After it was tinted there were sliding bubbles that appeared and son as I let them know they fixed it right away. They were kind and polite on this first visit with them.Oh, and the bubbles never came back up either. It looks wonderful. Great job guys!

I had a rotten meat smell in my car (long story) that made it absolutely reek to the point that my car was almost unusable. I checked out some other places in town and Premier was the only one to get back to me and say that they were available. They were busy with other appointments but Cameron dropped everything to help me out and my car was back to normal in no time.

This is the Second Car that we have had done. They are very professional. The work that they do is high quality. They complete the job in the time that they say. Will use them again if we get more windows tinted or for AutoUDetailing. Highly Recommend Them.

Asked to match factory tint on back windows. They called me day of appointment after I dropped off night before to ask if I had an appointment. Why would I drop my car off if I didn’t???

The detailing work itself was very well done.Unfortunately you have to call their Lafayette office to schedule an appointment in Kokomo, and it is tucked behind a car dealership with no prominent signs to direct you. They are cash only unless you want them to pass their credit processing fees onto you, and was told I could not pay on the spot, but rather wait for an invoice. Odd system

I was referred by a friend. I never heard of Premier before.Matt had detailed my vehicle and let me just tell you...WOOOOW!!!! Words can not express how well of a job he did! I have 3 children and they had wrecked my vehicle.He cleaned spots I had tried to get clean for MONTHS and couldnt!!!He put a110% in his work and it shows!!!Thank you Matt!!!Definitely will return!!

Paid for a full interior and exterior detail, plus engine, and got a glorified car wash and vacuuming. Found crumbs between seats, completely missed areas in console and air registers, spots I was able to wipe from the interior lights, and definitely unconvinced they shampooed anything. I went home and cleaned a “detailed” car. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went and got a full detail done on my vehicle . Paid $219 for the service. Price was decent but the service was not . The car was still dirty and seats still had stains on it . Pay a little more and just take your vehicle to Ziebart where you know you will get your moneys worth. It was my first time trying this place and most likely my last.

(delayed review)Got an interior detail done with pet hair removal on my car. I brought in a very tall order, because I had struggled with removing the pet hair from my car trunk. Previous owner had a dog that shed A LOT. I have to say that I was very impressed with their work. Trista took care of the detailing and Justin worked the front desk. They were very professional and did a really good job. My car was squeaky clean and all the pet hair was gone! I never expected them to clean it that well.They take appointments over the phone and prefer it if you leave your car in for the whole day. The pet hair removal was an extra $40, but totally worth it. I would definitely come here again if I needed detailing done. The price isnt low, but its worth the quality.

This is a great company to take your vehicle for tinting your windows or getting a detail done. I have done both with them now and they did amazing both times. They are very professional, have great customer support, and will work with you on anything that you are not happy with. This was the first time I have every got my car detailed and it looked almost brand new when I got it back. I was very impressed with it and will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Have had work done on my wifes vehicle (remote start and full detail) and the detail was excellent. I recently got just an interior detail and was disappointed. I had to take back my vehicle to complete the detail (clean things that were missed), and even after the second detail, had to point out obvious things that were missed. I would definitely recommend detail work if the original guy did the work (didnt remember his name). I doubt I go back for my car however.

I am very pleased with the detail job. The staff at premier were very accommodating. From the very first contact on Saturday morning till I picked up Monday evening. The staff Jenny, Justin, Ellis. All clearly explained what was done. And if it was not to my satisfaction. They would do their best to make sure anything was fixed. Premier did a fantastic job all around! The interior of my truck looks so great you cant tell I hadnt done it in 2 years. The express wash on the outside looks great (Picture was even after some rain). What I am most impressed with was the tint job they did. Couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. Last week, Premier did a ceramic tint job on our 2018 Chevy Trax. I was really impressed with the communication from the beginning, especially during a pandemic. Laura reached out to me AFTER business hours, the same day, to explain their services in detail via email. I had no idea what ceramic tint was at all, but decided to opt for this upgrade after speaking with her back and forth via email. I dropped our vehicle off about 5 days later for our appointment. It was so easy and quick to leave the key in their secure drop box before I went to work! About an hour after they opened, one of the technicians called with some questions about what we specifically wanted (just to be sure it was our preference) and he was incredibly polite on the phone. The car was done less than an hour later and ready for pickup. It looks like A DIFFERENT VEHICLE now - we love it! I will always recommend Premier to anyone in Lafayette that is looking for a high quality tint job for a very good value! THANK YOU ALL!

