Just want to start this off by saying i’m super paranoid and picky about auto shops. Needed my brakes done asap and they got me in, they checked out everything, said i needed all new brakes and front rotors, told me the price and answered my questions i had. the guy i talked to was super nice and professional(i think his name was Randy ). My car is doing a lot better plus i spent way less than what i would’ve at the car dealerships so i’m very happy and totally recommend this place

I received excellent customer service! I arrived 40 minutes before closing for my air conditioning to be recharged. The manager told me there were 2 other customers ahead of me. He graciously said he would stay over to get the job done. Very professional and customer service oriented. I never felt that I was a bother for coming in so close to closing time. I would highly recommend my family and friends to them!

The guys who worked on my car were so helpful, kind, and hilarious. They did an oil change on my car but the report of health I got back was the most detailed one Ive ever received from an oil change place. It even included pictures of parts of my car (I have some prior cosmetic damage) and a small description of the engine parts that need to be replaced. I will most definitely be back again and recommend Meineke!

Was to get oil change with tire rotation as discussed . Yes I literally did request. Oil was changed quickly but no rotation because tech looked at tires and decided they were good where they are. I was left with the feeling of did they do the job correctly? My sheet was checked as if all work was done.

Went in to get brakes done on car and they replaced front and rear brakes and rotors. Within a few days one of the tires was making noise and vibrating. I took it back to have them check it and at first they couldnt find a problem. they then told me it was probably the wheel bearings and/or steering knuckle and it would cost at least $500 more to fix the issue. I took it to another shop for their opinion and the first thing they noticed was that half of the lug nuts were not tightened correctly. when they pulled the tire off they immediately found the issue. There was a partial bolt on the bearing hub that was causing the vibration and noise. I dont know how the Meineke tech didnt notice this (best case scenario) or he knew that it was there and wanted to make me pay to fix it. (shady). The other shop managed to fix the issue for $80. I have driven the car for several weeks now and everything is working fine. I will not be taking any of my cars back and cannot recommend anyone using their service.

Did not have a appointment, was told it might take 30 minutes to get me in I said ok, in less then ten minutes they came and got my car and was done in no time, was Reasonable priced

Needed new wiper blades for my Mercedes. They not only had them in stock, they also installed them as soon as I got there. The price was 1/2 of what it would have been at the MB dealer. Very happy customer.

Sign outside the building says $20 basic oil changeMy wifes vehicle needs an oil change and that seems like a good deal so I go there for one. Now the only reason I dont do my own oil changes is because I dont know anything about cars, Id guess there a common theme amongst their customer base, but they dont tell you before hand that basic isnt referring to a type of service but rather to a type of oil, a type of oil that my wifes vehicle doesnt take. So I wait 45 minutes for a 20 dollar oil change only to find out its actually 62 dollars. There is no apology for the miscommunication or more honestly, the lack of communication. Just a blank stare from the dead eyes of a man that clearly hates his job and his little interest in providing quality service to customers.

I had a full set new tires installed on wifes auto and needed a 4 wheel alignment. The good people at Meineke got me scheduled right away and performed all the necessary adjustments quickly. The car drives like new again, and the cost was very reasonable. We will use Meineke again when our vehicles need service. Thanks!

You may be able to get it cheaper prices at Walmart but this company does a full service looking into issues you have. You cant get all the answers for automobile problems but theyre willing to look at your engine and tell you if they see something else wrong. I think a little extra money compared to Walmart makes this a better choice plus you get an appointment and Walmart is a walk in service when you come here you can set your appointment and know what to expect for your time.

