I cant brag enough on this salon. I took my 16 yr old niece to get her hair done and she had the time of her life! Everyone and I mean that passed engaged with her. And at the end everyone told her how great her hair looked. Stephanie was absolutely fantastic and my niece loved her along with everyone else she encountered. I also enjoyed myself. The staff was hilarious and friendly. It was honestly a great time!!!

My 1st hair dying experience:I went in for a medium pink hair that was basically a fade from my natural color to solid pink. There was definitely a miscommunication somewhere and they left a lot of brown in the pink and did a pink that was a LOT brighter than what I wanted. This color also appeared very differently on my head after only 1 wash; 1 side become very bright pink and the other side was noticeably more purple-ish. And it was only more noticable as it faded as the purple said wasnt fading nearly as much as the pink side. When I reached out, my stylist said that colors just fade randomly sometimes. I believe this is true, but I more believe this is an issue of her mixing the colors differently. Through a low review on fb, the owner and my stylist, stacey, reached out to me wanting to fix it. We had a date scheduled, but my stylist cancelled the morning of bc she was under the weather and said she would be back in touch. After like 2 months of her not getting back in touch and not responding to my messages, I called the salon and got reschedule finally. I went in expecting to get what I originally wanted, natural hair color fade to a darker medium pink. They quickly told me that it would be impossible, but did offer to color some more of the brown left in my hair. They did offer this bc my biggest issue was when I pulled my hair forward (the way I mostly wore my hair) it was like 1/3 brown and looked bad. So they fixed that and did a few tests to find a pink we agreed on. Did it and it came out better this time. Also, the color faded evenly this time.Overall:Dont go here unless you know exactly what you want and can speak in very simple clear terms. Show lots of photos, maybe ask your stylist to send different photos back to make sure they got the idea.Photos:They show the progression of my hair new to faded (faded almost completely bc of how long it took to finally get back in the salon due to my stylist not reaching back out) and then the last 2 are my hair re-done. Which I would honestly give the re-done work 4/5 but I rated my whole experience.

I went in not knowing what I wanted and had 4 different hair styles and colors. I told Stacey (who did my hair) to do what she thought would look best. She talked me through the whole process of what we were doing and I left with hair that I LOVE.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and plan on going back when I need it touched up or want something new.

So let’s first start by saying Stacey is A•M•A•Z•I•N•G! Highly recommend her!Now, the salon itself is RADICAL! Yes, I used a 70’s phrase because when you walk in there’s records everywhere, photos of awesome hair everywhere, and the music they play!😍 it’s like you’re walking into an old record store! The vibe is amazing!Now the hair. So I went in for not only my damaged hair (COVID Hair) but a cut and a Christmas festive color. As soon as I walked in I was greeted so nicely. Once I met Stacey she made me feel at home and ease with my messed up hair. I told her what I wanted and she got to work. She was really sweet the entire time I was there, by the end of my appointment she wasn’t too happy how my colors came out, so she set up another appointment 2 days later to fix my hair of no charge. She didn’t give up or get aggravated as to why my hair was changing colors, instead she kept working and pushing. Not only her but her colleagues were helping out as well and they were just as wonderful! 2 appointments later, I have the perfect Christmas hair from the perfect stylist who wouldn’t give up. Thank you so much! I found my forever hair home.🖤

She is so amazing and paid attention to detail when highlighting my hair! No one was cutting hair in Lake Charles due to Hurricane Laura. I looked online for places in the Lafayette area. The Headquarters had great reviews. I called and made an appointment for the next day. All I can say is that their shop was awesome and Jordan did an amazing job. I will be back. Thanks Jordan. You ROCK!!!!

It took me a while after I moved to Louisiana to find a salon that I really enjoy. This is now my favorite salon of all time. Not just because the stylists are great but also because of the decor and music. I also had Hannah do my hair and makeup for my wedding and it was beautiful.

Today was my second trip to see these guys and I couldn’t finish today without giving a 5 star. Brock is a phenomenal dude who doesn’t rush and makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. The experience was Second to none.

I tend to get myself into hairy situations, but Dani at the Headquarters always helps me out and shaves me lots of trouble. She is a joy to be around and is hairlarious. Even if you just need a trim, you should go see Dani for the shear fun of it. To make a long story short, Dani is cut out for the job.

I flip flopped hair dressers pretty much all of my life, but I cant stop going to Nonnie lol My hair is always perfect and I get the most compliments. I also love going there because even though Ive bleached and colored my hair like every month my hair is so healthy and I really think its because of how experienced and knowledgeable they are!

This is the only place that can keep my style so fresh.

Went to these guys for awhile, but not happy with my last hair job (not going to name any names). They really did some damage to my hair, and did not get it at all, to the color I was looking for. Still got charged full price for it, granted they did bring me back a second time no charge to try and fix it...unsuccessfully (which Im sure added even more damage to my hair). I know theyre hairstylists, but its also a bit unprofessional to leave in the middle of a job to smoke weed and come back smelling super obvious. Went to a family friend at ulta beauty who just stared at my hair for a solid 30 minutes before she even touched it so she could figure out exactly how to fix it. It took her one time and about an hour to get it to the appropriate color, so it wasnt impossible, just took a bit of know how. Going to stick with her from now on even though I can only see her when I visit family on vacations. First pic is the first dye job that turned it coppery pinkish gold.. looked much worse in person, not pictured is the fix that turned it grayish purple, last pic is the 1 job that was done at ulta to get closer to a finished job.

Best group of hairstylists Ive ever met, EVER. Everyone here is super friendly and its actually fun to go get my hair done here. The vibe here is really laid back with a super rockin rock and roll theme throughout the place. Krystin is the most talented hairstylist Ive ever let touch my hair, and now I wont let anyone else but her work on me! Dani & Nonnie are also incredibly talented. Ive NEVER heard anyone say theyve had less than an absolutely stellar experience here! If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would! They always give 110% and love what they do. I cant recommend this place enough!
