My disabled brother needed a gas water heater installed at short notice due to safety issues. Called Ace and they would not provide an installation amount. Ended up having to use them to install the water heater. Their cost was DOUBLE what most other installers charge! And to make matters worse, they installed the wrong type of water heater! They installed a natural gas heater when it should have been a propane water heater. My disabled brother almost lost his life due to Ace Plumbings mistake. Please beware of what you are getting when dealing with them!

Called for a plumbing and electrical quote. Was told that it would cost double the estimate even though its the same company. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

We only contacted this company due to the reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot say that we are satisfied with our experience. My husband called due our water heater possibly going out. The service would be on a Saturday so we were informed that it would be $58.50 just for the person to come out. The individual was here for a few minutes and informed us that the reset button on the water heater had popped out. He pushed it back in and told us the price would be $201.00. I called Ace Plumbing to verify. I spoke to Kayla, who informed me this was correct. That pushing that button was considered relighting the water heater and due to the weekend the worker was paid time and a half. He was literally here for a few minutes. She was adamant that $201.00 was totally justifiable for the time and work put in.

Wont give you quote over the phone and charge you to come out!

Dustin and John were super professional and kind. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me fully. They worked hard (till 7pm) to fix my plumbing, but had to come back early the next day. They got it done. I recommend them 100%

After finding a small leak under our kitchen sink, my husband decided he could do a super simple valve switch by himself. This twisted piece of pipe was the result as well, as bigger leak than we originally started with. Naturally this was on the weekend so I was expecting to have sell my organs on the black market to pay for the repair and call out fee, but a nice guy named Damien showed up within the hour, quickly fixed the issue, and luckily my husband will live to see another day because we paid MUCH less than I was anticipating.

There isn’t much good I can say about a company that charges $334.00 to change a bathroom faucet. They came out while I was gone because my wife noticed a leak under the bathroom vanity. Granted, when my wife called and told me the cost I was under the assumption that they were changing the entire sink for that price, since I had a licensed plumber from another company install and plumb a hot water tank for around the same price. The minimum service charge of $39.00 was also a stand-alone cost and not rolled into the total cost as a credit to the service amount so it’s a bit shady to call this a minimum service charge and still charge you the $39.00 when you exceed the minimum service amount... I looked up the make and model of the faucet they installed; it retails for about $50. You do the math. Their “up-front” pricing is anything but upfront. Because when I called and spoke to the lady who answered, she couldn’t tell me why I was charged about $250 in labor for 20 minutes of work. All she kept saying is that it’s priced per job. Maybe, but it still doesn’t change the fact that even if you marked up the material 100% to make it 100, I’m still left with $234.00 for 20 minutes of labor. If you like your money, please choose another company for your plumbing needs because it’s downright shameful they charged anything even remotely close to $334 to change a faucet. I know better for next time who I won’t be calling, and I hope I save someone the heartache of spending that much money.

Very poor customer service I called and asked for a plumber she asked for my information and stated that I will have someone call you when they are on their way to your residence . I waited about 3 hour non phone call . So I called back and the lady stated that we are sorry we dont know if we will be able to get to you today . I stated to the lady if I would have known that I would have called another company out that could come out today . Communication is part customer service ! A lot of wasted time !

So we called them @8:30am they called us right away to say someone was on the not even in 5 min which was great when the guy got here he didn’t have what he need so he left and said another guy was gonna come, 2 hours later another guy came and he didn’t have what he need and said sumbody else was gonna bring it cause he let another plumber use it so the another guy come along with the other 2 from this morning our bathroom has been disconnected since 8:30 this morning and now it is 2:30 going on 3 and we had to go use the restroom somewhere else which is absurd when the first time they should’ve came already prepared. We can’t use it outside we’re not animals !!!!! I get back in the house and there laughing and giggling in The bathroom instead of doing the job that should’ve been done it doesn’t take 3 trucks and a trailer and 6 people and still not even close to being done I am highly upset 😡😤‼️‼️‼️‼️

I was very pleased with the speed of service and the quality of work performed. The technician arrived within two hours of my request, very courteous and did quality work.My issue is with the cost of repairs. The work was done in less than an hour and the supplies were around $50.00 (I priced them myself after the work was performed) and yet the charge was $415.00. I find that extremely high in relation to the level of work performed.I received a follow up call from Ace the next week and I relayed these thoughts to the caller.She was not at all interested in why I thought the price was too high and stated thats why they do up front pricing. As I explained to her I did agree up front to the repairs, but only because I was in the midst of other home projects and absolutely needed the work done ASAP.If Im ever in need of a plumber again, I will definitely call another company. I recommend you do the same.

