The person I worked with was extremely helpful and very upfront about the car buying process. I’ve been turned down by every car lot in Kokomo because I basically have no credit and this was the only place that could help me out and give me a good deal. I’d definitely work with this car lot again.

Went in to j d by rider in kokomo for a car they sat us down ran credit check and told us we had good credit. And go somplace else. Didnt ask what kind of car we wanted or any questions at all we went to j d byrider in muncie drove away with a nice car. I dont recommend kokomo j d byrider

Every time I take my vehicle here for service, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They provide excellent customer service and the prices for routine maintenance are very reasonable!

Pulled in because they had a truck that I liked. I asked a few questions about the truck and then I asked the price. They absolutely refused to tell me the price until after they run my credit. They needed to know how much they could gouge me for before they set the price.

These guys have integrity they take good care of their customers. Honestly... Not like most of the con men out there selling used cars. Went in on Wednesday just to see what my options were, didn’t think I would be leaving with the vehicle I actually wanted! Not to mention the staff are so welcoming and their customer service is outstanding, definitely made my experience very enjoyable! The dealership is clean and put together very well. Overall my experience here was great!

Chaz was very helpful, he explained things well and got me into a vehicle smoothly and pretty quick. They helped me shop insurance as well and found me a good rate.

Do not use Jd byrider. I am buying a car from them and it has acted up since and i take it to the shop and it doesnt get fixed properly. Then i have been only a week late and they said communication and they will work with u. Well instead they threaten me with repossession. I have had a very very very bad experience and I would not recommend going through them.

Told me it may be 3 days and got it done it 2 very grateful and happy with my experienceOriginally I loved JD Byrider but the management after Nelson left is horrible never knows what’s going on . Processes payments wrong I want a place to call and pay my bill honestly have no desire to talk to them I can’t wait to pay my car off I will never go through them again . Worked at a job got paid the opposite week got a new job that is better for me but get paid the opposite week than when I originally got the car. Never missed a payment and you can’t accommodate a week because of a new pay schedule. Not that it’s not getting paid but because it’s not the week I originally got paid. But I’m like this if I don’t go to work I can’t pay you right . I pay biweekly worst mistake should of just did monthly !! Don’t say you work with ppl if you can accommodate a week within a month . I never like to write bad reviews but I hope to save someone . The mechanics are super nice and love them only issue is they are understaffed and takes sooo long to get your car worked on they say their cars are car fax but I had to have engine replaced. They need to stand on what they say if you can’t work with a person who doesn’t miss a payment then you will not work with someone going through a hardship!

DO NOT buy a vehicle from these crooks! You will regret it! They sold me a defective vehicle with an electrical problem. I have been through a year of hell dealing with these people and trying to get them to either fix the problem or replace the vehicle with one that runs. They have been willing to do neither. My vehicle has literally been broken down DAILY since the day I brought it home! Their warranty and repair shop are a joke. They will quick fix and bandaid the problem in the cheapest way possible just to get you out of their hair and string you along until your warranty is up. Seriously, spare yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here.

One word SCAM ! I called and talked with these people for two weeks about a truck we wanted told them where we lived they asked if we had a trade inn and we said no we have a car that is laid for and we dont wanna trade it in we were looking for a truck to pull mothers camper . We gathered all info requested and had cash down payment after two weeks of calling us everyday we finally went in to get this truck. We get there give all info sat over a hour after driving a hour . Then they come back and say two problems one your to far from he witch we are only 45 miles but theh said thats to far for then to fiance lol wow OK but then the best part was is they said we HAD to trade in our car that was paid off to get this truck we asked why they pretty much said they dont like customers having more then one vehicle because it makes them keep there vehicle witch doesnt make sense and the biggest bullshit I have ever heard so we leave very upset cuz these morons specially owner could have told is this before we drive a hour away to come down waste hours on dealing with these absolute crooks. We left but we didnt have good feelings about what happened we felt like it was a scam so we called other JD by riders and asked them there policy on how far would be the limit on fiance they said 80 mile we were only 40 tops. Secondly told them that they were trying to force us to trade in a paid off car or we couldnt get the truck two other JD by riders said that they have never heard that before and honestly started to laugh they said that seamed fishy and that they were prob trying to literally steal our paid off car from us give us nothing towards it in trade in and rip us off witch made sense ! I called and asked for the owner guy said he was and said that those were his policys not JD by riders witch makes no sense he giving the company a bad name . we are actually going to another dealership with no problem to get financed . this place is a joke and a scam trust me please beware . they dont look like they do much sales anyways . they will get u in there and lie lie lie just to get u in the door and If they cant screw u they dont wanna sell anything to u and thats that . crooks were calking the BBB and gonna call JD by rider corporate office to let them no what happened. 100% scam crooks

My name is Thomas and my wife and I went into JD Byrider in Kokomo about a week ago. When we went back ready to purchase this week we were told the car we wanted was going to be another $40 a month after being told $360 was definitely doable. Needless to say after confronting the salesman about not returning our calls he then lied to my wife and I saying that he returned the calls. The phone company confirmed no such call was received. The car we were looking at had leaking head gaskets!! Also after looking over the covered items on their laminated presentation sheet it contradicts itself stating that all internally lubricated components in the transmission were covered, but clutch plates were NOT! The finance manager was a loud abnoxious character who gave no privacy to the folks next door and our salesman left their credit application facing up on his desk with their social security numbers. Hopefully no one took that information. Needless to say Im not sure if all locations are like this, but STAY AWAY from JD Byryder in Kokomo.

I guess yesterday was not a good day to look for a new used vehicle. My friend and I spent approximately 1 1/2hrs and I got no where.I think asking for 12 names and phone numbers of people for you to call is excessive.If I am going to do a buy here pay here, why should I have to give so many names for references, when you have my license which proves who I am . Guess JDByrider is not for me. I wont be back.
