Got my tires installed here about 2 weeks ago. The service was pretty fast and you can watch them do the work thru the waiting room since theres a huge window specifically for that purpose. I ordered my tires online for pickup then when they arrive you can just go in and show them the email for your pickup confirmation and you can choose to have them installed on the spot. As long you buying the tires from Walmart, installation is free too. I recommend buying online thru Walmart pickup definitely get better deals

On line said open at 7 15 its still not then another guy waiting for oil change service went in asked why and was told 8:00 so at 8:30 I go inside and ask and they said it was a staff problem to come back at 11:00 they could of told us at 8:00 the correct time first or posted a sign on door instead of ignoring us never going back and will spread the word very weak store manager

Ive not had too many issues the couple of times Ive gone here to buy a battery. The reason I gave them three stars is because of a rather poor decision they made in regards to one of my family members car that ended up, coincidentally, breaking down on the way back from getting an oil change here.

Sergio was the BEST. I came an hour before closing- tried to call for an appointment but no answer- and they had 4 cars they were working on ahead of me. The first employee told me they couldnt help me get my tire changed because it was too close to closing. I spoke with the Manager-dont know his name but not Erik. Manager said theyd try and fit me in but no promises. Sergio went above and beyond to get my tire changed. Thank God because it was an unsafe donut. So although theres a mix of helpful and not so helpful, there are a couple of guys there who make it worthwhile. Even though ***my warranty turned out to be a scam as far as Im concerned. Dont buy the extended warranty!! But go see Sergio! Got to see a great sunset too ❤️

Ordered some tires online and made an appointment for service. I was met right after I pulled up by a nice guy who got my info, and let me know approximately how long my appointment should take. Finished earlier than expected and everyone was courteous!

They were horrible, no oil for high mileage oil change,they wanted 10 dollars more they had it on shelf.didnt top off fluids, my wiper fluids were low, told them about it, they said there machine had mold and hasnt worked for awhile, Whos the manager?

Open it up dont be lazy at least by appointment I need tire rotation and oil change

Called to ask if I needed an apt. for oil change, male who answered said no as long as I got there before 6pm. Got there at 5:40 due to work. Once I got there they refused to help because they take their last apt ‘5-5:30’. Employees should be on the same page for the info they give, made a rushed trip for no reason.

Worst service and never honest about waiting time. Price is good if you dont mind waiting 5 hrs. For a tire. Or 4 hrs. For oil change. I rather pay more for better service. Wont be shopping here anymore. Their not even working on my truck, I was first one this morning and its already 10:40.

The auto care center is by far the cheapest in the area and they get the job done, but Ive had almost nothing but bad experiences with their employees. I always have to seek attention just to get my car serviced, most of the mechanics are rude to customers (one elder man is quite nice), they always forget to do something like reset the oil change light or check tire pressures which is included in the oil change, and almost every time they say theyll call me and never do. I once sat in the waiting room 30 minutes longer than I needed because they didnt notify me the change was done. Still the best price so Id recommend getting an oil change at a different Walmart if its within range.

RAFAEL Was the sweetest technician I’ve come in contact with. This department has a lack of customer service skills, Erik was rude, does not know how to speak to people, there were 3 other customers waiting in the waiting area who experienced the same.

I bought tires here for my wifes truck because they had the best price. While I was away, one of the tires was leaking. She took the truck in and was told that I never bought the $12 per tire warranty so they wouldnt fix it! Turned out that the leak was from the stem.When I got back, I noticed that none of the tire stems had been changed. They used the old stems! I have never had tires replaced and the stems not changed.My wife took the truck to Americas Tires in Coachella and they fixed it for free!! Can you believe that?! So guess where I will be buying tires from now on.Good work Walmart for charging cheap prices for tires then gauging customers.If my review was helpful, please give it a thumbs up. 😊

Went for oil change. Did an amazing job. not knowing I was low on air in my tires they went ahead and filled them. Definitely will be returning. Amazing customer service

This is a great Walmart they have everything you could ever need and so much more. Groceries are great. Hot deli area. Fresh bread. Clothes for all ages. Cleaning supplies. Plastic bags. Air fresheners for home and car. Full automotive service area. Need a car battery? Maybe some tires? How about pets? Fish food. Dog bed or a cat to chew on? You know you can get dishes pots and pans. Horrible Customer service! Called ahead and was put on hold 10 times then after the guy answered he put me on hold again and never got back on the phone!!!! Frustrating & won’t be back, would rather pay more for good service!

The people here are poorly trained (which I highly doubt they are even trained at all.) it took an hour and a half to repair a screw through the tire tread. (there was only one person in front of me. AND they denied service to that person because the didnt know how to do the work.)Would not recommend this place.

I drove over 2000 miles from Minnesota on my way to Los Angeles. I got a flat tire, so I called to make sure I had time to get it changed. They told me they would take my car up until 6pm. I arrived at 5:15. They didnt tell me they didnt have time for it until 5:30. At which point I scrambled to find a place that was still open that could replace my tire. The worst part?... I have a warranty on all of my tires. So, now Im paying twice as much as the original cost to have a mismatched tire in place of the tire I have a warranty on. All of this is due to a MANAGER with 10 YEARS of service refusing to change my tire because they didnt want to make the time.I even told her she didnt need it on a lift! Just change the tire in the trunk and I will replace the wheel myself!Thanks for wasting my time, my money and the warranty WALMART SOLD TO ME.

Worst oil change of my 36 year old life. 2 in a half hour. They put 4 cars infront of me and the person look and was clueless doing the oil change that he called his manager. WORST