Good work..but Ive given these place my business with 3 cars today i went for my 4 car.They wasted my time leaving the car there waited an hr to call me to tell me car had light tint already wanted to charge me extra $100 to stripe it off.Didnt offer me a discount or anything for my car already there.aside the 3 other cars i gave them my business.Not a thing..i had walk back since i had to stay around area to pick up my car..Wasted my time so early in morning.The thanks appreciation for a loyal customer..Lost my business will let people know

My car was in need of an interior detail so I decided to go with Premier and I can say with confidence that I’m glad I did. Their office is really nice, clean and elegant, and even has free coffee. Their staff was friendly, polite and professional. So much so that they gave me a ride back home after I dropped off my car. They were finished with it the same day I dropped it off and it came back looking totally brand new inside. Every little crevice was spotless and the car smelled fantastic. It didn’t even seem like the same car! They cleaned all the windows and other places you wouldn’t think of like the headliner and the trunk. To my surprise I was also left with a nice air freshener hanging on the mirror and found an extra one for later stuck inside the console. I will definitely be returning to them for any of my future detailing needs and think that the service I received was well worth what I paid. I will be more than happy to suggest them to all my friends and family.

I had the Full Detailing Service from Premier on Wednesday. All the staffs were super nice and professional. They did an excellent job on my Civic that I have just bought. I recommend everyone to invest at least once a year to get your car fully detailed. When you drop off your car in the morning, they also give you a ride.

My friend and I brought a car into this shop for auto detailing. When we got our car back, we found our bag left in the back of driver seat and the chain of bag was broken. After we filled out the damage report, we havent been contacted since then. I will keep updating until this incident has been resolved.Update on Nov 1st: It turns out the owner,Donte Wilburn, was having a surgery so he wasn’t able to make the call in time. When he got back, he immediately explained everything and offered to fix the bag for us. Thank you Donte for outstanding customer service and hope you feel better! Will definitely come back again to this place!

My car had some serious stains that I was unable to remove myself. I was amazed they managed to get most of them out! With contact being limited at this time, Donte was still very accommodating, friendly, and was able to answer any questions I had over the phone. Overall, the team did a great job, my car looks almost new!

Did a great job tinting my windows. They lost a star only because my rear window defroster was damaged and instead of letting me know before tinting, they tinted it. So now when I get it fixed, Ill have to get the new glass tinted.

My car has never been so clean and free of smell. I have young kids they tend to spill a lot. I have never been able to get rid of the smell until now even with going to other detail places. Bless them!!!

Excellent customer service. My vehicle looked new when I picked it up. Justin did a great job cleaning the interior and when it was finished he showed me everything he did to make sure I was satisfied. Jordan the front desk attendant answered all of my questions and she had a great attitude.

Very satisfied with how well they did on the interior cleaning! There were lots of coffee spills from prior owner. I had asked for them to remove exterior magnified mirrors that had been attached from prior owner as well and they did a great job removing without any damage. They also removed all internal and exterior stickers! Great job Premier

This is hands-down the best place I have ever taken my vehicles to. I took my son’s Chevy Traverse SUV to Premier auto last December, and this car was a mess I mean a mess-dog hair and two trips to the West Coast and back without any attention to the interior. When my son returned after the detailing I couldn’t believe it was the one we dropped off. And on top of the super nice people at Premier their rate for this detailing was more than fair, a true value indeed! Super easy and simple process even during COVID. I emailed on Tuesday and received a response almost immediately - my car was tinted that same week and done in a couple hours!

I had a flat black Subaru decal I wanted put on my windshield. I called Premier and Justin was able to get me in pretty quickly. Bret Hudelson is who applied my decal and I couldnt be happier. Looks great, and not too in your face. Thank you Premier, I will be back!