Made an appointment for oil change found I needed rear brakes in a bad way so they did that too. Always get good service there so keep going back

Manager and a couple mechanics stayed after closing time to get my A/C fixed... I appreciate the extra effort.****update****A/C went back out, called and talked to manager who got me right in same day and persoanlly came out and found a leaking valve. He replaced the valve and recharged my system right then and there for free. 10/10 would recommend

I had an oil leak and an exhaust leak in my car. I dropped it off on a Friday morning, and was told it would probably take all day.I called around 4:30 to get an update. I was told it was taking longer than usual, and if it wasnt done that day it would be finished on Saturday.I called in the afternoon on Saturday. I was told that it was put back together and seemed to be running, but one of their machines was reading an error message so they had to take her apart again and figure out what was up. They said it would be done on Monday.They called me Monday morning to tell me that the tech who was working on my car packed his tools and left, and that their remaining tech didnt know what to do with my car, so they towed my car to the Noblesville shop to have it put back together. They assured me that they would be taking a few hundred off of my bill for the trouble.I returned to the shop Tuesday because the car I was loaned has a sensor warning going off. They fixed that and told me theyd keep me updated in regard to my car.I heard nothing on Wednesday.I heard nothing on Thursday up until I called around noon. I was then told that they had my ticket and my total and my car was ready. Let me repeat. I called THEM. THEY did not call ME to tell me my car was ready. I. called. Them.I like to think Im a patient, understanding person. I get that things happen and its not necessarily their fault. But them not calling me to let me know my car was finished, after waiting nearly a week for a one day job, tipped me over the edge.And then. Then! I get to the shop. I had previously been approved for and signed paperwork in regards to financing. I get to the shop and they cant find the paperwork. They cant find me in the system.I was over it. I just paid and left. I was so done. The only bright spot was that they did, indeed, drop a few hundred from my total bill. But the whole experience was ridiculous in the extreme. Will not go back, will not recommend.

Very very very sad with this place of business in my opinion. Went to go get my FRONT brakes done on 02-23-2021 and as soon as I leave the shop after paying close to $400.. my BACK tire falls completely off my car while I was turning on to the highway not even a mile or shorter distance away from their shop. My BACK tire had no Lug Nuts on it.. my BACK tire or brakes didn’t need any work done and i even got the paperwork to show I declined it.. Very sad that I won’t recommend people here. All I’m going to do is tell this story. You’ll never see me again at any of these locations!

We dropped off our van for an oil change. The lobby was very clean. Tom helped us out and he was very professional. There wasn’t any of that pushy upselling that you find at find at some places. Had I wanted other services, I would have been able to find them there. The menu board was very descriptive and had pricing as well. We will definitely use them again!

These guys were a lifesaver! Bought a car at an auction and knew it needed work. The quote was reasonable as it was a VW. They got all problems fixed within 2 days, which helped a ton. So far so good as I have been driving nonstop since I got the repairs. Just a minor hiccup with forgetting to install my wiper blades but that was an honest mistake and was rectified with no issue.

I would never recommend this Meineke location. I stopped in today for an oil change as advertised, $19.99 special. The manager on duty told me this wasnt an option for my make/model and that they could only provide a full synthetic and much more expensive oil change for $54. I proceeded to ask if this was a company policy to only follow manufacturer recommendation on oil changes and he said yes, for liability purposes. This was simply not true. He did offer to give me $10 off, and since I was already there, I went ahead with the oil change. However, he told me the technician said the oil was so low it didnt register in dipstick. I asked him if there was a leak and he said no and said vehicle can just burn it, again, likely not true. This was just another way to charge me for extra oil. I asked him to check my battery as it was cracking over slow. It does need replaced, but to try to get me to agree to have them switch it out, he said the battery on my vehicle was very difficult to access. Again, this was a false statement, simply not true. This was my first visit to a Meineke, and I will never be going back. Whatever little amount of trust they had from me today is gone. Dont bother using them. Go somewhere else where they are honest and treat you right (ironically enough, the manager said that is the Meineke difference, because they want to treat customers like family and have them come back). What a joke!

Honestly decently fast on getting everything going at the beginning and let you know of issues after services are completed. Service is pretty fast and walk ins are available depending on need and tech availability.

