This is my second vehicle to have fixed at Lukes. Travis fixed my 2018 4x4 Ram Laramie this time.The work was PERFECT. My truck was clean inside. He saw me walking over to it to inspect it before paying, and he walked me thru everything he did. Really a knowledgeable, polite, and helpful employee. Im going to pass by and give him a $20, to buy him lunch, or a couple beers. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, Lukes has my business.

Got hit at a roundabout, one of the faulties, insurance preferred shops, they made me feel very comfortable.. My appointment isnt until April but, Im glad I chose them. Will review again after repairs are made!!

Customer service, knowledge and 10/10 body work. There is a reason Lukes is the best body shop in town. Also, their quote was $50 and $150 lower than 2 other reputable shops in town.Look no further!

Good work but to many mistakes made on my sister car Instead of replacing the clips the silicone this piece on I was replacing the light and I had to go by the clips

They mess up to much, had to go back plenty of times, never going there ever again.I dont recommend the service, i was 😞 dissatisfied!!

Love this place. They are professional quick and to-the-point! Great body work!

They did a fine job repairing my car after a hit-and-run. The paint was the exact same type as the original, and I had no problems whatsoever with the staff. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because the repair took somewhat longer (2-3 days) than estimated, which coincided with a long weekend, so I had to pay more for the rental car than I anticipated.

These guys towed a 1964 Karman Ghia for me. I loved that they took the time to research where to connect to the old car. The tires were flat and loading/unloading was not ideal. Luke took the time and waived the extra fees for the extra work. I will use them again. Recommended!

I took my Escalade to Lukes to replace the front bumper. Mike Thibodeaux gave me a quote and an appointment a week later. They took my vehicle at the appointed time. They fixed my vehicle the same day. They did an excellent job and the cost was exactly as quoted from the beginning. Id give them a 5 star, except the receptionist was not exactly friendly.

Place is a flat out joke. Im not sure how they get away with what they do to people, but your better off going to wal-mart and have your car worked on. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. Told me not to be rude, and she was the one being rude. I just got off the phone with the owner and this gentleman told me I was ignorant. Yeh, thats what he told me. Told me to quit being so god damn stupid. Lol. Its the craziest thing Ive ever dealt with. And its sad a company gets away with this, but they will as long as people keep going.

A racoon tore up the front of wifes car. They did a good job replacing front clip and lights. Rental car place on the same lot.

Brought my car here to get fixed, lady was very rude about the whole transaction and when they finished with my car they forgot to fix something and they refused to fix it for no apparent reason. They are dishonest. Save yourself the headache and take your car to someone else reliable in Lafayette

In 2008 I bought a brand new Toyota 4Runner. Two weeks after I got the car, some one rear ended me going 50 mph. My insurance recommended Lukes, and I didnt know anything about any other body shops in town, so I went with Lukes. This was a huge mistake. Shop around for quotes and good service people!!Not only was the lady who answers the phone severely rude to me every time I called, but they took three weeks longer to repair my car than estimated. They had my car for more than a month and a half.When I went to pick up my car, they showed me they had replaced the entire back tailgate along with some other repairs. My main source of contention is the tailgate. I immediately noticed it was dented on the corner by the tail light, but it was a small dent and they said it would take them another week or so to fix it. At this time I was fed up with medical bills and repair bills and fighting the other persons insurance and couldnt afford the rental car anymore so I took my car home.My new tailgate has squeaked and rocked and never sealed correctly since Lukes installed it it.The seals on the tailgate have ALL had to be replaced. The rubber parts inside the tailgate melted and smear all over my rear window (which goes up and down like a side window). The rubber cover on the handle to the tailgate melted and fell off. The windshield wiper doesnt even touch the window (never has), and therefore doesnt really work despite the fact it moves. All of this can be attributed to a faulty tailgate right? Which may not be Lukes fault....but they have never offered to fix, replace or adjust any of it, and they are the ones who installed it and picked that part - to me, they should stand behind the parts they choose.The paint job, which is solely on Lukes, was not quite the same texture as the rest of my car even when I picked it up, but in the beginning I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because my car was after all new and I thought maybe Lukes just cant get it to feel quite brand new. However after a few years my tailgate is two shades lighter than the rest of my car, there are parts where the paint has just flaked off and the finish feels like sand paper.I had a brand new car, and its not Lukes fault that it was wrecked, but it is Lukes fault that I have had to live with a subpar car ever since. I have contacted them several times throughout the years to see if they could or would do anything. However, they say the same thing - the only thing covered under warranty or their shop guarantee is the metal parts themselves. Not the paint job, not the squeak, not the seals that fall off and cause water to accumulate inside the door and not the horribly bent purely ornamental windshield wiper.I now live in California, and when I see the smear of nasty rubber on my rear window, or when my radio is off and I hear the squeak of the tailgate, or when it actually rains and I cant use my rear windshield wiper, or when rain gets in my tailgate and I have to unplug the bottom to let the water drain out of the door, I think if Lukes had just been a little more thorough and a little more nice I wouldnt be stuck with this shitty tail gate and I might have been able to enjoy my car instead of worrying about mechanics and other body shop bills for the past 7 years. So thank you Lukes for the going on 7 years of worry and expense caused by your negligence.

I loved it, the person who hit me had geico and I have a new camry well lukes called Toyota to price match the estimate to where I could get all new Toyota parts instead of the after market that geico wanted to give me. Joey was super helpful. The receptionist isnt too friendly but other than that I had a great experience

Worst place ever possible. Got stuff stolen out my car when it was getting fixed and they gave me so much trouble. They didnt even do a good job on my car. I have no idea how they are still open. And rude workers.

Place was horrible nothing lined up a guy Jared and his brother worked on it his mom said and said they were the best over there no way she was so rude and very disrespectful she or he sons should not work there horrible business I’ll never go there again and tell everyone never go there she it just a horrible person and put me down because I said it wasn’t good and her kids did it so she was very upset business is business no matter if your kids did it or not just horrible and her name was laretta

Take your car anywhere else except for here. The service was horrible, the people there were extremely rude, and my Repair took weeks to get done when it was a minor bump on my door.
