I love their high intensity interval training program. It did bring out the best in me. I am returning here from time to time to try their other programs.

Very clean, the staff is very courteous. All the members I have met have also been very friendly. The only knock is that there are no showers and very few plate loaded machines. It is probably an insurance concern since it is a 24 hr fitness center but on the sled machine, I have already maxed out and am doing one legged machines.Also for some reason, there is only two barbells available so if someone is doing a superset, everyone is sol, The times I have done over the back 3 months, I have not run into this issue and I go at the 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM busy times.

Its a gym. The equipment is well maintained. Its hard to say I love it. Because its just a gym.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of equipment. Positive atmosphere.

Clean gym, not crowded, rarely anyone obnoxious there, open 24hrs, no wait for equipment most of the time. Obviously no amenities like showers, child care, pool, etc. But fairly priced for what you get.

Clean facility. I can go to any Snap the US. The workers are friendly. The atmosphere isnt intimidating.

Decent place to workout. I only gave 3 stars because I’m convinced their A/C doesn’t work.