The entire staff at Premier Auto Detailing is just fantastic. A few days after they did some detail work and treated the windshield on my new 2020 vehicle, I noticed some streaks/scratches on the glass. Oddly enough, they were totally invisible in normal light, but when the setting sun shown directly in the car, they were obviously and numerous. Premier tried buffing the glass and reapplying the product, but it had no effect. To make a long story short, Dante happened to be in the second time I had the car there and he looked at it. He took out his phone and made a call to somebody at the dealership. He told them in his professional opinion it was defective glass. I got the windshield replaced on today. I highly recommend Premier, where it’s very obvious that they know how to treat customers.

I have gone there now twice with two different vehicles. We got tint removed on one car and another car detailed.They were extremely courteous and professional in every interaction and the cars looked amazing. It has been two weeks since I got our SUV detailed and it still looks great. I own Stepping Stone Animal Training therefore the company car is always blanketed in dog hair. In addition, mix oops left the sunroof open + hauling 7 bales of straw + dog vomit and you get a scary alien life form growing in your car. Daniel M bravely fought the hair/straw/dog vomit beast, found a lost credit card and made the car so clean that the steering wheel keeps slipping through my hands! Will recommend to all our dog clients for sure!

This was an incredible experience. I took my car here for an external detail, and they did an amazing job on it. Everyone was so genuinely friendly and helpful, and they really went above and beyond.

I had my car and my husbands car detailed a couple of weeks ago and was very pleased with their work. The customer service was amazing, from the phone call to schedule our details all the way to the tour of my car showing me their work.Just yesterday I came to understand why their service is so outstanding. I happened to be in line at Subway with the owner of Premier. The line was long and the Subway employee was alone taking care of each customer with a smile. When it came time for this gentleman to pay he praised the worker for her good work and attitude. He also offered her a tip and expressed his gratitude for her job well done. If he is like this as a fast food place, I can only imagine the example he gives his employees at Premier Auto. He gained an loyal customer yesterday.

I was pretty underwhelmed by their service. For the price I expected alot more. No shampooing or upholstery cleaning.

Ive had my vehicle detailed twice and each time was a great experience.Their attention to detail is obvious when you pick up your vehicle. Scheduling my detail was easy and they worked with me to pick up my vehicle after an oil change. The individual who did my derailing (I think Ale) was great. One thing about Premier Auto Detail is that they appreciate my business and it shows in their work.

Jordan (front desk lady) was nice and quick service and even price matched for me and still included the warranty. The parking was a little weird and its not in the nicest part of town but once you go inside it is fine. I only had my front two windows tinted to match the back and it only took 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

First off, the work is pretty darn good, Im pleased with the work they put in and they really transformed the car. Im more frustrated with the fact that I wasnt quoted a price when dropping off my car. I thought I was getting a more simple interior cleaning and the bill was much higher. Whats all the more frustrating is that I paid almost as much for one upgraded service and one regularly service as I would have for a complete detail on the car. Had I known, I would have upgraded me plan. Lastly, when I informed the person checking me out that I wasnt told about the cost or the option of getting a better package she was a little indifferent. She was the person who took my keys initially and all she had to offer at checkout was... Well normally I let people know, next time Ill be more careful. Why not say, hey I know for $20 more you could have had your car waxed and polished, if you want to pay the difference we can get that done for you. Just a bit frustrating paying a lot more money than expected and not getting a good value compared to the other services they offer. Again, pretty decent service, everyone was polite, just could have easily left me a lot happier as a customer and gotten more money from my pockets.

Poor quality work

More expensive than Ziebart (for example) but they do a much much better job. They clearly put the effort to clean every nook and cranny of the interior of your vehicle. It is also apparent that they are passionate about taking care of cars. I also got my windows tinted by them. So far their performance has been 5-stars all the way.

Best place in town for both detailing and tint. Got my car in quick and had it done way before they told me it would be. Inside of my car didnt even look this good when I bought it. The guys at Premier do amazing work and customer service I bar none. Will definitely be back to get more work done with them. Cant go wrong here.
