I got referred to Jons by Raisor Ford for some small touch up work. I didnt have an appointment and just showed up mid afternoon. The workers were very nice from the start to the finish, and I was on my way out within 20 minutes. I hope I wont have to head back to a body shop soon, but if I do Ill definitely head here first.

Very unprofessional. I gave them a simple task of painting some steel plates and guys, 2 months!!! They took 2 months to provide my plates back to me; but not painted but full of rust. They kept on telling that they will do it but never actually painted my plates. If you are looking for someone responsible, head somewhere else please.

So I was in an accident in Oct. 2019. My poor Gladys. Started the process of calling insurance company, claims adjuster, body shops the whole 9 yards. Contacted Jons Body Shop and set a date to bring Gladys in to get her repaired. Well guess what GM went on strike!!! So I waited and waited and waited. Was supposed to take my car in December, but GM didnt have all the parts need for my car. So again I waited. Finally got my car into Jons in Jan. And just got her back today. She looks like shes brand new. Thank you to all Jons Body Shop employees for taking such good care of my baby...and making my car like brand new.

Very unprofessional. I left a small job to be done within 3 weeks, and they did not complete it. Every time I called they said it would be done next week and it never happened. They returned my stuff in a dusty and rusty condition. If you are looking for somebody responsible look somewhere else.

My car was hit while another individual was practicing their parallel parking and I took my car to Jons looking for a quote for this individual. The staff members so graciously helped me with buffing out the scratch completely free of charge and provided some paint for me to take home! My car got fixed here not long ago, the staff were helpful and pleasant to talk with. I had a used car being fixed and they even helped point out a few things I didnt realize were there for future knowledge. Communication with the bodyshop was easy, and getting my car back was a breeze.

I went in with a front bumper issue and they had it fixed within an hour at a totally unbeatable price. All the staff that I met were extremely friendly as well. I will definitely be going back if my car requires any body work.

I would definitely recommend Jons Body Shop! I had a dent in my rear bumper and just wanted someone to push it out instead of replacing the whole bumper. One of the other local places quoted me $95 for just pushing it out, a paint job costed way more. After reading the reviews I went to Jons to see if they could do it for less than $40. He was super nice, used the heat gun cause it was in a hard to reach location and kind of hard to push out, and when I asked how much he didnt charge me at all! They are definitely genuinely nice people and a honest business that wont overcharge you!

What started out as a difficult experience turned into a good job done. My son took his Honda to the shop for some body damage. The damage was unfortunately more extensive than originally estimated but the extra damage couldnt been seen until parts were removed. Shane went out of his way to ensure the job was done properly.

I dont usually write reviews for anybody but after my experience at Jons Body Shop, I thought I would make an exception. I met with Shane and worked with him throughout the process. The service I received at this body shop was excellent. My views are very consistent with the other individuals who have had repairs made on their vehicles at Jons Body Shop. The paint job on my car looks great and they took good care of my car. I compared their prices to 4 other body shops in town and found that they are the most competitive by a margin of about $80. Some other body shops (very close by on Farabee Dr. and also on Earl Ave.) paint with lower quality paints and still cost far more (they still cost more even when youve argued with them about all the extraneous things they tack on to the estimate while you are not looking). I am very detail oriented and the workmanship displayed here was highly satisfactory. I hope this helps to anyone looking for a paint job done on their car. If you are in need of a paint job or other body work done, I would look no further than Jons Body Shop and highly recommend them to friends and family. Even if you are going through insurance, you can request to have your car serviced at Jons Body Shop. To sum up in a few words: honest, fair, friendly; all of which are hard to find these days in my opinion.

I had a minor accident when I was backing up my car. My car was okay but the other car was not. Rear bumper got shifted and it seemed like the metal part next to the rear light was moved as well. Friend of the other car owner was kind enough to fix the shifted bumper, but not the metal part.We went to the other body shop to get an estimation and they told us it would cost $300 to fix it. We went to Jons Body Shop and the person looked at the car, pushed the metal part from the trunk side, and voila, it was fixed!He said it looks like a new car now, but if we insist, he can do an estimation...! Amazing!! The price went down to $0 from $300! And he did not even accept the tip! I highly recommend this place!!!

I have heard great things about Jons Body shop for years before recently having work done there. All the rumors were true ! I was highly impressed by the craftsmanship of their work done to my vehicle. In my opinion this body shop is second to none and I will continue to promote my experience with them when Im questioned about having auto body work done.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE. Jon’s Body Shop engages in dishonest practices. As an elderly customer on a limited budget I was recommended here for estimate for repair damage. I decided to move forward with part of repairs. I called back to approve the repair of headlight. I asked to confirm the price I was given in written estimate was still correct without any further charges. I was told yes. A week later I called to inquire since the part had to be ordered. I was told the part wasn’t available any longer from that vendor and from another vendor would be 100.00 more than 276 I was quoted. I explained that I couldn’t afford that and I was told they were sorry. When my daughter called the manager – Jon who refused to give his last name to her – he said “I won’t work for free” when asked why they will not honor the written price and verbal price quoted last week. He admitted the ball was dropped to order the part. He said that “no one is putting a gun to her head to come here.” My daughter explained that I recently had knee surgery and can’t drive far distances and Jon’s was recommended. He refuses to honor the price and said he would call me next day – which he never did. Jon talked to my daughter very rudely. I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. How sad to take advantage of elderly customers!

They quoted me 6 days on a relatively small repair and it ended up taking 24 full days. (18 of those days were full weekdays)They were not up-front on communication and I had to call them for an update every time and every time it was going to be ready in a few more days.The repair did look good when I finally got my car back but the service was unacceptable and I would not recommend going there to anyone.

Jons replaced my front bumper, fender, headlight, and foglight. Very smooth process between them and the insurance. Repair looked excellent except for a minor flaw, which they took back and had fixed within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service as well. Will be coming here for any other work I need done.

I have been to Jons Body Shop multiple times (at least 5) over the past 7 years. Shane offers excellent customer service and will bend over backwards to help you with whatever kind of jam youve gotten yourself in. When I was financially strapped, paying my way through college at Purdue, they searched far and wide for used panels to use on my car and they replaced nearly the entire passenger side of my unibody Honda Civic Hatchback and their finish dept. did such a nice job it looked like the car did when it was brand new --- all this at 1/2 the price of the next lowest estimate out of 6 estimates i got. I give the highest recommendation to Jons Body Shop.

I havent even gone back to them yet for an estimate, but this is my go to place, top notch work !

Jons body shop sucks. They overcharge you the supply they will use on your car. And the so called 3 stage painting can be done almost everywhere. Will recommend Maaco, cheaper, and faster. By the way, because Maaco is a national franchise, so they can get their paints in a big discount. so they are much cheaper.

My truck was in really bad shape and when I got it back it looked new!

I had a pretty big dent in my fender and a broken indicator light from hitting something, and I went here to get it fixed. I was given the option of replacing the fender and other parts that were broken for a fairly expensive fee (its an old volvo, so this was expected). I opted for the cheaper fix, which was just to punch out the dent. I was told it would be 25-50 bucks. When I showed up later that day, the job was finished, but they didnt even charge me! Great, super fast service, and very good advice! i reccommend these guys 100%.

They last too long with your vehicle and they are not professional, my vehicle was painted and they left a trace of paint all over the place, and in the evaluation that he did to my vehicle, details were missing which he did not write down. Then 3 months later the paintings were already torn. In my opinion I was tricked like a child.
