Been calling. The phone just rings. Too bad. He fixed my daughters phone, yeah he did. Now when she tries to get back in touch she gets no response. I get no answer on the phone either. Hoping through here we might get a response. Just saying. You should stand behind your work. And answer your calls. At least have an answering machine. Not very professional. I cant give a good review to someone who doesnt do the right thing

I recently visited this place to get my charging port and back glass repaired on my iphone 8+. I was told that was going to take 2 hours to repair my phone but he didn’t finish until 4 hours later. Once I received my phone it was dead but I decided to leave anyways because I was late for work because it took so long to repair my phone. After a while I realized my phone still did not charge despite my charging port being “fixed” and can only be wirelessly charged. Also although my silence/vibrate button worked before it now doesn’t and there is now burn marks forming on my screen. The customer service was great though but I refuse to go back because I’m scared he might break phone even more. So if you wish to go to a “repair” place that will break your phone even more go here.

My phone wouldn’t turn on. I had went to other iPhone places and they told me I needed a new phone. I went to these guys and they fixed it for me and told me it was just a loose wire and they didn’t charge me. I was so shocked with the customer service . I don’t expect all services to be free, but the integrity blew my mind. Thumbs up for Rite Way Repair LLC. Richard is the most passionate person I met dealing with electronics. He goes the extra miles no matter the customer. He works so hard and doesn’t receive the credit he deserves. I appreciate him dearly. Thank you God 🙏 for having a blessing like him.

Go elsewhere!! Google says this business opens at 11am, went there at 11:30am and he was closed. Very unprofessional. This is unreliable service.

Someone on letgo sold me a phone and reported it stolen, these guys were so helpful and got my phone back in working order. I was skeptical at first, but then was just speechless when he said your phone is working again. Their prices are fair, the place is nice, and they are very courteous and professional. I wont go anywhere else, but here. Its a shame when someone would say something bad about these guys, like that girl jessica. I can vouch for these guys that they are honest and have the customers best interest in mind. They fixed her phone, yet she took advantage of their kindness to get her money back after all they did for her. They deserve more recognition than they get. thanks again yall!!!

Fraud. This guy is a scam didn’t fix my phone(imei repair) and kept my $80. I made a police report and disputed my payment with my bank.Update: I finally got my money back. Beware this guy writes his own reviews.
