Called the owner to tell him the issue at the car wash. He called back screaming that nothing was wrong. Terrible service

The car wash that never fails me

Went to the car wash and used there service, there wash arm broke my driver side wiper blade and twisted the passenger side blade thanks a lot at least my truck was clean hope it don’t rain on the way to the parts house to spend $40 on new blades. I’m never using them again.

$10 wash as close to hand wash for the price!

Squeaky clean

I paid for a 15 dollar car wash. Once I got into the car wash the lights started to malfunction prompting for a rinse without washing my vehicle. The owner happened to be there and once I pulled out he stated that I couldn’t get a wash and that it was my fault and that it happened because I pulled up too far. I pulled up where I did because the car wash told me where to stop with it’s lights and buzzer and started malfunctioning from there. I told him that it was fine and that I would just not come back to that car wash and he then proceeded to pay for my wash.. the cheaper 6 dollar wash so here I am still losing out on money and still not getting the service I pay for. Very unprofessional service. I would recommend to just not waste your time.

Going wash rental before returning. Wash selected, payment inserted. Change didnt come back, wash never started. Contacted the number listed. Says to meet for 7 as he will be arriving. Traveled from Missouri. 7am is not feasible. Not today. Any other options to settle the matter? Thanks in advance

Pretty nice. Might even get the package.Update...I signed up with the top package and I couldnt be happier. The price equals 2 washes in a month but you can go once a day, every day for your billing cycle. This Definitely Pays For Itself!!!! Area is clean, well lighting and soaps/solutions are always full. A+++ only downfall is the vacuum takes quarters with no change machine..wish it took cards and also had the air freshener dispenser. Just bring your quarters and interior cleaners

Had a miscommunication with the staff and wasn’t able to get the wash started, Michelle the owner called me personally and apologized and went with me to the car wash and sat with me through the wash. I was pleasantly surprised and how thoughtful and caring she and her staff were! Thank you Michelle and the gator wash staff!

Good Carwash..Met the Manager Mr.Lester..nice guy! He really keeps the area clean with good customer service as well. He handles any problem professionally.
