I went to the self-serve Bay. One was open. The other was closed. It is supposed to be $5 for 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly. The equipment looks new and well-maintained. High pressure detergent has a good pressure and washes off most dirt. Clear coat protectant is the same as wax and it really actually comes out. Im surprised because most car washes dont have anything but water. The foam brush has lots of foam and works well. It looks like they only take credit cards.

Today we dropped in for a car wash while visiting from out of town. I’m subscribed to the monthly unlimited plan with Crew, but my sticker never scans when I pull up to the reader. I’ve visited four or five locations near the Carmel/Indianapolis area and no one has ever offered up a solution. Olivia was the first to volunteer to create a new sticker and move it up for us so that it would be able to be read. I really appreciated her taking the time to solve a problem that most people haven’t. She’s incredibly sweet and it was a nice gesture that was greatly appreciated. Michaela was also great for helping with the previous sticker removal!

The employees always have a smile on their face and a chuckle when I dont line up or get my gear into neutral in time. Folks that work here are always top notch in customer service!

I went to this car wash after visiting two other local car washes, where my experiences were not up to par. Honestly, my expectations for Crew were low because of this. When I pulled up, there were TONS of cars, which almost convinced me not to stop — I didn’t want to wait an hour for a car wash! But, despite my reservations, they moved the line faster than I could believe. It was like Chick-fil-a level speed. There were so many cars, and before I knew it it was my turn already! They really keep it moving!Aside from the speed, the wash was definitely way more thorough than the other washes I’ve had around here. It left a few minor spots, as most automated washes do (and it’s more visible on a white car), but overall I was very happy with the wash!My one complaint is that the monthly packages really are not worth it unless you wash your car once a week. During the winter, I want to wash my car more often than I normally would, which gets costly. But the packages are definitely not cost effective, either! There really should be a better loyalty program/package for repeat customers!

Excellent car wash, staff was friendly and knowledgable. Car came out very clean with just a basic wash. We dont come into town often but we are going to visit this Crew location every time.

Basic car wash is now $10.00, but its the best automatic Ive ever experienced. The bug soak gate is just what I needed and its great! I purchased a 4 pack of gift cards for the price of 3 at a warehouse club so the cost will be more palatable to this cheapskate. ;)

I had a coupon for a free wash from a local car dealership. I used it today, and with all the hype about crew car wash, I expected my car to be clean. I went through twice, but my windshield was still pretty dirty with stuck on bugs. I dunno. I just was not satisfied with my experience. The guy we talked with was very pleasant and polite, though, so he alone takes it from 3 stars to 4 stars.

Attendants were smiling and helpful. They had tools ready to remove my antenna so it didnt get damaged. The process was quick and pleasant. The vehicle in looked great and dried quickly.

This business is great other than the staff. The assistant manager Paul is absolutely disgusting towards customers and completely unprofessional. To have someone that represents the company interacting in that manner towards customers in a bad image for the company.

We have the unlimited pass and it is well worth it.

Wash went really fast as they were cranking everyone through (lots of cars at the time). Could have spent a little more time drying and it would be a 4 star or better. Some hard water spots on the car after.

Quick service, no wait, car was clean with only water spots left on windows. Only inconvenience is listening to their monthly subscription speech about unlimited washes. Just wastes my time, but hey, that’s how they make their money. I still use them because they never disappoint!

Lost receipt, but visited the location in Lafayette off 26, I’d like to point out, zack, was very helpful and made sure my car was clean, considering it had months worth of bugs on it, he even took time to use a rag after going through the car wash twice and the bugs wouldn’t budge! Outstanding service and best pressure washers in self service bays on the first visit. Went a week later and the self serve bays were closed and i asked if they could open one up for me and they guy made sure it was working again in front of my face and then said no go somewhere else.

