Three weeks ago, after postpartum hair loss, I decided I just didn’t have it in me to keep fighting long hair.Sometimes when you meet a new stylist your apprehensive based on the state of their hair, you know? But hers was so beautiful and well maintained I almost chickened out of asking for a pixie.So, so, so, so thankful she made me feel confident in my decision by showing how shorter hair actually covered what I was feeling self-conscious about. It’s been three weeks and I’ve never thought less about my hair. I wake up, run my fingers though it and feel good.Della, thank you. Thank you so much. I will absolutely be seeing you soon!

Absolutely love this place, I made the switch from a barber to a salon and Im never going back. From the haircut to the Salon experience, everything was great. It also didnt hurt that my stylist, Brandi Williams, is amazing at her job! Im so happy with my haircut, it is both professional but also great for going out.

I got quite possibly one of the worst haircuts of my life here. Despite showing my stylist (several times) reference photos of what I wanted I was left with choppy, improperly cut, and unblended “curtain” bangs (if we can even call them that). I am not the first of my friends to get a subpar haircut from this salon. Although my stylist was friendly it didn’t seem like she knew how to pull off what I wanted and I wish she gave me guidance as the haircut went on. I will never be returning to this salon and I will deter anyone who dare try.

Came in for a light colored balayage. Left with black hair. They still made me pay for the service. I got it done by krista Aparicio. They told me to come back to fix it. I made an appt to come back. Once i came back, they were rushing me and were still working with another client at the same time. They only washed my hair and let me leave like that. I asked if they were actually going to fix it? And they said id have to come back and pay. Horrible experience. I wouldnt come here.

I had Edith, balayage and cut my hair and she made me feel comfortable and she took the time before dying my hair to ask about the color and effect I wanted, which I loved because although I had a picture I still wanted the color framing my face. She is very knowledgeable answered all my questions (it was my first time coloring my hair) it came out great, I plan on returning to Edith.

One of the best salons in the area. Safety precautions taken, very clean, professional and welcoming. Renata was my hairstylist and she did an amazing job to my hair. She makes you look fantastic! I highly recommend this salon and Renata as your hairstylist.

I have come here 4 times and love the stylists! I have had Brandi and Rebecca both do color and cut AND my hair has never looked better. They are both highly skilled and also give recommendations and expertise for your hair while working with you. My hair has never looked healthier than after receiving the glossing treatment. Plus, I have gotten so many compliments. They take their time and want you to stay with them and it shows! Its a rarity when you find a great stylist but to be able to have 2 and trust them with your hair is EPIC!!! It is one of your higher priced salons, but I guarantee it is worth every penny from the stylists, products they use and the final product. It truly is a hidden gem in the suburbs. Just a tip, come drive north on LaGrange Rd from Plainfield Rd or 55th. Parking is limited so you may have to park on the street(east side of LaGrange Rd), the parking lot is shared with other businesses and a bit small.

By far the best salon I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair done at. Clean, modern, welcoming salon with the friendliest staff. . My stylist - Jarmin is the best!!! Genuinely cares about what the look and results you want. Always accommodating and never disappoints!

Love this place! My hairstylist, Edith is professional and kind. She listens to what I want done to my hair and always gives me good advice. I have incredibly resistant grey hair and she was able to manage it and color my hair to blend well with my complexion. I highly recommend them for all your hair or makeup needs.

My husband and two small boys get their haircut by Lisette. She is awesome! She gives my husband a great haircut, every time. And shes super patient and kind to my two boys (and they can be wiggly). Its nice that she doesnt just buzz cut boys hairs, like most salons do. I would highly recommend Lisette!

Brandi is so awesome! She is a master at color and can make my crazy waves and curls feel like silk after she works her magic on me. I like how she listens to what I want. My hair cuts are exactly what I wanted. I have never been disappointed.

This place and the people horrible,rude nasty and ripoffs,with having no clue or any kind of knowledge of what they are doing, I have never disliked any services provided to me, so much. I was going for a wedding and booked them for makeup,which i did not realise would be a nightmare for me.They makeup person they provided to me called Sharmin was a quack,who I doubt every went to any makeup school for she had no clue what to do.Instead of trying to find my matching skin tone color foundation shade .which is fair as I am white, she is using foundation tones that are orange to my horror. When I told her that the foundation is not my skin tone is not matching my skin tone, she got aggressive with me saying, I will do what i want to do as i hired their services for makeup?????,I just got up and walked out as was wondering what did I do so wrong by hiring them.The sad part is the manager over there was listening and seeing what was going on, but did not get involved to rectify the issue,which the quack Sharmin had created and on top of it, she is not ready listen or find out the right matching foundation shade for me butwas being rude and arguing.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS THEY ARE -RUDE,MEAN AND NONE OF THEM KNOW THEIR JOB,BUNCH OF QUACKS - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Went to this salon after switching from my usual in Tinley. Had Sabina. I went in for a Balayage. Ended up with an ombre. Super disappointed. Was there for my appt @3PM didnt leave till almost 8PM. She left bleach in my hair for over an hour. Had a noticeable amount of breakage. Kept taking other clients and putting me on the back burner. Put olaplex, toners, cocktail in my hair and said, normally this is a $200 or more job, but since youve been waiting so long, blah blah blah. Ill do the original $90.Like, I went in there for the $90. Didnt ask for all the extras. My hair is orange from the temples down. And black temples to roots. She did the job higher than I asked. She did nothing I asked. Except bleaching my hair. Extremely disappointed. Wouldnt and will not ever be going back. Least not to have Sabina again.Mind you, shes chit chatting with other clients next to me, and other stylists. Doesnt make attempts to talk to me, only when she messed up my hair, THEN tries making conversation like I didnt notice. She makes jokes about me having to make frozen pizza that night cause I told her I had to go home to cook dinner.. I wasnt laughing. Not at all. I regret going here. Dont choose Sabina.

Writing this to hopefully help other clients avoid the headaches and embarrassment I’ve endured after having Monika Maka cut my hair!Initial cut was unfavorable, but I gave her an opportunity to correct it, by returning to salon.HUGE MISTAKE!She made a bad cut into something much worse, requiring me to say “STOP Monika”I asked her to get the salon owner for assistance, once I realized she had no clue how to proceed in correcting her own mistakes!Thankfully, Debbie the owner was available to offer her expertise, however the damage was already done. Debbie was extremely kind, patient and apologetic and really did her best to conceal (chunks of missing hair) and soften the sloppy work done by Monika.Through this entire ordeal, Monika never truly accepted responsibility for HER OWN MISTAKES. She had an excuse for everything on the tip of her tongue, but refused to acknowledge her own shortcomings!!!Her lack of honesty and disregard for me, as her client, speaks loudly!!

I called and made an appointment for 2 girls up dos and had a conversation with the receptionist about coming in from out of town. She took my name and appointment and when I showed up there was no appointment listed. There was only one person working and she could not take us. We were left to scramble in a city we didnt know. It was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

I absolutely love my hair color. Deb did a fantastic job of taking out my old bleach blonde dried up color and making it look new and healthy.I highly recommened her.
