I am not a customer, I am a professional who called to talk with the owner but the customer service was so horrible. This does not apply to the owner - his employee was extremely rude on the phone when I asked to speak with the owner. There was no reason for that as there was absolutely no hostility coming from my end. This is directed to the man who writes the checks - you need to work on your professionalism and manners. I was evacuating Hurricane Laura and had major issues come up with my car. I called Lormands and they answered quickly and told me to bring it right in. I explained my issues and they not only fixed them (at a very reasonable rate) they did so very quickly so I could get back on the road quickly. They also found a problem I didnt know I had and fixed it for me. Every step of the way they communicated with me about the issues, price, and timeline. Cannot recommend this repair shop more.
