I didnt realize how unsatisfactory my old dentist was until I switched over to Shasta Family Dental. They made me feel safe and comfortable. They even explained my bill and broke it down for me so that I understood. Plus, they helped me come up with a payment plan.It is the little touches that stand out to make this place superior. I can tell how much they care.So keep this place in mind when you are looking for a good dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This dental clinic does not adhere to COVID-19 public health safety precautions as of March 10, 2021. Neither staff nor patients were masked in the waiting room. I would have liked to have known their safety protocol before scheduling. Ill make the effort to call dentists ahead of time in the future to check that they abide by the health guidelines - I honestly hadnt considered this scenario.

Mindy and her staff (my hygienist is Stacie) are awesome. They are easy to deal with and take time to answer questions. Got a same day appointment for an emergency crown. Love them!

I just happen to be at Shasta Family Dental when a LADY came in with a mask. As patients we are not required to wear a mask unless we want to. When we are being worked on the Dr. and techs have masks on!! This lady apparently wears a mask, probably in the car also. When she came in I was the only one in the waiting rm. Its not right to judge because your insecure. Dr. Brown and staff do FOLLOW the guide lines To the Tee. Just because this lady has her guidelines dont try and make them ours!!!!

10/10 would recommend.The staff and atmosphere at Shasta Family Dental are all above and beyond professional.From the front desk, to the chair, and back out the door, they treated me like family the whole way.

This is by far the best dental office in Klamath Falls! I have sever anxiety with going to the dentist especially with getting fillings...after switching to Shasta Dental my anxiety is slowly going down with each visit and the care I receive each time is absolutely amazing! The staff truly cares and the environment is welcoming. You feel like more then just a patient at Shasta Dental and that is a pretty special thing. Stacie is an amazing hygienist who takes the time to explain what shes doing and why. Dr. Brown is just as compassionate and does not try to sell unnecessary services. I truly feel they have my best interest at heart.

This place is a complete nightmare, they gave me a quote which was affordable for me then I paid it and a few weeks later I received a bill for another 500 so about 1000 for one flipper which its been two years and it broke right of the mount I called them and they will fix it for another 350 NO WAY!!!! I will never recommend them to anyone unless you have money to throw away.

Being new to Klamath Falls, just moved here in August, I did not have a dentist. I asked my hair stylist about a good dentist, and she gave me Shasta Family Dental. At the time, I just needed a dentist for a cleaning. Well, the day before Easter, I broke off a tooth. I called their office Monday morning and was offered an appointment for the same day. I was unable to make it that day, so I took an appointment for Tuesday. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone made me so at ease from the front office to the assistant, and especially Dr. Brown. Now, I didnt think that anything could be done the same day, but Dr. Brown and Naomi explained everything to me, did the prep for a crown and I was on my way.I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Wonderful people and staff. So down to earth...so different from where I came from (Southern California). Thank you Mickena Jackson for the referral, but most of all, thank you Dr. Brown, Naomi and your entire staff for a painless and wonderful dental experience.

Love this place. The people and staff were very friendly and polite and courteous. The dentist was very knowelagble and made feel comfortable and at ease. I very much recommend the place to everyone.

I have followed Dr. Brown everywhere she has worked here in town since I was 18yo. I wouldnt trust anyone else w/ my dental needs! She explains treatment and ideas with you as if you were family. She genuinely cares about what you need done and is very straight forward. Both hygienist are very honest, gentle and have great personalities who also put patients needs first. Shasta Family Dental is known for giving back to the community which I absolutely love! I would 100 times recommend this dental clinic!

Absolutely rude. Was calling about out of pocket pricing and the receptionist was like “Do you need to make an appointment? If this is a survey, I really do not have time to go though one.” Before I could even finish reiterating my inquiry, she said “Okay, thank you,” and hung up.If this is the manner of their front staff, I’d hate to have serious work done there. Especially during a pandemic.