I am always impressed with the service at crew Carwash. I drive a heavy duty truck with tow mirrors and I almost never have to get out of my truck and fold them in. Someone always comes out to fold them in for me. Also tonight at the Lafayette, IN location the young lady pulled my muck boots out from in between the cab and my toolbox and handed them to me. These boots were covered in cow poop but she was brave enough and kind enough to get them for me so I wouldn’t have to. 10/10 as always.

Doesn’t wash clean sometimes, have to go through the second time in order to get all the dirt and stains washed off completely.

My car was damaged during the wash. Received a professional quote from Gerber Collision and Crew Carwash refused to pay for all of the damage that was done.Update: in response to Crew’s response... I did talk to somebody on the crew team and was told that the full damage would not be paid for. I will be canceling my unlimited wash and not return.

I brought my car to get washed after gettin a brand new back bumper put on and noticed the wash bending my plate and i didnt think anything of it until one day i seen that my license plate light was dangling down and the bracket was broken. So i brought it to crews to show them the damage and they refused to fix it when i know for a fact i had a brand new bumper put on and nothing was broken before goin thru their car wash. I was an unlimited customer and cancelled my services and refuse to bring my cars to their car washes ever again. All over a 65 dollar piece that they refused to pay to get fixed. Its the principal of the incident not the dollar amount of why im making this review. Please be careful this place will damage ur car and refuse to pay for damages. They lost alot of money bc i took several accounts and closed them w them bc of this one incident.

Crew Carwash is a fantastic service! The individual washes may be a bit pricey, but they are well worth it for the quality. I highly recommend getting an unlimited pass, though. If you wash your car more than a couple of times a month, youll definitely come out ahead with one of these! The on-site vacuums are also quite handy, with one on either side of the car to allow for more than one person to work on vacuuming at a time. The employees are always very friendly, even during busy times!

I was passing through and needed a wash. I brought the wash from the gas station. I think it should be better advertise that the wash is separate and down the road from the gas station.

I was disappointed with the change they have made of not mopping the windshield automatically on the first run through. I had a lot of bugs and even though I went through a second time, I still have a good amount of bugs left. Not worth the $15 I paid.

As with any car wash, either the sprayer sucks, or the vacuums blow... The sprayers worked fine and the vacuums, well metaphorically speaking, they suck. That being said, the attendant was helpful so I was able to get done without too much out of pocket.

I hate being this person but I really have a story time for you guys. I recently moved to Lafayette in late September. When I lived in Valparaiso I went to Crew Carwash nearly everyday because it was so close to my house & I love keeping my car clean. I loved the Valparaiso carwash. The vacuums were free. The employees where always happy & smiling. When I started going to the Lafayette one I started to dislike the carwash. The vacuums are NOT free. The little fiber cloths that spin around kept getting stuck in my bumper. I talked to managers multiple times, I was trying to be heard. I just couldn’t understand why the Valpo Carwash never did this, but the Lafayette one always did. The managers would always say “Our systems are the exact same, so I don’t understand why this would happening here but not there”. or they would say something like “it’s because your car was perviously damanged”. The cloth issue wasn’t that big of a deal, because they would come out with tools, but then I started to have a bigger issue. Since there was so much cloth stuck in the front bumper and constantly being took out, the driver side& passenger side of my front bumper is now popped out. I filled a complaint. After waiting about a week I just got a response saying: “we find it most likely your front bumper was loose or damaged prior to the wash.” I’m very upset. My car is in very good condition. It has never been in any type of accident. The fact that Crew never decided to listen to a valued customers voice makes me sad. I will be cancelling my unlimited subscription. There is no reason why my car should be getting damaged to a carwash that I have used for almost a year. Bye Crew👋🏻

After relocation, i have had called and asked for cancellation of monthly membership subscriptions. They even refunded last month fee without asking.Amazing place with full of smiling people.

This was my first experience with Crew Cawash and it was a great initial impression. I went to the Lafayette Indiana location and dealt with the Assistant Manager Zack. I was impressed with his friendliness, appearance and overall customer service.
