I have always been impressed with the Harlan family that has owned Emmetts for 2 generations. Gary and Linda took automotive repair to a level of integrity and professionalism that made me their customer for life. There was a situation where a small accident happened in the shop to one of my vehicles, and they fixed it perfectly. Then Gary and Lindas Marine Corps Combat Veteran son joined the shop and if Kurt and his wife Katie had maintained the same level of integrity and professionalism that Gary and Linda created that would be amazing by itself. Damn if those new owners didnt improve on it. The staff at Emmetts today is second to none and when you pick up your car after it was worked on and the entire staff to a person says we guarantee our work. Wow. I have no hesitation in recommending Kurt and Katie and their services at any time.

Emmett’s has amazing customer service. My husband is a RV transporter and puts lots of miles on his vehicle so naturally we have lots of work needed. They understand his truck makes us our money and always does their best to get us back on the road quickly. Brady always takes his time to make sure we know exactly what was done and helps make the best decisions for our vehicle. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

They never resolve this issue either. No offer to do the right thing

If you have money to blow, this is the place to go! 502 $ for an oil change, fuel filter,and air filter. 209$ in labor alone. Plus had my truck from 9am to 1pm, for a simple task. Never getting my business again. Zero out of five stars, not recommended. Im sorry this your reply by no means are you speaking to someone that doesnt know how to do the work myself. Ive completed the work you did on my truck in about an hour. That said the expenses your trying to justify are not valid, I know what parts cost for what I asked of you, therefore while speaking to other customers of yours, they also stated that your cost was way inflated and also would not return to your business. There is nothing more to say on the matter.

I heard good things allot them so had my van (2005 odyssey) towed 35 miles there. They didnt want to do the mechanic work but wanted to sell me a short block (lower half of engine) for $12,000.00 instead without price of labor. Well, thats just lazy path at customers expense. I wouldnt go here for air in the tires. To examine my van cost $128.00 Good thing they never checked the air in the tires...might have been double!Towed My van Back home. Whatam expensive waste. Wouldnt send am enemy here!

Brought in for water pump replacement. Poor communication! 1st go around my car was there for 3 weeks before they started on it. Never received 1 phone call to explain the delay. Drove it for 2 days, oil spraying out everywhere. Wouldnt even stay 5 minutes after closing to take our keys. Fixed problem next day. Part failed within a year,no fault of theres. Part would take a few days to get, understandable. No call that part came in. I called and was told it would be ready 1st part of following week. No call by Thursday so I called. NOT EVEN STARTED YET! My car was finally ready 1 day short of 3 weeks! Zero communication! I will NEVER do business with them again!

There is nothing perfect in this world and Emmetts Auto Repair is no exception to that truth. But if someone could show me their Persian Flaw I would appreciate it since I cant seem to find it. They have gone out of their way on every occasion I have used their service. Each time the work was as promised and on time. If you are taking you auto or truck to anyone else, the mistake is yours. My truck will be going only to Emmetts.

Ive had two of my trucks in the last few months repaired. I had the crew at Emmetts repair the brakes on my F-350 Super Duty on 35 tires. Last night, a deer jumped in front of me and I had to hammer the brakes. I could not BELIEVE how fast I stopped. If not for the antilock brakes, I am quite certain I would have locked up all for corners.The other is my family wagon Ford Excursion. Diagnosed recently what was wrong, had the mechanic explain it plainly so I knew what was going on. Recommended some components be replaced and explained why. Quicker turnaround than I expected.I trust my cars, and my family, with the quality service and products provided at Emmetts. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Excellent service and follow ups.

1. My vehicle was never fixed. Emmetts broke it more and admitted to it. They apologized all over the place and then didnt fix it some more. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my transfer case but now I have no 4wd.2. Someone at Emmetts took my vehicle for a joyride, causing even more damage. The transmission crossmember has a new dent in it and the driveshaft rubs the exhaust. Ill have to spend hundreds of dollars at a credible shop to repair the damage.3. Emmetts FORGOT they had my vehicle and let it sit in their lot for weeks while I thought they were doing their job. It was only after I called that they were like, Oh yeah, we were supposed to fix that, huh?I wouldnt trust these kids with a bicycle!

On vacation and our engine light came on. Called Emmetts and they said come in any time. They checked the code, checked the issue and it turns out to be nothing serious, and we can get home and have it checked out. They wouldnt take payment for their time. We were super impressed by their customer service and willingness just to help out!