EXPERT CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys were amazing! The guy was super nice and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also identified a future situation that I will most likely have to deal with in 6 months or more but with no pressure to buy or pay to have those services done immediately. He even cleaned the floor and swept my kitchen when he was done! Overall their staff is courteous and polite!

I called Ace last week because I have had serious clogging issues in toilets and sewage backing up in my tubs and showers. Yuck. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they did come out after the initial call, so I was expecting great service.The plumber spent all of about 20 minutes and immediately determined that the issue was our sump pump that was burnt and quoted me around $700 in addition to the $49 service fee.(which i did have to pay him and kind of feel I should get it back), I felt that was really high and wanted to get someone else to quote it so I had another company come out today and the sump pump in fact worked just fine but just wasnt plugged in all the way BUT I did have a major grease build up in my main line that the new plumber diagnosed relatively quickly and the problem has been fixed and only 4 hours after the initial call made and The cost didnt come close to what they wanted to charge me to fix a problem that actually wasnt a problem. Definitely wont use again and will not recommend to anyone.

We love them. they are honest and do great work. I like that they will give you an exact price before they start work so you arent caught off guard with an unexpected fee. Service technicians are very friendly too.

Their techs are courteous, clean (even down to the paper booties they put over their shoes when entering my house) and knowledgeable. Every service call has been handled promptly and in a professional manner. They go beyond the norm to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their service. After calling 3 other plumbing companies that advertise 24/7 service (one nationally franchised and two local) to attempt to get service on a Sunday evening, Ace Plumbing was the ONLY company able to deliver on their 24/7 promise. I called at 8:15PM, the technician arrived, diagnosed, performed service, and packed up all by 9:15PM. Our technician, Kenneth, was professional and friendly. Job was done promptly and without any silly pricing games. Up front pricing on the dispatch and the service. He also checked to make sure everything was working several times before calling it fixed. Finally, he took great care to keep my home clean when working by slipping on shoe coverings when entering the house. Will call these guys first from now on and not waste my time with the others that claim theyre here to help and do not deliver. Save yourself headaches and call these guys first, I sure wish I would have.

TERRIBLE! Told me they had availability to take a look at a leaky faucet but when I told them I was a property manager she said they didnt have time (because they expect payment at time of service). Not sure why people dont assume I am not going to provide our company Visa! WOW! Lovely people.

My experience with Ace Plumbing has always been excellent! 2 weeks ago I called them for a pipe that burst in my backyard. The service technician that came out was very professional and friendly. He was able to detect exactly where the leak was and repaired the pipe in a timely manner. He also took time to show me exactly what the problem was and exactly what needed to be done to repair it. They always have upfront pricing so there are never any surprises. Excellent service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff...Ace will always be my 1st choice!!!

We hired Ace to fix a faucet on our tub that had ruptured. The initial service call went out on a Sunday. We understood from their dispatch person that the fee would include a Sunday charge. When the plumber got there, he explained the situation and then instead of charging us to replace the faucet, he capped the faucet so that he could return on a weekday (at a lower cost versus the Sunday hourly) to fix it. In addition, he took the faucet warranty with him so that they could see if they could get the part covered. They returned two days later, fixed the faucet on the tub, installed cut off valves, and treated our home as if it was their own. The upfront pricing was met and not exceeded. We love the $10 coupon we get plus their customer service folks were brilliant!!! In the future, if we have any plumbing needs, we will be calling Ace.

I had a very serious clogging problem with an unknown source. Blaine researched the problem thoroughly and professionally. He was very patient with me and that helped to reduce my anxiety! He solved the problem! I was very impressed with his tenacity regarding the resolution of the problem.

I Recently had Matt the electrician at my home. He solved the mystery immediately for a light in my hall bathroom that gave me problem for years & changed an outlet under my carport that now is available for all my outdoor projects. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing & Electric.

