Prompt ontime delivery and pick up to and from the resort. Scooter was great. We rented one from a park so we didnt need to transport and the park rental was terrible.Delivery and pickup team were friendly and great! Id recommend them to anyone traveling to Disney or Universal in need of a rental!

Hands down the best customer service of any company ever and definitely the best mobility company ever.Their equipment is in great working order and on the rare occasion that there is an issue, they are quick to fix it.No, they cant drop off with bell services at Disney owned resorts, but they meet you on your schedule, they dont give you an hour window of time where the might show up like some other companies do.They provide a lot of extras, like fans, cup holders, cell phone holder, captains chair on the victory 10 models, undercarriage lighting, etc. at no additional cost and they are always researching how to make their product even better.My only issue is I now expect every other company, mobility related or not to meet their level of customer service. Seriously, I wish they would sell customer service training to other companies.I know it is rare to see companies with all 5 star ratings on every platform you can find, but there is a reason that Gold Mobility gets so many 5 star ratings, they are indeed that good.

We rented 2 scooters and a double stroller. It was the best decision we made! They were delivered and picked up on time and were in excellent excellent condition! The scooters were easy to drive and maneuver around the ride ropes. Keith was great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend renting from Gold Mobility Scooters!!

In the world we live in it is rare to find customer service of this caliber. I went this morning and the gentleman that was on staff not only blew the bar out of the water for customer service but you could genuinely tell her cared. To say Im awestruck is only half of it.They rent and sell products that are solid and true for the standard rate. I would pay 5x as much money for the kind of customer service you receive.I now understand why Gold is part of their name. They definitely live upto a gold standard.

I just returned from a 6 day trip to Walt Disney World and knew ahead of time, that for the first time, I’d need to rent a scooter. After considerable research and reading many reviews, I chose Gold Mobility Scooters. I was met in the lobby of my resort for delivery, and was shown how to disassemble and reassemble the scooter, as we were using a car to go to and from the parks. I was also shown how to drive the scooter and all the extras that are included...the cup holder, phone holder and phone charger and the cane holder. I was so pleased with the scooter! I was very nervous as I’d never used one before, but I very quickly was at ease. It was so easy to maneuver, even in the lines for the rides where there were tight corners! So easy! Loved the lights for use at night, great for our night at Disney Springs! At the end of our trip, we were again met in the lobby of of resort, where we regretfully had to say goodbye to the scooter! I’ll miss it! Thank you Gold Mobility so very much for your impeccable service, your quality scooter and your outstanding staff...from the staff on the phone, to your delivery and pick up staff. I have some leg and back problems that keep me from walking long distances. Renting a 3 wheeled Pride scooter from GMS for our week at Disney was the BEST decision I ever made! The scooter itself was zippy, had excellent maneuverability, had excellent battery life, and the basket and fan came in handy. According to my daughters apple watch she walked about 10 miles each day in the parks. We were together each step of the way, and by the evening I typically had about half of the battery life left. One tip, placing a towel on the black plastic seat makes it more comfortable in the heat.Gold Mobility is EXCELLENT to work with. Gavin was the person who dropped off and picked up my scooter. He was pleasant, punctual, and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He gave me a cell number where I could contact him basically any time if there were problems.The only mistake I made was getting the sunshade accessory. It was extremely bulky and bumped into things so I never actually used it in the parks, but once it was off the scooter was perfect!

