These guys are my go to with my car. They are always open and honest with me. I dont know much about car maintenance, but they have been helping me since I bought my first car. They have been teaching me at what milestones certain things need done and it really has helped me understand my car better and help me when I decide to go looking for a new car.Also, reasonably priced, quick turn around, and absolutely quality service. A bonus is that I love the old westerns they play on their TV in the lobby.

I like Billys Auto Repair people... They are professional, friendly and have a very good reputation for honesty and dealing fairly with their customers. I was referred to Billys by an individual that holds the same opinion.They have a large clean and well lit shop with many friendly employees.They did a brake job on my van and I am very happy with their work and prices!Taking my other car up there tomorrow for a oil change and wheel rotation and expect the same fast, efficient service!Happy to have found Billys Auto Repair!

My alternator and a belt went out on my Charger, I called them Monday morning, dropped it of Monday night. They called me Tuesday afternoon to was ready to pick up not to bad in price after tax it was like 504 or something of that nature. I would have to look at my receipts Anyway they did a great job getting me in and out. I will definitely continue to use them when I need repairs until they mess up. Though hopefully they will not. I hate trying to shop arround to find a good shop to work on my vehicles.

My heater core exploded in my Grand Cherokee, leaving a couple of inches of antifreeze on my passenger floorboard inside my vehicle & inside myglovebox!I was expecting to pay over $1000 since they had to completely remove my entire dash, but it was much less! They fixed my jeep, but Josh went over & beyond by cutting out my carpet (from under the seat), washing & drying the carpet multiple times to try to get the smell of antifreeze out for me. He put countless hours in on this when he didn’t have to! They didn’t charge me extra for him doing this & since I had been on oxygen for 11 years, my smell is super sensitive! I assumed I’d have to buy new carpet! He did such a great job! I didn’t smell anything! To top it off, they changed my oil & it all still came in way below the price I thought I’d have to pay! I can’t thank them enough! Thank you Billy, Melissa, Josh & the entire team who worked on my jeep!!

Love this place! I needed a mechanic so I checked out their reviews. They were incredibly helpful when I made the appointment. Gave me an estimate which was much less then I was quoted somewhere else. Took it in and they were just as nice in person. Called me when it was done and it was not a penny over the estimate. Ive spent a lot of money at this place, but it looks like they will no longer be my go to. I ordered some sensors to put on only to find out I need a lift. I was going to have Billys do it (like they have in the past with my parts), only to find out they now require you to buy parts through them. Its an understandable policy, but my business will now be going elsewhere.

This makes 3 times Ive brought my van to Billys for 3 different problems. Each time I was taken care of, at a very reasonable price. Drive by the shop any day and the lot is always full.

Used to be one of the best shops in town but over the last year their customer service has taken a nose dive. A few months ago I brought my car in to get a tire plugged. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes and I could wait because they were starting on it immediately. After waiting over 45 mins I walked around to where the mechanic was working on it and he was outside smoking. Whats worse was that the car was done and simply needed to be driven out front but he thought smoking a cigarette was more important. Recently I called and asked if i brought a part in would they put it on. I was told yes but they wouldnt be able to give me a warranty which I was fine with. After cancelling an appointment with another garage and taking an uber to the shop to give them my keys, I was told they wouldnt do it after all. I asked to talk to the manager and explained that I was told earlier they said they would do it, to which he responded that it didnt matter what I was told, he wasnt going to do it. I told him I cancelled an appointment with someone else to bring it to him and he told me he didnt believe me. I then told him I would no longer have them work on my vehicles and he told he that was fine and then told me to get the f*** out. Not exactly professional.

Didnt take long to get car worked on. Was able to watch one of my favorite shows while I waited. Got a little chilled, but better than being hot

An auto repair place that does what needs to be done. They dont find things wrong that you werent expecting

I came from 50 miles away to purchase a used vehicle. I contacted Billys, and I was able to bring the vehicle to them for an inspection and piece of mind. They did a FREE inspection that found an oil leak and possibly a transmission leak (it was later discovered the transmission leak had just been repaired). I then started to drive away, but noticed that the engine light was on. I took it back and they discovered a code for low oil pressure (thought to be connected the oil sending unit which was leaking).Unfortunately, this inspection was a quick visual inspection that did not discover the following things: worn struts and shocks, brakes that need to be replaced in about 6 months, a leaking radiator, and an engine full of sludge. I really do not blame them for missing the sludge in the engine. However, it seems other things should have been found if they had chosen to do a more detailed inspection.I wish I had spoken up and asked for a more detailed look at things such as the brake pads. Billys has really great reviews, and that is why I chose them. Sadly, they failed me, and I have now had to put $5,000 worth of work into the van I purchased partly based on their inspection.

The guys here are skilled and also friendly, down to earth people. They are thorough. They are honest and have very reasonable rates. If they miss something, they make it right. Also, if you have to wait for repairs their lobby is comfy and clean. You can grab a snack across the street and then sit at the table watching classics on the tv. I will be returning here for all my car repair needs.

Best mechanics in town. Ive taken my car here twice. Both times the car is ready sooner than promised the problem is fixed perfectly the first time. And the prices are very reasonable. Went in for an alignment. Made an appointment for 8 am. Lot was so full there was no parking available. Was there 2 hours. Nice clean establishment. Car runs great. Will go back if needed and would reccomend.