Very honest and up front couldve just took my money but let me know that they couldnt do it cause I had to much other stuff wrong with my trucks front end and it wouldnt help it any to do the alignment so they showed me what was wrong and gave me a FREE estimate and explained what was wrong and told me about there credit approval system and told me they would be here when I was ready to fix it

If it wasn’t for me being out of town and having to work 7/12’s I would’ve changed my own break pads, $122 for a break pad change is pathetic I’ll never go there again.

I had an oil leak that seemed to be unfixable. They quickly fixed it and it does seem to be fine. The gentleman was extremely helpful and understanding. My only complaint is that they may have significantly overcharged me for a part.

They technically did what I asked, but I said there was an air bubble in the ABS (only a mechanic tool can get it out) and all they did was drain and refill my brakes. Abs is still on and the bubble still there. So I essentially have them $76.

My concern is that the employees are not wearing a face mask for protection of customers safety against Covid-19. I came in for some work today and both the associate at the front desk and employees who came out to check my car were not wearing any face mask. This is inspite of a rule posted on the entrance about mandatory mask policy. The associate inside was talking loudly and there was even an old aged customer behind me.In terms of the work done, they were quick to resolve my issue and get me back on the road. I would be certainly given 5 stars, if the employees would have wore a face mask.

Just another place that refuses to use customer supplied parts that were just purchased brand new so they can increase their profits by selling you their over priced parts for the services.

Was told I was going to get a new oil filter when I took my car on to get an oil change but they didnt put a new one in.

Went an had some brake work done about a month ago. After spending more than I expected to ever spend and waiting 2 hours to have brake pads changed, a new rotor, and a new caliper I was finally able to get back on the road.On the way home I stopped to get lunch for my family and as I pulled into the restaurant the brakes were really spongy and I nearly smacked the parking block. I checked fluid and repeatedly pushed the brake peddle and it seemed to go away. Brake fluid level was fine.Then last week as I’m driving home in the rain with the family I suddenly get very loud road noise and a grinding sound in my front drivers side wheel. I pull over and look and don’t see anything immediately and decided to drive slow and hope I can get home.After returning home I jack up the car and begin investigating what is going on. I look at my alloy rim and it’s scratched all up on the inside and my caliper is free to move all over the place because one of my bolts that mounts my caliper up is GONE.I’m no mechanic, but how hard is it to thread lock a bolt to insure vibrations don’t work a bolt out? So now my rim is scratched to hell, I can’t drive it until I get the new bolt that I had to order because no body carries one, and you put my family and I at risk of a wheel locking up on the highway and destroying my rim, tire, rotor, caliper and who knows what else.To wrap this all up, the money I spent and the time I’ve wasted is not worth it. Next time I’ll go back to doing my own brakes or I’ll take it to a trusted mechanic. Meineke Is TERRIBLE!!!

- I took my car for a basic oil change. They ended up spill oil everywhere under the hood of my car. My car even started smoking. I took it back and they said they fixed it because THEY did not screw the cap on properly. My car was still smoking and leaking oil a week later. I had to spend an additional $400 to fix the damage that was caused by what seems to be a basic oil change. I can say the guys intentionally were nice and seem to be knowledgeable, but then again...they jacked up my car. I will not be returning, my best is with Walmart or a local business.

In going to give it 3 stars because they did an oil change and tire rotation and it was a really fair price...it doesnt get 5 stars because it was my fiance that took the car up there. The told her about the battery needing replaced, thats fine...i had a feeling it would need to be replaced soon...then they told her she needed the breaks replaced and the rotors changed, well this type of work I usually do myself so I called up to inquire and they told me the pads were worn down to about 4mm..fair enough but why is it so expensive? Because there is rust on the rotors? But the thickness of rotors is good? But theres rustWhen does a rotor not have alittle rust? Theres no pitting they look good to me...but to be safe i took it somewhere else...they told me I should replace the pads but it would be crazy to change the rotorsKinda feel like this was a take advantage type of situation...could be wrong...thats why Im not giving them 1 starAll Im saying is if this mechanic or any mechanic for that matter tells you that you need hundreds and hundreds of surprise work done to your vehicle....get a second opinion.
