Wonderful experience with this company. We were having a problem getting the insurance company to fully cover our roof after hurricane damage. The staff of Hub City Home Improvement & Roofing lead us through the process of dealing with the insurance company. Thankfully, our new roof has now been completed. The roofing crew was efficient and completed the job in a timely fashion. Many thanks to the owner, Jared Trahan, and to Kyle Canon for their help and professionalism.

Hub City was amazing, more specifically Mr. Kyle was amazing! Kyle was upfront with me from day one regarding the scope of work, cost of services, and timeline of when work would be started. Long story short, my insurance first told me that the damages to my home (2020 hurricanes) wasnt enough to meet my deductible and I was on my own...It took three separate adjustors to evaluate my roof (only one actually went on the roof to count the the missing shingles then call it a day. My estimate then went up to around $2000. After I called Hub City Kyle came over, got on my roof, took a ton of pictures while and had a list of notes concerning my claim. It took a number of months fighting with my insurance company (as Kyle advised me it would), but the end result was a full roof replacement. After being given the notes, the pictures, and sadly enough a quick class on the law (Kyle literally had to produce a copy of building codes / requirements and provide that to my insurance company while disputing what was covered). By the time it was all over my insurance company agreed to pay Kyles full estimate down to the penny. Kyle was honest, communicated with me every step of the way, always on time, and the work that was done was perfect. I pray we dont get hammered by storms again but if we do and I have any roof damage I will 100% use Hub City and Kyle again.David M.Sgt. USMC

We recently had a great experience using Hub City to replace our roof. What i liked most was their ability to take all the leg work and worry out of the painful process of dealing with our insurance company. Our sales rep. Baylen did an amazing job getting us EXACTLY what we wanted. He was always prompt with responses, call backs, and keeping our insurance company on its toes. I was also very impressed with the construction crews attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality of work. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right!

Amazing company. They were so great to work with replacing our roof. I highly recommend working with Baylen Morse. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and professional.

My review may be a little different than most. Jared and Cory are aquatints of mine and have helped me completely remodel my entire house knowing at the time I couldn’t afford the labor rates on such a big project. They came out and gave me their time, tools, and knowledge for 3 weekends and didn’t charge me a dime. Just goes to show where these guy hearts are. I’ve worked for them in the past and I must say that I have learned one very important thing from them and that is. Honesty, cleanliness, being respect and truly caring and understanding what people are experiencing is very real to them. Having compassion for others in crises and not taking advantage of vulnerable people during bad times is what we are supposed to do at all times. I go on these same values at Cj’s plumbing and at the end of the day I feel good about myself and the customer don’t feel like they’ve been used. Great guy, great team, great work. Every time. Hub City Home Improvement and Roofing are my guys for any job I have from the ground to the roof top. Shout out Jared and Cory!!!!!

Well where do I start . In todays day and age it is so nice to be able to shake a mans hand and he holds him self and his employees to a standard second to none. The wife and I had just a horrible time dealing with our piece of you know what insurance company . Thanks to Cory and Jared they never gave up on us and our roof . They where like a couple off old hounds after a ribeye steak. I called three companies to give me estimates for repair . Had one company not even show after two phone calls . Had Roofing Louisiana come and spend almost three hours to give me a estimate and finally had to ask the guy to leave . I couldnt begin to guess how long a roof would take to put on with them :) Mr. Jared Trahan the owner himself came to my home and shook my hand and told me my new roof was going to cost me just my deductible and it did. A good man can give his word and hold himself to it also they put methe Atlas Roofing shingle #1 roof on the market today. Thanks again for your impeccable workmanship and patients .