We had a large group come to town on a very busy week. We initially required 11 strollers and 14 scooters which we booked in April for a July trip. The attention we received was top notch, great communication, and pickup and drop off couldnt have gone better. On check-in day we realized we needed 2 more scooters due to medical issues and when they answered the phone they literally stated, Gold Mobility, we are sold out of scooters until Friday, how can I help you? I explained the situation and was told, Let me try a Hail Mary, but Ill have to call you back, and 20 minutes later a driver was on his way with 2 scooters.Thanks to Keith, Tristin, & Vic

Gold Mobility made our 7 day trip to Disney and Universal a breeze! Keith made sure we were set up for the whole trip with the included phone holder and fan, and I added the rear basket. I wanted to say we rented the scooter for the week at Disney. We received a brand new three wheel scooter and it was amazing. There was no problem driving the scooter everywhere I went and also in the different types of transportation and into the room at night to charge. The scooter was delivered on time as promised and picked up as promised. What a great company we were lucky to rent from. The scooter was worth every dime we paid for it and then some. We had zero issues with the scooter or keeping it charged or anything else. I have to admit I was worried about everything about renting the scooter for the week but if I had known what I know now I would pay double for it. Because of cancer chemo and radiation I would have never made it.What more could you ask for. We will use GMS the next time we have a chance. Thanks to all of you at GMS for making it happen.

I rented for the first time and could not have been more impressed with the scooter and the excellent service! On time and texted often when picking up and dropping off. Excellent battery life as after spending all day in the park I still had well over half my battery life left! And this thing moves when needed. Rushed to get a bus and this came through! I could not be happier with this rental. A suggestion for renters, keep a towel to cover the seat because it does get hot if you leave it it in the sun and the sunshade I observed was bulky. The fan was pretty good. All in all I will keep GMS in mind when planning my next Disney trip.

I rented 3 wheel electric scooter for our visit to Disney World parks & resort. GMC staff was very helpful when I was making my reservations. Their delivery and pickup was very prompt and staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to keep up with my family at the parks, easy to drive onto park busses and thru queues of most rides. (I was able to park scooter and walk on rides.) The basket in front held our backpack and the basket on the back held our cooler with bottles of water, drinks & snacks. They gave us complimentary rain ponchos that came in handy for a downpour our last night. You do need a towel for on seat as it got pretty hot during sunny days. I WILL RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Great service and scooter. I dont normally use scooters/wheelchairs/walkers, but found myself in need of one for a previously schedule one-week trip to Disney. My wife and I did a ton of research, but were still left fairly confused and sceptical given the extreme price variations from company to company. We settled on GMS for a few reasons... 1) No extra drop-off or pick-up fee, 2) Everything included, 3) Most importantly, the small (lightweight) 3-wheel scooter could support 350 pounds.... I am well under that limit, but it was reassuring. Also, the scooter could be disassembled into 4 parts that my wife and I could load into the back of our small SUV rental. We were in parks almost all day, everyday (12+ hours) and the charge meter on the battery only went down slightly. We were shocked. Maneuverability and power were exceptional. That combined with great service makes this a fantastic experience. Really, we were super impressed!

I cannot praise this company enough! From the booking experience, to picking up the scooter to returning it, this was a wonderful and non stressful experience! I had major back surgery in July and came to Florida/WDW in September with my family so needed a scooter. I rented from another company and did not have a good experience..So, when we returned in November, I did my research and chose this company! I was met at my hotel by Keith...extremely friendly and explained everything!! I also was provided with a cane holder, raincoats, water bottle holder and phone holder, which none were provided with the previous company(would have been all extra charges)! And, this scooter cost a lot less!! The battery never died on me and it made this trip much more enjoyable!! I can see why there were so many great reviews!! Great company. I rented a Pride Go Go Sport 3 wheel for a week at Disney. Kieth delivered it exactly on time and was so friendly and helpful. The scooter was clean and well taken care of and an excellent price. The battery got me through long days at the park and came with both a cell phone holder, bottle holder And front basket. I was given the option of a free additional accessory and chose a cane holder. I will 100% rent from this company again. Kieth picked up the scooter today and really made me feel like I, as a customer mattered and he was really a pleasure to deal with.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The service was perfect and the price was right! They delivered to our vacation villa exactly when they said they would and picked up as agreed, as well.Their scooters work in all the parks and (see below) they run all day on a charge with energy to spare. The scooter (go-Go 4 wheel) included a front and rear basket, a headlight, a cup holder, a cell phone holder, and a USB charging port. It collapsed down to easily fit in the vehicle for transport to the parks.Anybody can offer great prices and features, but the TRUE test of the quality of a company is how they deal with problems. GMS excelled here, as well! We had an issue with the scooter not holding charge all day on the second day of our weeklong rental. I called at 7:00PM and they delivered a new scooter by 8:00AM the following morning (it worked flawlessly the rest of the week!).If you are going to Orlando, use GMS!

