Dean was an absolutely honest and trustworthy. I brought him a what appeared to be a major issue but was actually a simple and cheap fix. He even provided a little automotive education as a bonus. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

No computer or fancy scanner can replace Deans 35+ years of experience. My car was making a funny rattling noise and I had to drive to Atlanta that day. Dean took the time to listen to me and my car. In one hour he figured out exactly what it was wrong. Very reasonable charge and I got some great tips on maintaining my car. He also has a great sense of humor!

These guys are the best! I do most all my own auto work myself but when Im stumped or in need of an experienced eye Dean and Alan are the only shop in Knoxville I trust. They are reasonable and explain whats going on before they do the work. If youve got an old air cooled beetle or bus they are the only shop in Knoxville Id use but they also repair just about anything that drives.

I took my 2011 Subaru Forrester to Deans based on recommendations from friends & after reading the reviews. He was able to get to me the same day which was great as I was driving out of town the next day. He quickly identified the problem after a test drive (bad left front axle), got the part, & did the repair for a most reasonable price. I have no doubt that I would have had a much higher bill at the Knoxville dealership (where I had a string of bad experiences!). Im very happy to have found this reasonable & competent mechanic & will definitely be using him from now on!

Dean was honest and helpful. He didnt have the technology to fix the (electronic) transmission problem I had with my car, but he recommended a transmission shop that he knew and trusted to get the job done. He looked over my car the same day I dropped it off and didnt charge me at all. Ill definitely be using his services if I have any more problems.
