I cant say anything terribly bad. The experience I had wasnt super remarkable either though. I think maybe theyve got the wrong name here on the internet and for the store in general. They seem to maybe just focus on smart phone repairs. I had a laptop with a bad hard drive. Getting conversation with the guy at the counter was like pulling teeth. I had to ask a focused question to get an answer. He took my laptop. Plugged it in. Turned it on and said yep its bad and then gave it back to me. Can you fix it? Nope. And??? Wasnt a real helpful experience. There were closer places to go in Lafayette.