I was very impressed with with the professional and friendly manner of Dr. Brown and all of the staff at Shasta Family Dental. Dr. Brown provided a thorough exam at my first visit and explained the plan of care I needed as well as the rationale for that plan. The treatment she provided was gentle and thoughtful. The entire staff clearly made an effort to keep their patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I highly recommend Shasta Family Dental!

The first time we went to see Dr. Brown was on an emergency visit. She explained everything in detail during that visit. The office called the following day to check how things were going. Every time I go in the office I feel very comfortable and welcomed!!! I actually enjoy dental visits!

Okay you guys! True statement. We have gone through 4 different dentists where my son has freaked out, didnt want to open his mouth, or would panic midway into the apt, it has been a huge battle for us. And I decided to try this dental office, I mean whats one more at this point? And FINALLY found a wonderful dentist my child willingly lets do anything. She is amazing!!!! My other child loves this office as well! The staff is super friendly and personable. I highly reccomend this dental office to anyone! It has been a blessing!

I went to Shasta family dental and loved the environment. Everyone was laid back and there’s a feeling of friendship throughout the office, which I find very important. It was comfortable and clean and the woman do did my cleaning explained everything she was doing in depth. When the doctor came in she also explained everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand.

My toddler daughter and I are both patients of Dr. Brown, and we are very happy with our experiences in the office! Procedures are thoroughly explained, dental anxiety is understood and staff are empathetic, and the office is very clean. You won’t be disappointed!

I get anxiety and scared when I just have to get a cleaning! The hygienists are wonderful and best of all Dr. Brown comes and talks to you and calms me down! If you have a cavity or have to get a crown she explains every step! She goes over and beyond to make sure you are prepared for what ever will happen! Your treated like family!

They are so sweet & friendly! I had to get some x Rays & my daughter was with me so a very kind lady took her for a little bit and made her feel very welcome while mommy got pictures done and a cleaning.

Dr. Mindy Brown and her staff were so friendly, helpful, and willling to get us in when we needed. Dr Brown was very thorough and explained everything that was going on and the steps that were needed to fix my sons dental issues. The front office staff was helpful and cheery.

The staff as Shasta Family Dental is incredible! They strive to provide the best individualized care for their patients and make you feel like family. Dr. Brown has great bedside manner, a good sense of humor and wants to make sure you are as comfortable in the dental chair as possible!

If your on OHP beware youll get as few a appointments in a year as they are contracted to provide and if you have a need you want addressed first you will be looked at like you dont know anything because she routine for OHP clients she works from one side to the other so if an ohp client wants to do there front teeth first it doesnt matter she plays it off like it the most important but her nurse gave it away its just how she does things and nothing will change her mind

I was advised to go to the emergency room for a tooth extraction!! Please dont ever go to the emergency department for dental, as they are not equipped to do treatment! I clearly can not trust the services there. I switched dental providers

Understaffed need at least 2 more dentists in this office, dont bother calling scheduled out 5 months and wont take emergencys

I have attempted to make an appointment on two different occasions. Both times I was told it would litterally be three months to be seen. My wife had an abscessed tooth and was told that it didnt matter.

Friendly when I called and asked questions. I did not feel rushed through my appointment. Thank you!

I had 3 appointments in the span of a 3 months to get some fillings done and to have my top wisdom teeth taken out. The dentist missed a part of the filling on one of my teeth leaving a hole in it and when doing some other fillings, made it difficult to get floss between my teeth making it painful and difficult to keep my teeth clean. When I had my second wisdom tooth taken out, they refused to give me anything for the pain even after calling and complaining three separate times (they gave me medication for the first extraction but denied I needed it for the second). When I brought my issues and concerns up with the dentist she told me I dont make mistakes and you will have to pay for another evaluation as well as any additional work that would need to be done. I have since found a new dentist who informed me that the work done was sub par and sloppy and has created larger issues including fillings falling out and a few of my teeth essentially disintegrating around the fillings they did. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place and I urge anyone thinking of using them to beware. They are only in it for the money and it is very evident in the terrible work they have done.
