As I have kids and can work school hours.They call me to start at 6am jobs. Jobs in Opelousas(that start at 7am) or Weekends. Or things that is not my Forte. Im a welder, and a truck driver. Im not a office lady. I like to stay busy.Found a job that fit and I get told well thats a oilfield job you dont want that. MAAM thats what I wanted for a job IN MY LOCATION I REQUESTED and they are willing to train.THIS JOB ISNT HARD TO MATCH UP OR RETURN CALLS. But they will waste your time.

I was hired in the middle of a difficult move, despite that Kally stayed on top of my everything; so the hiring process was *relatively* painless. (despite all of the covid shutdowns.) I would definitely interview with advantage again.

They are professional and very helpful when it comes to finding a job that best suits you.

Dont let the bad reviews steer you away because I found a job immediately with them. I believe most bad reviews are from the fact people didnt get the job when they wanted and chose to write their reviews out of anger. Any staffing company sometimes cant make magic happen and get you the job right away and some people are just too impatient. To each is own.

If you have that TRUE gut feeling that your a match for a job these people can make it happen.Do your part and theyll be sure to do theirs.

THIS COMPANY DESERVES -10 STARS. I am writing this to save someone the letdown of being misled. I am shocked and amazed at this company’s STILL in existence. The name change from Will Staff was just a move up the alphabet. The service and help in locating jobs or evening returning simple email or phone call inquires is still just too much for the company’s employees to do. And they say they are looking for professionals! HA maybe they should place “real professionals” in their own positions. Perhaps then they would have greater success at matching the right employee and employer. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR GET YOUR HOPES UP WITH THESE FOLKS. Hate to say it, most of these reviews are true.... Seems like most other staffing agencies actually attempt to get you working ASAP. This one just seems like they dont care, met the quota for the month, whatever it may be. Dont waste your time leaving them a voicemail unless youre promising to give them $2000.00 you wont get a call back. Youll get a job faster by doing apps and calling companiesorwarding e-mails yourself Ive found. Or going to a different agency....

I am with most of you. I have been applying for 3 years and they have DECLINED every job I have applied for. The last one wasnt even 24 hrs old!!!! Seriously people take the advise from all of us here DO NOT APPLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They do their best to help you find employment.

I had a good experience when Sherrie worked there. She talked to me for 30 minutes getting to know me and signed me up to a great job. When I went back a year later looking for work, she was gone. The women that I talked with want to market me for a specific field. I told her I would take any field. She acted like she was deaf and would not listen to me. To make a long story short, they did not help me find work. And I know other people who are a lot less qualified than myself who find jobs through them.

I have applied for several jobs through this staffing agency. I have been declined for every one, even though I had the experience for some. They never give a reason. They deny people for jobs without even speaking with them. When I called to get an explanation, I was told that someone would call me back. They never have. They are unprofessional.

They are horrible! I went in to look for a job i have 2 degrees. One of the staff promised me an interview with a company when i called back she gave me an excuse then stsrted ignoring my calls. They judge you from how you look! Its sad bc people really want to work and they play with your emotions! They tried to tell my mother what job she needed to apply for when my mother told them what she wanted to do. Their job is to help us find a job but clearly dont care! God will get them for how they treated us when we are trying to work honestly and look for a job. They can judge us from appearance but we will find a job without their help! I do not recommend this place at all!

Ive applied with staffing agencies before and have had good results. This company, however, not at all. First of all, they post fake jobs just to get you to come in for an interview. (Now, probably a lot of staffing agencies do this, but that is not the worst part.) When I went in, I got sent on an interview within days. I did not get that job, but I never got called back for any others, either. Total silence after that. I have a Bachelors in Business and was just looking for a change. I work as an Asset Manager. Do you mean no one in the city was looking for a smart and qualified employee? There was nothing else they could find for me? That is the point of their business! Furthermore, while I was waiting for my interview the receptionist was gossiping about a co-worker who took a sick day but might not really be sick. Get to work and worry about doing your job. By the way, I recently responded to a job post online and sent this email to the recruiter with Advantage who posted it. I emailed it on 5/4/16. Needless to say, it went unanswered.Ms. Luke,I came across a job posting on LinkedIn. It is an Invoicing Position. I believe it is in Abbeville, but I was wondering if you have anything else. I did go in and interview with someone in your office at one time in the last few years, and I went on an interview immediately. I did not get that position, but I did not hear back on anything else. I had a job (the same one I have now) so I did not harp on it too much. I have a Bachelors of Science in Management and I have legal and accounting experience. I am pretty presentable as well, and give a good interview. Do you mind looking at my file and see if it was something about me specifically, or maybe just the economy at the time?
