I blew a tire out on a trailer I was pulling. Pomps came to my location and fixed my tire promptly. Also had an issue with a rim. They got me another rim and on my way. Heidi the office lady was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this place to anyone

This review is a few months late, but still I needed to say some good things about them. In early December 2020, my husband & I were moving across country in an RV with our 3 animals towing my car. The RV was used & we thought in pretty decent condition, including the tires. How wrong we were. Barely 2 hours into the drive we blew a tread on one of the tires. It was pushing 5pm when we frantically started calling around to find someplace to get a new tire when someone recommended we call them. The woman who answered the phone let us know they were getting ready to close up, but she would let the guys know we were on our way in. No one acted like we were ruining their evening, even when they checked out all the tires & realized we needed a full set. They were so nice, so sweet & so helpful, even discounting the after hours charge we should have gotten. They got us back on the road safely with a smile & a handshake, giving us a better start to a difficult trip. If I was still in the Indiana area they would be my new tire shop since my Subaru needs new tires right now too. Alas, I am now in Arizona, but anyone who needs some tires I cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Pomps Lafayette for taking care of us & getting us on the road to our new life.

Great service! I needed big tires balanced, no one in town could do them except Pomp’s. Great price and fast at getting me back on the road. When it’s time for new tires I will be going back to get them from Pomp’s because not only do they sell them in the size I need, but they have proven that they can work on them as well.

Fast service. Friendly staff, both in the office and the techs in the shop. Well organized yard thats easy to navigate with a vehicle of any size, even pulling a big trailer. I was happy they ordered exactly the tires I asked for, instead of just trying to sell me whatever they had in storage.Well done.

Buy the tire warranty if you plan to keep your vehicle!! Four years ago when I had to get new tires, I purchased them with a tire warranty. This week I had a flat tire. I returned to Pomp’s and they looked at my account to show that it was under warranty. As my luck would go my tires have been discontinued, and Pomps replaced all four tires under warranty! It’s well worth the little extra!

Top notch service! I had a blowout on my new trailer without a spare, 400 miles from home. I had to abandon the trailer, on the side of I65 to get a replacement put on. I went to Pomp’s, and they had a new tire mounted 20 minutes later, even though they looked to be very busy! Then, a worker noticed me struggling to carry it to the truck and offered to load it for me. Thanks to everyone at Pomp’s tire in Lafayette, IN for getting me back on my journey! I wish I lived closer, to regularly buy my tires from them. Definitely recommended

I love Pomp’s tire and alignment service. They have mounted new tires for me, put on new valve stems on my motorhome and will align my motorhome (once I get my rear end setting corrected). They are the best truck tire place around. Highly recommend.

I had Pomp’s replace a tube in one of my dump truck tires. When I got it home it was flat and needed replaced again. It was a simple mistake and the Pomp’s staff were great and didn’t charge me to make it right. They will continue to have my business.

Did a great job on 8 new drives.Had to do some extra work sorting out how to buy them through the national account of the carrier Im leased to but they got it figured out and done.

I honestly wouldnt even give them one star! They sent some guy out whom I couldnt understand, he wouldnt help get the bar out of a side compartment in my suburban and Im a big girl so climbing up in there was not an option...ended up breaking my nice umbrella because I had to use it to open the compartment I couldnt reach. It was pouring down rain so of course I ended up soaked while it was completely dry as he had a raincoat! He couldnt get the caps off 2 of my tires so he said I have to pay 40$ per tire to to replace the valve or something...like I said I couldnt understand him! Anywho ended up costing 140$ to change my tire and I had to do most of the work! I am very disappointed in this company and the people they put out to help people...You NEED people out there who speak clear english as well as do their job! I feel very ripped off by this company!! I WOULD NOT recommend them!!!

I gave them 1star because they showed up after 90munites. If you are Owner operator and need a road service you need to know this. I called them for a tire service and they were 0.8 miles away from the current location I was at. They took off the bad tire and put on my spare tire and charged me $319. I felt like I was robbed. Stay away if you dont want to be charged that high.

Customer service was excellent, prices were great for tires, mounting, and alignment. Came back in later for retorque and they fixed/resynced my TPMS sensors. Would highly recommend them for personal vehicles, cars or trucks!

There were three trucks in front of me to get service, but I was only there for an hour. Quick and courteous service at every level.

Assisted someone with a blown tire in the middle of the night. Emergency dispatcher that spoke with me was very unprofessional and was not helpful at all. After finally getting in touch with the after hours technician it was like we were a huge inconvenience for him and was not willing to help at all. Very disappointed after hearing so highly of this company.
