Usually Dave is really nice thats the guy that owns the place I went in today and talked to someone that was asking me about my religion and all sorts of stuff it was very weird Dave is sick right now I do like that dave thats why I gave it three stars..but I dont know about going there anymore the guy I talked to creeped me out really bad it was weird..he asked if I believe in God and I said yes he goes why arent you in school I go today is my day off thats why Im here and he did one of those and threw his arm down an walked inside..I was like..what just happened..so I dont know about that place anymore..

My starter went out on my car. I called Jerry and he quickly helped me to troubleshoot the issue on the phone. I got my car in right at closing on Tues. My car was done before noon the next day. They have amazing customer service, are honest and the price was very reasonable. I will not take me car anywhere else.

These guys are fantastic! Had a problem with my water pump and they were able to pinpoint the problem, replace the part, and get my car back to me all within the same day. These guys rock. I brought my car in to inspect the suspension setup to help me decide what options I have. They explained everything to me in detail and let me know exactly what needs to be replaced and what still has life left to go. My car had A/C issues and I had it checked out at another chain store. I was told the compressor as well as the radiator had problem and charged me for more than a grand to get both done. Since I didnt have the budget so I left that store and came to Custom Dyno for a double-check since theyve got pretty good reviews on Google Map. Later they found that yes indeed the compressor died but there want any problem with the radiator. They allowed me to bring my own parts for a reasonable surcharge (20%) and got the A/C fixed in a day with much less cost compared to the previous chain store. Their honesty deserves a five star and I will use their service as my first choice.

Great guys who work there that are not just trying to take your money. I had to get a wheel barring replaced and they asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace the other one. I asked if it was necessary and they said no that it was just a little warn down. I feel like other mechanics would have told me it had to be replaced, where as these guys were honest and very helpful. Another time I took my car in there because I thought the alignment was off after I got an oil change. They looked at it realized it was from a tire rotation, so they then fixed the problem by rotating the tires back and only charged me a small amount. Some places I feel would have taken advantage of that opportunity to make money but these guys were honest and very helpful, so they will continue to get my business.

These guys are amazing! Always up front and honest, and they only fix what needs fixing. As a woman coming in to get her car fixed, I feel like I can really trust these guys.

I had a persistent oil leak on my car for 20-30k miles and the VW dealer continually stated it was fixed or there was no leak every time I serviced the car. Immediately after my warranty expired they suddenly found the problem and wanted a good amount of money to repair it. Needless to say I was not pleased with my experience at VW and decided to take the car to Custom Dyno.Custom Dyno quoted me a good deal less than the dealer for the same repair and everything appears to be working as it should. Ill be bringing both of our cars here for future service.

I brought my car in for service because the front end needed work. They changed the struts and it took several days. A few months later my front end was making horrific noises every time I went over a bump. I brought it back and the mechanic said I had bearing issues. 1k later, I still have the horrific noises. The mechanic says its just due to echoes under the hood. I take the car to the dealer in Indy and to Mr. Tire. They tell me the same thing--the stut mounts are failing and that NOBODY changes struts without changing strut mounts. Internet search of struts and strut mounts confirms Tom Wood and Mr. Tire. I will never let these jack asses anywhere near another car of mine and you shouldnt trust them either. Echoes, my ass.

Like others have said they are grate people and do grate work and Ive been to other places way back and I would get something fixed and leave and have something else wrong and that never happens with these amazing people and theyve helped me out with small things but would take care of a couple or few other problems and they were simple but they never charged me and Ive been going there for such a long time and I seriously trust them more than any other place, just overall amazing experience and people~!
