Disappointed is an understatement. I added a new car to my plan in April and dropped my old car that I sold. They continued to charge me for my old car for months. After many calls to try to correct this, I had to wait a month and a half just to get my refund check. After depositing the refund check into my bank account, they took the check BACK OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT 6 days later!! Putting my account into the negative and now I have another $45 in fees just for that. I am a single mother with a 5 month old who is on the most expensive formula which I can not pay for now that they stole my money again. please please please do not do business with this office! Go to the Steve Whitley State Farm office instead! This office does not have their ducks in a row AT ALL.

This is the most horrible State Farm office in Knoxville. When applying for my new policy, I wasn’t informed about a driving device...after declining the service that was mailed to my address my policy ended up being more than the “better rate” I was quoted. I called the office and was promised a “gift card” for my trouble at Christmas. This is March and my gift card is still “on the way”. I called to ask about a rental claim due to my house being burglarized. Vicki was going to lunch, so her lunch was more important than taking a clients call. I never received a call back. I highly do not recommend this office to anyone!

There is only ONE person I will speak to in the office all the time and that person is Robin. I have been with this office for a little over a year and she has been able to work with me even through our most difficult times. She deserves to be recognized for her PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, ATTITUDE, KINDNESS, and above all else COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING.Mr.Cunningham, if you havent already done so, please give this wonderful woman a raise or a generous bonus.
