I was looking for a summer job and went through Lofton. They were able to find exactly what I was looking for. All it took was one week to get everything sorted and I was put to work! The staff was more than helpful and super friendly!

All of the staff here are truly one of a kind. They do everything they can for every person that comes in. They have honesty and integrity to there clients and employees. I can truly say that this group is amazing and never give up on trying to help good people find good jobs.

Worked for this company for over 2 years. and got laid off from a temp job. tried to file unemployment but the company said i resign when i didn’t resign. nor did they send me a letter stating i resign, all to avoid me getting unemployment.

I was never paid for the first job site I was put on. For the 3 hours I was there.A employee asked me about an accident I got in nine years ago and I told them I HAD memory loss nine years ago. I got kicked off of that job site.Bc they stated that I have memory loss which is untrue.Recently I was given two separate schedules one schedule I only had 2 days for the week (I was not going off of that one)Same schedule dates I was given a second schedule so I went off of that one for the weekBc I had my 40 hours scheduled on that one. The office workers at the Broussard location are very unprofessional and said I was a no call no show. But I was not scheduled for the tue with my 40 hours for the week.They always made me drive out of my way to the office to tell me information they could have over the phone several times.I hope no one else has to be treated unfairly like this.

This company is very unprofessional. The receptionist answers the phone, prepares the work that needs to be completed on the computer, and does your interview in front of everyone in the waiting area. I was told there were many permanent positions available, but once I got hired, that was not the case. I was constantly driving 30-45 minutes out just for an assignment. One week I had 57 hours, the next week I only had 7. Mind you, this company pays every Monday. It is hard to maintain a household with a job that is not stable or constant.

This company reported false information about my case stay away

As a former employee, I tell you that it is difficult to get paid. RS23:631 is apparently a law they are unfamiliar with as my checks were withheld upon my resignation. For the record, I quit because of the payroll incompetence of Lofton. My checks were backlogged one month and the result of yet another Lofton mistake. The staff, including the head honchos, could care less about issues with small cogs in medium sized wheels. This company SUCKS. If they cannot handle payroll for one part time employee, how do expect them to handle large accounts? Dont waste your time with these folks; on either side of the fence.

This is the most unreliable job you can ever work at. They never have anything in order an are always rude. DO NOT GET A JOB OVER HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!! They have done many things to me, an no help. Most definitely will never go back over there.

I originally went in for a job that was said to be available and got dodged for an entire month. I went through testing, paperwork and rude recruiters who only care about having a body at a job so they can get paid. I have a business degree and have been offered positions to pick up garbage at festivals and jobs that are below my educational level.

This place is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I would not work for these people, my husbands grandmother passed away and the told him that they dont believe him and that he was being disrespectful to them. If I could I would give the zero stars
