For such a small place they are amazing. I had to have my car inspected and couldnt start until Monday but Savannah was very understanding and changed my start date. I went in today and was offered a position to start on Monday 08/10/20. Staff was very helpful with filling out forms and help getting a job. Idefinitely recommend Elwood Staffing to anyone who is in need of a job.

We have tried using other Staffing Agencies in the past. However, the others could never find quite the right fit for our needs. From the first time that we spoke to Ms. Meredith, we felt that we had finally found a Staffing Agency who, not only understood our needs, but could also find the right person to fit our needs! Sure enough, they found the Right Guy! We hired him as a Temp-To-Hire, right before Christmas. And, as of 04/13/20 we hired him on as a permanent part of our team! Thanks to Ms. Meredith and everyone else at Elwood Staffing for making this process soooooo much easier than it had ever been in the past!

They were very good and helpful in getting me a position to start right away. Stacy and Meredith are very professional.

This Agency is a joke, initially the people that work there are nice and seem helpful, but they never call you with any job leads, i always had to call them. They posted jobs that did not even need to be filled, and to make matters worse when you call them about a job, they say they will call you back and they NEVER DO AT ALL!!!!! they always have the same five jobs posted on there website. I would not recommend them to anyone do not waste you time, go with someone else

Great experience meeting with these ladies! I was welcomed with a smile and taken care of immediately. Friendly atmosphere. Even after I left Chelsea sent me a follow up email with potential opportunities I might be interested in pursuing. Highly recommend!

Very professional environment at main office. Stacey and Chelsea were very helpful and friendly throughout the hiring process, and treated me like a person instead of just a potential paycheck for the agency. Their were several employment opportunities to choose from on the day of my interview - some in my trade and some not - and I was not urged to take any one position (unlike at other agencies i have worked with). After working through staffing agencies for over 15 years, I highly recommend anyone to check out Elwood Staffing before settling with any other in the lafayette LA area, or nationwide.
