and strength training, and they clean in between.I feel 100% safe working out here. I worked out here the last day they were open before quarantine, and was back the first day they opened, and most days since, and I haven’t gotten sick nor have I ever felt at risk of becoming sick.

I was impressed! The gym was clean, well staffed and had a great feel to it. They have 5 squat racks (maybe six? Was distracted with all the nice equipment) which is great. The only thing missing was a hip thrust machine which is important to those of us trying to grow those glutes! In all seriousness though, I would recommend this gym to others and youll be happy with your visit.

This gym is a total waste of time and my money. I definitely do not recommend joining. Ive been there 3 times in the last month only to be told either they are at capacity (Even after checking in online) or they dont have the keys to open.

Just joined this club in Lafayette. Its beautiful, the classes are good, the membership fee is reasonable - its a really nice club. The people that work here are friendly, knowlegable and pleasant.I ran into an issue with the initial free fitness training appointment - Im disabled and wanted to work with someone to help me on the machines to make sure Im using them safely. What I got was a personal trainer appointment that had nothing to do with the equipment, and then a sales presentation - would I like to pay $895 a month for 12 sessions? The trainer was great - but it wasnt what I had said I wanted. It really turned me off, and reminded me of the old days when gyms were pretty much predators for young college kids with no money.Im happy to say that the training manager Stephanie stepped in. She set me up with what I need, gave me another free session and made it right. That makes such a difference for me, and I feel like I can trust the club now. Thank you, Stephanie :-) But watch out for the sales job that the trainers are required to do.

3/5 only because no basketball back yet and the court is full of work out equipment. We need basketball court back ASAP!

GM doesn’t follow Mask Orders. He claims that they can exempt patrons from wearing masks and that they don’t have to follow Boulder County Orders. This also includes allowing his staff and patrons to wear masks with one way valves in violation of the order. When I brought the violations to his attention, he offered for me to not come to the gym.

Mask required at all times but its no issue to me personally. Must reserve workout times for 1.5 hours. Clean environment and friendly staff.

Honestly it’s super overpriced for what you get. It’s clean and everything, but when you need help like a managers help they’re never there, or they’re working out. What kind of business say “oh sorry they can’t help right now, they’re working out.” That’s just bad for business and horrible service, if your the only manager there be on duty when people need you. “Working out” is not a good excuse for not helping when needed. It’s rude.

Really nice affordable gym . Enough weights for everyone on all levels to get it done . Hopefully it doesn’t get super busy but we’ll worth the money and the ability to go to multiple gyms ....

Its alright! The staff is less than helpful, the internet is horrible, and the cleaning crew cleans the equipment while youre working out! Looking forward to changing back to LifeTime in due time.
