CHASITY is the best nail tech! Have been going to her since she started. Nails are always on point. Salon is always clean and all the girls are so friendly. Always a great atmosphere!

Laura is the best nail tech there. I go to every time I need my nails done and she amazes me each and everytime 12/10 recommend her to any and everyone. Ive been going to her for almost 3 years

Horrible. I booked my appointment with Nicole two weeks in advance as I wanted to get my hair done for my birthday. I showed up on time, only to be told by Nicole that she booked me in March when I saw her book it for February 26th. My appointment was booked before Valentine’s Day. She informed me that she had a tint, cut etc so she couldn’t help me. I never heard a more insincere apology in my life. I left in tears...Thankfully, I found another salon to help me. I would never recommend Nicole to anyone. She obviously wanted the higher paying client.

The audit at this shop does amazing at work and next weekend Laura will be doing this to my nails. Cant wait. Will post thre finished product on the 16th

I just started going to Laura and she is amazing! She really cares about her work and her attention to detail is amazing! She is a perfectionist and cares about what you think! Very talented artist as well! Very friendly atmosphere and full of amazing talented women!

I cant say for all the other people that work there I went to Audrey and I would recommend to goes to someone else because shes usually late and she cancels your appointment a lot. We did a barter trade and if you dont know what a barter trade is its basically when I Traded services or Goods in exchange for her doing my nails nothings free we both paid something out of it and she basically thought that she was doing my nails for free. I was just really upset on how I got treated I dont know if it was because Im black or if everyone else gets treated like that it was just not okay

My experiences have been hit and miss at this salon. For the most part they do pretty good work. But I find it extremely unprofessional when you don’t have a card reader to accept credit or debit card and you wait until AFTER you had finished my nails to inform me of this and ask if I have cash. (This is the second time that’s happened at this salon)Which then sends me on a search for an ATM, never mind that my bank is no where near the salon which means additional fees for withdrawing money from my account. Adding to my incredulity and irritation when handing her the cash when she announced that she wasn’t sure if she had change...if you’re not going to have the business sense to have a credit/debit card reader at-least make sure that you carry the appropriate amount of change in varying denominations. Because handing over two $5 for $10 change pressures the client into feeling obligated to give a $5 tip. There was also the stink face from a nail tech when I walked in for my appointment and I asked about my appointment as well as the attitude in her tone, a blond next to the door that leads to the hair section of the salon. And the fact that the lady who did my pedicure (I wasn’t informed that I would have my mani and pedi done by two different techs and would have to pay two different times instead of the once. Again, great lack of communication) assumes that my French tip was going to be a pink and white instead of the plain white strip. With my permanent tan the pink she used looks unpleasant, and nicked all the skin surrounding my nail on one of my toes when removing the pink. At this stage I can honestly say that I’ll never be coming back to this salon. Bc I’ve dealt with having my cuticle badly cut by a USED yet somehow unseasoned emery board and nail techs who come into work with a visible cold that ends up being infectious because they don’t know what fevers look like or that they mean that your “cold” is infectious

I would recommend pretty drama over every place I have ever been from Eugene,ore to northern California where I used live
