I went to this place to get a manicure for prom. The man that I had, had very little patience and seemed to be very condescending. I had a reference picture for the nails that I wanted and he said it would be easy. However, he completely butchered them. I also asked for coffin shaped nails and he gave me square instead. There is even a piece of hair on the cheetah print nail that he sealed over with the top coat. I cannot speak for the entire business, but I know that the man I had showed very little nail tech and customer service skills. Definitely not worth the $70 i paid.

Out on vacation was passing through my nail were so unsatisfying from the precious nail salon back home.And I called 4 other places no one wanted to take me in!And they took me made my nails look 100% better treated me so good! I and truly satisfied and appreciate them! The only thing that not cool is that I’m from a different state if not I would definitely choose them as my nail salon to go to! Thank you sooo much!

Depending on who dose your nails they are nice. Sometimes you get what you want other times you dont. But great pedicures.

Absolutely loved it. I took my 11 year old daughter in for her first manicure. They were very nice to her, having to explain the process to her since she didnt know how it work. I would recommend them to anyone

My daughter and I had appointments today I was going to have a manicure but changed my mind and asked for a full set and full set for my daughter, she had an appointment for a full set. They said they did not have time so I only got a manicure. Never was one word spoke to me except to tell me to switch hands in the dryer. My daughter had a man who never said a word and he got mad because she changed from regular nail polish to gel. My nails were not painted all the way they are not filed. She left the old paint on my fingers and I had to ask her to take it off. We both got done at the same time so there was no reason we both couldnt have full sets. The girl that did mine ran out to sit in her car. Terrible place. Never will we go back.

My husband spent over $60 to get me a gift certificate. I came in one time (that week) to get a pedicure and the same lady who wrote out the certificate did my appointment. Well I accidentally threw away my certificate and called and asked if they could honor even a portion of it because it’s a small business and they knew I hadn’t come back in in the last two weeks and they have sign ins to be able to tell. They basically told me they wouldn’t help me in any way. I will not be spending my time or money here again.

I have been enjoying Solar Nails for 10 years. The staff are easy going and professional. They may speak Vietnamese but not to worry, not about you. I love the service they provide. I recomend Solar Nails to everyone. God bless America.!

I highly recommend Huy for his excellent service. I travel and often am in a new town when I need a fill. Needless to say, the quality of the work has been uneven from New Hampshire to Florida to Texas and now back to Oregon....The quality of Huy’s work actually kind of blew me away...thin nails, listened to what I wanted and finally happily granted my special request of gluing the edges of my nails...great guy and when I’m back in K Falls, I’ll be making an appointment to see him!

I got my nails done Acrylics, I bite my nails, but I’ve never had a problem of them popping off and already one popped off. I’ve gone to this place before and they didn’t pop off the girl who did mine was aggressive cut me, was gripping my hand extremely hard to.

Selena did my pedicure and took time to do my nails too. I got an appointment the same day, no waiting. I was super happy with how professional she was and what a good job she did.

Ive come to solar nails many different times in the past, and have always been pleased with the outcome. However, yesterday I was incredibly displeased. Not only was I greeted quite rudely by the staff, but they also did a terrible job. My friend had called to make an appointment for me and my sister and her the day before and when we showed up, the man who scheduled our appointment had scheduled it wrong. And not only that, but when I tried to correct him, he began to pick a fight with me. What happened to the customer always being right? Then once we got the issue resolved, not only was the employee annoyed with me, but also did a terrible job! Skipped several of the steps that I always look forward too, and my nails instantly began chipping the moment I left the store. Never have I been so disrespected and ripped off. Never. Going. Back. Again.

Not friendly, walk ins not actually welcome. Monday morning 9am when the doors open no one else there and still rejected for a full set because of no appointment. Would have been nice if the website said appointments prefered. Wasted my time.

My pedicure was rushed but looks okay, however if you’re looking for a relaxing salon. I don’t recommend kids were screaming the entire time. Made my experience unpleasant.

