There are one of the worst companies I have ever worked for I would not recommend them whatsoever

Didnt call me during my scheduled interview window. Woke up earlier for no reason. Not even a follow up call from them even though they are the ones who messed up

You can never get intouch with anyone at the Lafayette,IN office they dont give you the correct information and they dont care if you are paid when your supposed to be paid

ResourceMFG is one of the best temp agencies in Lafayette. They are very quick on finding work and the staff hospitality is excellent. Definitely makes you feel welcomed and I am proud to be apart of ResourceMFG!!!

Ive worked with ResourceMFG in the past couple years and just started back. I love the culture of the company. They remember applicants by name/face and have a variety of job assignments to choose from. And I love the new building for their site. I highly recommend this agency!

I have never had a Problem with this place. I walk in without a job and I walk out with One. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Its very okay here. Its hit or miss with them placing you in a job that makes sense for what you can do. Its hard to get a hold of someone here when it comes to logistical errors. I say this is a last resort place if you absolutely cant find a job, whatsoever.

I have been going there for a few years. I walked in last week and noticed change. The only job offered was wabash. I then told her i wasnt allowed to work there. And the only thing she did was hand me a paper for more staffing agencies. Very unprofessional! I didnt know working in a office would let you wear hoodies and blue jeans. I first didnt know who was an employee.

They were very fast at getting me placed with an employer, they were helpful through training, and very patient with their employees, understanding when i needed time off. The staff was very informative and professional i would chise this agency over any due to the respect and friendliness they showed me.

Excellent team, very courteous and friendly. They are knowledgeable and definitely on top of things. I would recommend them to anyone. Check them out today if you are looking for a job!

Listen they are the best. Resource MFG staff are good at placing people with really good jobs. Take my word for it. Its the place to go to find a good job. Most of all they care.

The recruiters dont call you back when you need a job and the main office dont wanna help you calendar is always full when you call them and its stupid to be a business partner for them when they cause been calling for 2 weeks for a job they keep saying that they will have someone to call me and they never do so I wont recommend going through them

Do not look for employment through this company. The staff was really rude and unpleasant. There was no professional atmosphere the front desk girls had very bad attitudes. To be honest they might have even been racist. They do not put people to work in a timely manner and also they rip of the workers! DO NOT APPLY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY HERE! Thank you

I just moved here and I have to also state before anything that I was very skeptical about working for a temp service again. ResourseMFG are not only efficient in finding you work they are very professional and polite.

This is the third time they shorted my pay. And the first time they didnt even fully pay me back. We where supposed to get a raise as well this year. I only recommend this place if you like to get constantly ripped off.

I was placed at one place and when that didnt work out they havent even called to offer another position even after applying multiple times.

They are all sooo helpful and kind, wonderful temp agency to get a job through!

They placed me on an assignment and they approved of my steel toed boots. Went to work and they sent me home. Said my boots were not acceptable. So i went and bought brand new boots. Went and showed them the new boots and they sent me back. Got to work the next morning and they sent me home again saying that they told resource they didnt need me anymore. So i went home and when they opened i called. They said the woman in charge of that client contract would call me back. And they never did. Waste of time and gas.

Loved it places people as soon as possible and you can always leave smiling or in a good mood

They said my background didnt pass after I already worked at the place n question. Another time I needed a new job and they saidi wish it worked that way 10 min later I worked for EA staffing

Resource MFG, is pretty banging, I mean it may be a hit and miss for some, but even if you have worked for them, and thought you may have left on bad terms, stay persistent, bug them, calls, I guarantee you itll all work out 💯 HAPPY 2019 GOOD VIBES

First off the company needs to do something about how Molly Presez handles there employees she was totally disrespectful first off employees make the temp agency without us u wouldnt have a job. Treat people how u would want to be treated. To everyone reading my review please write about these companies that treat you bad so they will change how they do business I thought I call corporate and got my issue solved and had a interview only to go and find out rudely that I was talking to a call center and they should have read Mollys notes and I wasted my time and money coming to the office in Lafayette Indiana and I could not work for them for a year after a year why would I come back after a year. Please write your reviews so we employees of the company who make the company will not be treated like this. Make them change how they do business Thanks people one bad apple can make a company go bad hopefully somebody from corporate reads this and reaches out to me to solve the problem. Theyre very lienant. I was having problems with wabash and they had no problem starting me on TK right after. Theyre a great staffing company to work through and to work with. I recommend them 100%.

Was lied to about third shift. Got stuck with a 1st shift. When I said im not working 1st anymore they wrote me a nasty message. I would never recommend this place.

I applied for a job through them. I keep calling and calling to get my training scheduled and nothing so far
