Bryan was great to work with. He gets there on time and will make sure the job is done right. I was very happy with how we were treated. DUNN HVAC has been taking care of my A/C and Heating for over 20 years. Brian is a no nonsense type of guy that will shoot straight with you on any issue you have concerning A/C and Heating. I was one of his first customers while he was in school learning how to be an A/C guy. He has always been able to fix any problem with courteous and quick service. Dunn A/C put a new unit in at both my homes that conserved energy and cooled the house much better than the old units. I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs HVAC repairs or replacements.

Bryan has been incredible to work with. He came out to our home on time to service our A/C unit and was very informative and explained how we could save money by making a few changes. We were expecting to have to pay to replace a bad coil but Bryan worked with the manufacturer and supplier to help us get a replacement coil at no charge under warranty. After our experience, we told the whole neighborhood and he did the same for them. Very genuine and honest company, hard to find these days.

Thank you Dunn HVAC! We had a part break on our American Standard AC unit. We have a 10 year parts and labor warranty but were unable to find a company that would honor the warranty. When we called Dunn HVAC, they came out the same afternoon and confirmed the leaky coil. They ordered the part and showed up the morning they received it. Every other company refused and Bryan Dunn took the job on, knowing they might not make money or potentially even lose money from American Standard. This was truly incredible customer service and we are so grateful.We went over two weeks in Texas in July with no AC. Dunn was the extremely quick to fix as soon as we contacted them.
