Had me come to the office three times for applications, tax forms and testing for CAT. Told me I was hired, but orientation was 3 weeks out. After 2.5 weeks of waiting, they called to tell me my background check didnt clear CATs requirement (7 yrs clean record). Could have figured that out sooner, as I passed on other job opportunities during the wait. Waste of time.

Theyre prejudice and fake I could tell they didnt wanna hire but they played a role like I was valued also they have been lying to me about employment oppurtunities

Liars they told me I have interview on Thursday 9:30 in the morning, they call me around 8:30 to told me that the person that was going to interview me was off that day so they are going to reschedule my appointment for Friday or Monday is Monday already at this moment is 11:00am and nothing. There’s better temp agencies around don’t trust in this one..

All u people that are posting all this nasty stuff about CFA you know honestly u probably had a bad experience with this company because you are unprofessional tbh bc i had absolutely no problems with them payed on time... The ladies that are over certain jobs come and check to see how ur doing during the week no complaints

Really take serious these reviews. This staffing place is really horrible disrespectful unprofessional people. I have no idea who raised these women in there. But their mamas should be ashamed. I do not recommend applying here. So many more other places. This is not your only option people. I can’t believe they still running. Don’t feed rotten companies like this. Don’t let nobody belittle or mess around your time and money. They definitely need knee staffing inside that damn place. They need start there. Know they will talk about you to other people coming in and applying. Law suit waiting happen. Whatever happen to confidentiality? Looking into suing.

The person who runs the place is very ignorant, disrespectful they talk about their clients in the work office when they leave. They hire anyone they can find you don’t have to have any type of staffing training what so ever so that explains why everyone in there has no idea how to talk correctly. I know for a fact they will be shutdown sooner or later.

I had a very pleasant experience working through CFA. Everyone that I worked with was kind and courteous. All phone and email correspondence was replied to quickly and effectively.

Extremely unprofessional place to go in search for a job. They do not stay in contact or update you on anything. They are closed all the time. And the staff is very rude.

CFA Staffing really need new employees. They are the most awful people who work for a Staffing company. The females are blatantly rude and disrespectful. Also the place is unorganized.