Very disappointed! Will NOT be going back. That was definitely the WORST mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten.If you’re going to try it, though I wouldn’t recommend it, ask for a dude. The lady I got was rough and my mani paint job is atrocious—I can do better with my left hand.In the pedi she buffed my arch. My arch! The softest part of my foot, and it HURT. And the part that was supposed to be a massage was just rubbing in lotion. The massage chair was sub par.Oh it was just bad. Obviously cheap for a reason, and it’s not even worth that.

Worth the money! The nails last long without lifting and they are done very professionally and quickly!

We went in to get our pedicures, the man hurried through steps of exfoliate/filing. My nails are still not straight and the man cannot paint nails. Also my friend still had a lot of dirt stuck in toenails after leaving the salon. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO THERE. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY THERE. Going to try other salon in Klamath falls.

A fantastic place to get yourself pampered! The younger women are speedy with a nice chatty quality and attentive to the desires of the clients.

This guys idea of a French pedicure meant painting the top half of my toe nails white. When I asked if he could thin it out, he told me I shouldve said something before they dried. Between that and the crappy way my solar pink & whites were handled (bubbles dried in along with a piece of brush bristle) I WILL NOT RETURN and dont even recommend you bother showing up.

My nails broke the next day, went to complain and they said they were closed for the next few days... By the next week all of my shellac was chipped. Didnt feel strong, looked warped, was not happy.

Got my nails done by a young dude and they are falling off this was three days got them done Friday and it is Sunday. will propible not go there again

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I got a full set and the lady used the file machine to take off my polish, left chunks. Didnt glue my tips down properly, built the fills on top of my cuticle beds because she was too lazy to push back my cuticles for 1 minute. She left a piece of hair from the nail brush in the fill. Did my french tips the length of at least half my nails and on top of it all, she tried to make me pay for it BEFORE she had finished because I informed her I didnt want the gel top coat, which was extra. She was rude, unprofessional, and made me bleed on top of two of my nail beds! I was disgusted with the service and will never return.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this place what so ever. Idk if they only like regulars but the two ladys werent very nice at all and my nails looked SO bad. If you want good nails go see Shawna at pizzazz salon.

These where the WORST nails I’ve ever had. He cut my fingers up so many times. I asked him to fix them multiple times & showed him the picture and he still managed to mess them up. Except even worse than they were already.

Made an appointment the day before over the phone for 3 pedicures and was told they “couldn’t find it” when we showed up the next day for our reserved time.

When asked the difference between solar nails and acrylic they didnt tell me much except we do a lot more solar nails and we only color the tipsOn the board it says Acrylic set is $30When she was done doing my nails, which looked really bad by the way she tells me $46She barely spoke english so I didnt feel comfortable asking about the price,Am not coming back here.

My friend and I went to get our nails done. After she was all done she told her one price but they had told us a different price when we first got there, the lady got upset and started arguing with her co-workers right in front of us (customers) I find that very very rude. And unprofessional!

Do NOT get the gel nails. They were terrible and overpriced. The pedicures are good, but it takes forever!

I went to get a pedicure after being injured and unable to do my own toe nails for several months. So needless to say my toenails were in serious need of help. I knew this going in and was a little self conscious about how my feet looked. The older gentleman (and I use that term loosely) sat me down in my chair and when he looked at my feet made a noise that communicated his disgust with the state of my feet. This pedicure is rare for me and a real treat and he ruined it not even 20 seconds in. What came after was painful and rushed. He dug at my cuticles like he was mining for gold without a thought to my comfort, even after I told him he was hurting me. Every aspect of the pedicure felt perfunctory and hurried. Usually when I’m finished with a pedicure I feel relaxed and happy. After this one, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Then I received the bill. $47.50! I was quoted $40 on the phone. I was in his chair less then 30 minutes. For that much, I should have been treated like and felt like a queen! A word of advice to this man and this business. Treat everyone with dignity and respect, for all you know they were not a position to care for their own nails due to a physical ailment and are coming to you for assistance. They don’t need to be judged, trust me, they know what their feet look like! I will not be back.