This place is superb! At near closing time on Friday on holiday weekend, we had an accident on the ice about 40 minutes outside of Klamath Falls. Jim Heath orchestrated the tow truck, rental car, and waited late to receive our vehicle. The repair process was precise and professional. Extremely caring and friendly staff. I bought a wrecked truck and brought it in to have the rack and pinion replaced. They charged a reasonable price. Upon leaving, I noticed my steering wheel was slightly kinked to the right when the tires were straight. Not that big of a deal.I get a call about a week later from one of the service persons asking me how everything is going. I explained the situation and they promptly scheduled me to come back in to adjust it.That call made all the difference and shows that they value their customers. 5/5 stars for service.

Absolutely ridiculous. I just got off the phone with Emmetts looking for a quote. I stated what I needed done and the reply I received was Are you just looking for the lowest price in town?. I said, Well, yes. So he turns around and states Well, I can tell you that Im not the lowest price in town. If thats all you want then you should just call one of the other guys in town. Wow!!! Seriously! Talk about pretentious! Isnt everyone looking for the lowest price with quality service? I would think that would clearly be a duh moment right there. Well Emmetts I can assure you, you wont have to be concerned with my business ever let alone any referrals. Well done fellas, well done.

My wife and I were driving our truck from Washington to California when our problem occurred. I had just had the transfer case replaced, but something went wrong while traveling through Klamath Falls. Fortunately it was covered under the repair warranty, but Emmetts Auto repair did a great job of working with the other shop to take care of the paper work and warranty coverage. It took a couple days off our trip to get the part and have the repair done. Emmetts helped connect us with an auto rental at a great price. They were very communicative and we were on the way ahead of their predicted completion time. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

My 1982 Land Rover stalled in Klamath Falls Friday midday, I was towed to Emmetts. No Land Rover parts were withing 500 miles of Klamath Falls. Kurt, Jim and Dave were creative, resourcefulness and compassionate and did to get me back on the road. Thanks to Jim, Dave, and your entire crew.

We are new to the area, so I went here based off of a review another women wrote about not being treated differently. She was right. This place is great! Jim was very upfront about the services they were doing to the car and provided prices. My check engine light was on and other auto repair companies said the issue was too complex and would cause more problems. Emmetts was able to fix it without causing more problems. We had our oil changed as well. I highly recommend going to Emmetts.

Theres a reason most of the emergency services use Emmetts for their vehicles - they offer quality work at reasonable prices. Auto repairs are never fun, and the best you can hope for is to get your vehicle back the way it was before it broke, so lots of people complain when they have to pay for any service. I try to do my own work, but when I cant I trust Kurt and the guys at Emmetts to do the hard stuff right. Ive recommended them to my daughter, her friends and my other family members many times, and Ill continue to do so. Theyre usually booked out a couple weeks because theyre good - its worth the wait.

Ive brought 3 cars for service and repair over the years, and Emmitts is absolutely great. They are experts with diagnosing problems and the quality of their work and the parts they use are stellar. They never upsell things or servicesthat are not needed. They even make suggestions to save you money. They have kept my vehicles in top running order. These are the only technicians my mother ever trusted. They have my highest recommendation.

Emmetts always does excellent work. I have some mechanical knowledge and spent a few years as an automotive machinist, so I know good work when I see it. You can trust Emmetts to do a quality job for you. Update: 13 years later and Emmetts works on both my Toyota FJ and my wifes 09 Subaru Impreza. They do everything from oil changes to engine work, and the result is ALWAYS predictably quality workmanship. I dont think well ever go anywhere else!

Made an appt, waited a week, took it in when they said they could fix my car. Five days later they called and said I need to get them a part so they could finish. Got them the part, ten days later I called to check the status and they hadnt even started! NINETEEN days later they finally finish and only offered a modest discount in price. Actually said your cars done, what more do you want? Not a place Id reccomend!

Was in dire need of some fuel system repairs during an extreme cold spell, they took very good care of me as a AAA towed in customer. This included taking me to and from the local hotel. I really appreciate the care and service they provided and will give them my business again if I need automotive service or repairs.

Cleanest, most professional auto repair shop in Klamath Falls. There is always discussion preceding any large jobs to make sure your understand and are comfortable.

So while my mothers car was being worked on there a employee from there services backed into my mothers car and scratched her bumper, to top that off he mustarded up courage to lie about it all! When I went to show him the picture he told me “you can’t prove when that was taken, that’s not your mothers car, that wasn’t taken on this property” when it all was. In the end they’re insurance covered it but we our disgusted with there services. Anywhere but here unless you want your vehicle damaged then we called a lier when you confront them.

I went in there to try to figure something out that was going on with my car. The man who helped me was very sexist and quite rude. He told me that I needed the man of the house to fix the problem all because I did not know what the part was called.

I just got off the phone with these clowns. They said they dont own the special tools to replace a rear main seal on a 2005 XC70 Volvo. The are no special tools. They are just last.

It takes them a couple weeks to fix your vehicle.
