Brought my phone in for a cracked screen to be replaced. Had no battery life issues or charger connection port issues. Battery had been replaced less than 3 months prior. Within 24 hours of picking up my phone, phone would not charge, phone charging cable I used just fine the night before no longer working. Phone finally came on a day later after charging, battery immediately drains within minutes of using phone. I suspect my battery and charging port were removed and replaced with broken and bad battery and charging parts from bad phones that this location had on hand. They are stealing your parts... I should have gone to the Ambassador location like I planned to. I paid $88 dollars in repairs to have my internal parts stolen from me. Also replaced screen blinks and touch features are erratic. Thanks for nothing.

They wanted to charge me $419 to fix my Samsung phone when Samsung will only charge $279. They are out of line and ripping people off left and right. Old saying says Cant make money off of smart people.

I brought my phone for a cracked screen and when I got it back, the screen blinks like a night club and colors dont look good when set on low brightness. Lifetime warranty they say. So I went back because I understand parts may sometimes be defective. But after 15 minutes, Im told theres nothing they can do. 165$. Great service🤣🤣🤣😡... I dont recommend!

Went to this store on a Monday to check out their pricing for doing two battery replacements for iPhone 7s and was told its $150 or 30% if I provided my own batteries which brought the price down to around $109. I went back Wednesday to do the repair and provided my own batteries but the same front desk worker from Monday tells me its now $131. He did not have any explanation as to why it was $22 more and when I asked him about the 30% discount he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Contacted customer service about it and it has now been a week and I have not received any information about my refund. My receipt shows that the batteries were charged equally and not at the 30% discount promised

It was a fast process. I was taken care of right away and explained what was going be done to my phone.

Very friendly people, I went in for a battery issue. They fixed it. Then I noticed my speaker wasn’t working, went back for them to tell me I have to pay more money for something that they could have messed up. They opened it up, then proceeded to tell me something was wrong with my speaker. Though it worked fine that morning. THENNN I get home and my front facing camera is blacked out and won’t come on. I went to fix one problem came out with 2 more problems. This is not what I expected, beings they were so friendly and clean.

When you walk through this door there any many things you can buy in this store. Including chargers and headphones. The associate JT was very helpful in helping repair my sons iPhone. He fixed my glass in under 30 minutes and put on a temperate glass as well. JT is a wonderful helper and person. Horrible experience. Brought my sons iPad in to fix a cracked screen. The guy calls says it’s ready and while we’re on the phone he pushes the corner down and cracks the screen. He admitted the corner wasn’t properly done bc he DID NOT TAKE HIS TIME. They redo the screen again at no cost BUT I go pick it up bring it back home and notice at the top where they have a white plastic piece, it has been chipped away at while prying the screen off and the front camera is scratched and there is dirt/dust under the new glass. Also there is a huge gap on the side and the glass moves when touched on one side. I go back for at least a partial refund. They give me $25, which is a slap in the face. So I still end up paying $100 for low quality work. They offered to re do it but I was not letting them further damage my iPad. I did not trust them after that. Beware of bringing any device of value to these people... at least when changing a screen is involved.
