Mike Davis and his staff are the BEST. My husband has been with this office for 30+ years, and I have been working with Mike for the past 6 years. They have always taken excellent care of us. After adding a driver, that took an act of Congress with other companies letting you do it from the app, my bill increased nearly $100. They ran a credit check without permission. And when I needed to fix the added driver, I was told no. So they lie to you. I called in and was handled promptly. If you choose State Farm,pick a different agent to deal with.

This specific office has taken care of me on more than one occassion and have gone far out of their way to accomodate my needs!! Michelle and Mike are 2 of the most personable insurance folks that I have EVER worked with!! They will ALWAYS have my business for as long as they will put up with me!! I have unfortunately run into some situations this past month where my insurance coverage was needed but thankfully I had Mike to jump on my issues and get me squared away. I think it was this agency I have gotten numerous calls from, but I am not one hundred percent sure. It was from a State Farm in Knoxville, TN, so if it wasn’t this exact location, they can just take this one for the team. This company will harass you with phone calls. I don’t even know how they got my telephone number. My husband and I have insurance through another company that we are perfectly happy with, which I told the man from State Farm that was calling almost on a day to day basis trying to sell me insurance. I finally had to get very rude with him and maybe my point finally got across to him. I would block this number but he would still contact me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If someone tells you they are not interested in the insurance (or anything for that matter) you are selling, be an adult and move on to the next person. This place was harassing me with all the phone calls I got. I would never take out insurance through State Farm because of them constantly calling and harassing me. So I hope the right person sees this, because what I have been through is uncalled for. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever witnessed and I have no problem telling anyone and everyone that! 👎🏻