Had a water leak meter spinning .I called Ace . They sent me a well respectful professional (Mr Chris B) who listen to my problem unlike all other companies that was pushy and tried to down talk Ace to get sale.He came out and charge small fee to access the problem. Had 2 options also went into detail about both jobs. HE also brought Co worker (Jerimahi ) to help I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A JOB DONE WITH GUYS THAT STAYED POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE THERE FELT LIKE FAMILY

I could not have been more pleased with my service experience. The technician was very nice, wore shoe protectors, and gave us a price before he started working to repair the situation. He also kept us informed as he was resolving the problem. The work was guaranteed for 30 days. Within that time frame, we had the same problem come up again, although for different reasons; nonetheless, the company did not charge us for another service call. The company also phoned a few weeks later to check on things and to see if we were pleased with the work done, which, of course, we were! I definitely recommend this company!

It would be nice if Id get a call back for an emergency. No one seems to work the 24 hr. Dispatch thats advertised.

Ace was upfront and honest about all work. Our water line to the meter busted due to tree roots and started leaking. Ace was the first to respond and Damion spent a good hour trying to get through the roots to fix the leak. We ended up having to get the meter relocated. Thankfully my husband was able to get LPWW to do an emergency relocate, but we still needed to get the lines ran to the new meter. I called Ace and Damion was nice enough to come back out with his coworker the same day and not leave until they had it done so our family would not go without water. You never know how much you need water until you are looking at not having it for a couple weeks! Thanks for all the hard work guys!!!

Never got a call back from the 24/7 line. Called on Monday for help (someone will call you back shortly) and was called back two days later with news that a plumber was suddenly ready to come over. Really disappointed. I was hoping for better service. Couldnt someone have given me an appointment or a call back sooner?

I called Ace plumbing at 8AM, and by 10AM everything was fixed and working great. They had great communication letting me know when the truck was coming, and the technician was very efficient. Ill be using these guys again.

Absolutely insulted by Ace Plumbing, Inc. As a business owner myself, I have just been completely insulted! This company denied me service because of where I live. They actually told me over the phone, We do not go to that neighborhood, it is too bad! I would never deny anyone service that I offer based on the type of neighborhood they live in. I cant even believe her reaction on the phone when I told her where I live! As for whoever made that executive decision (as I was placed on hold), you have really made me feel horrible. You dont even deserve the one star rating that I had to give you to publish this review.

I had 2 toilets replaced 3 years ago and had to pay $300 for them to come back and secure one to the floor. Then, I had another toilet crack because it wasn’t secured to the floor and now they say I’ll have to pay $400 to replace it. Also, I told the technician that one of the valves was leaking but he insisted it wouldn’t leak once the new toilet was installed. But then he had to come fix the leaky valve the next day. Overpriced labor for subpar plumbing!!! Go somewhere else.

No shows from Carencro!$87 to tell me I have a leak and need to call a leak detection service.I know I have a leak; thats why I CALLED in the first place!Called the next day to get them out to repair the leak now detected.Called again; be there tomorrow.Called again; be there tomorrow.Aucoins Plumbing did the job and did a good job.These jokers called three weeks later to say they are ready to do the job.No thank you; never again.

We had a leaking pipe in our front yard that caused the water company to turn off our water. Chris responded to our call in about an hour and spent the next four hours digging his way to the pipe and getting it fixed. They were upfront with the prices the whole time, and saved me from being without water for a couple days. Id called other companies and no one could get me in until the next day or more. Chris was polite and an excellent worker. He was able to localize the problem so as not to disturb too much of my landscaping. Id definitely recommend ACE to anyone.

Plumber who came to check on our gas line did absolutely nothing. It was obvious to us that he did not want to be here and yet we still had to pay the call out fee. We called the office and asked for a manager to call us back but no call ever came. Very sad to run a company like this...

I called to have a technician come out and find a leak, the tech found the leak to be inside a wall joining 2 bathrooms together, I asked what needed to be done? he said that in order to change the leaking valve that I would have to remove a vanity and all the sheet rock to expose the leaking valve, I asked him when could he be back to fix the valve, he stated to just call and he would be back at anytime!! so after 2 days of removing the vanity and the sheet rock i called and they could not go that day but will be there tomorrow, then at 4:00pm I was called again to be let known that they cant come tomorrow that the tech was booked for another job, in the mean time I have to go and shut off/on the water to my house every time someone needs water, well guess what if ACE cant hold up to their end, then I will find another plumber that will not beat around a bush, not only did I want the leak fixed, I was going to have alot of other work done, but Ill give that 1500 dollars to someone who will do what they said they were going to do!! THANKS FOR NOTHING ACE PLUMBING

All they have done on 3 occasions is to tell me how much they charge just to come out and look at my situation. I agreed all 3 times, still havent shown up. Obviously they have enough business already.
