Our office recently switched phone services to UpLync. Great customer service and post sales support.

I truly wish we could say we have had a good experience, but it has been pretty awful. The install in December of 2020 did not go well at all and we have had almost weekly issues with the system to date. Tech support has been hit or miss and often dismissive of our concerns even when we are able to show proof or demonstrate issues. As I write this review our phones are having issues once again, while tech support and our sales rep neither one can be reached. I truly believed we were making a good decision to go with a small local company for our phone service. They came highly recommended and we were excited to get the local support and the reliability we were promised by Pete our sales person. Unfortunately they have not be able to deliver on that promise. Our UpLync system is unreliable and a constant source of stress while costing our company time - money - and clients. I write this review today out of desperation that maybe it will motivate someone to get more involved before we have to look for another vendor. It appears to me that this company has grown faster then their support staff and technology can keep up with - they have really dropped the ball for us. I would be very cautious about making a switch to Uplync at this time based on our experience.A point of note - we are in the electrical / technology / integration business as well. It often gets brought up with with IP phone systems and the internet of things that network instability is the problem. We have a dedicated Wintek fiber line to our shop with a business grade network system that is under management from a professional IT company. Network reliability and performance is not a factor with our phone service issues.

We recently had our new phone system installed and we LOVE it! The staff was great throughout the entire process. They seem to really know their stuff and have been so helpful. They made the transition from our old system to the new system super easy with no downtime at all. If you hate your phones, I highly recommend UpLync!

The entire Uplync group was great to work with. They made the whole start up process easy. I also like that its a small group and you know that your talking to someone local when you call.

UpLync has been just fantastic. We moved our business at the end of this year and got new phones and new internet. We have had some trouble with static on the phone lines. UpLync worked with our IT team and our internet service provider to hunt down and properly diagnose the static problem. I have been thoroughly impressed with how GOOD the people from UpLync have been and how persistent and determined. If I had anything they could improve--I would say they have really bombarded me with requests for feedback which can be a bit much at times. However, they are ON IT. I am SO glad we have updated our phones and that we are using UpLync. They are really great!

I have worked with UpLync for about a year now and they have the best customer service! When I email them with an issue, they get right back with me and keep me updated if the solution is not an easy fix.Definitely recommend them!!!

I would highly recommend Uplync. The staff has been courteous and accommodating from install to follow-up! I always receive prompt replies to any questions I may have and Sarina never makes me feel as though my questions are stupid and she shows lots of patience. Loved our install man as well (sorry there were so many people installing that week I forget his name - perhaps Alex?) as for he saw my colleague and I physically struggling with an aspect of our move and without hesitation assisted us. The professionalism we have received has been outstanding! If I had a negative, and totally reaching here, I would prefer to have a more in-depth booklet on how the phones work vs. quick start up guide for that is really basic. Again, probably only me for the install guy did thoroughly go over everything but with everything going on the week of the move Im afraid my brain got overloaded :-)

Excellent products! Uplync has been able to provide a LOT of options for my business that have been beneficial in making more money and training staff. But even better is their customer service. As with anything, technical difficulties may arise, but Uplync has always responded quickly and efficiently. I am more than just another number to them.

There really is no comparison. We had Uplync but for VERY stupid reasons made the dumb decision to switch to Vonage. That immediately proved to be a nightmare so we gave Metronet a try. Also a freaking nightmare. So after 6 painful months, we went crawling back to Uplync and begged them to take us back. We are now smooth sailing again on the Uplync train. Theyre just so great!!

Top notch service and support, saves us money every month, we replaced a $7000 phone system for a fraction of the cost and now have so many more options and possibilities. Uplync Communications helped us switch over from crummy old telephone lines to a VoIP type system over fiber. Everyone I have dealt with through out the conversion has been nothing but helpful. I cant express how important a helpful support is to me, and Uplync has it. Mike was here when I asked. He made the transition for us go as smooth as possible. We had some issues, but that was to be expected in the scenario we were in. The service up time and clarity has been a million times better than our old regular phone lines. I need to say something about the price as well. We were paying nearly $1000 per month in phone bills through our old phone company. Just from switching to UpLync we have dropped that to less than $300 (Unfortunately we had to keep some of the phone lines). If you are reading this, and dont have your phone service through UpLync - pick up your old phone and call them to upgrade your phone service and downgrade your phone bill.