Even had a question about how to get from Disney to Universal and got a quick text response from my rep within minutes. Couldnt have been happier with my experience and woukd gladly use them again. I recently spent ten days at WDW staying on property. Although I can walk well, I am 67 years old. I knew that I could not maintain a pace of walking the parks day after day for that long without being worn out at the end of the day. After giving it some thought, I decided that to enjoy my stay I needed to rent a scooter. I was hesitant to do so because of the fact that I was not really invalid and perceived problems of getting the scooter, getting it to and from the parks, and storing it at night. All of my worries were for naught. By lucky happenstance I rented my scooter from Gold Mobility Scooters. When I rented it I did not know it, but I had stumble onto what I now consider the best rental company in Orlando. I rented it online before the trip. A very nice young man named Nick contacted me the day before my arrival to arrange a convenient time to deliver it. He met me in the lobby of my hotel and personally went over everything on how to operate the scooter. The scooter was very nice and had very nice accessories like accent lights, a fan, a cup holder, a cell phone holder, and a USB charging port. When he was showing them to me I was thinking I probably won’t use any of them but was I wrong. I used each and every one of them over and over. When in the parks I must have shown my scooter a hundred times to other people who were on scooters. They would ask me about mine because it was so much nicer. None of the other scooters were as nice or had the accessories I had on my Gold Mobility Scooter, and most of those people paid more than I did. And the ones that paid less had junk for scooters. The scooter fit nicely in my room. I never had a problem with the charge. There were about ten lights on the charge indicator and after a full day in the park I never got off the first and second indicator light, and I did some heavy duty traveling on it. I thought I wanted a four wheel scooter but Nick suggested a three wheel scooter and offered to let me try one, offering to replace it with four wheel if I didn’t like it. I tried it and I loved it. It was very stable and would turn on a dime. I worried needlessly about problems getting on the bus and to the parks. Disney bus drivers were excellent and do this all the time. They will park the scooter for you if you wish. One of my first drivers showed me how to put it in neutral and park it by pushing it into place. This was much easier than trying to drive it into place. The only issue I had at all was I had mine equipped with a back storage basket. When getting into the buses, the basket had to be taken off because the scooter is too long to fit into the space. This is no real problem, but I ended up leaving the basket in my room and hanging a shopping bag over the head rest. This worked much better and kept my items out of sight. At the end of each day and at the end of the trip I was much better rested than the other members of my family. The last day of my trip I called Nick and arranged for him to pick up the scooter in the lobby of my hotel. It could not have been easier from start to finish. I will not visit WDW again without renting a scooter from Gold Mobility Scooter. I can highly recommend them.

I rented a scooter for my Dad for 4 day in the parks. The customer service was amazing. They had the scooter waiting at the resort when we got there, instead of waking us up early the next morning. They switched the free option I originally chose to the shade - which was a life saver for my dad as he needs to keep out of the sun. We got the top scooter and it was super nice. Had so much power, was fast, never even came close to wearing out - even doing start to close park hopper at universal (usually with a grandkid on his lap). I cant praise this company enough. Great experience with Keith and Gold Mobility Scooters! My 79 year old mother used their service while visiting WDW. Keith was waiting for us upon arrival at our resort. He gave her an excellent tutorial in manuvering and general workings of the scooter. She was easily able to get the scooter on and off of Disney transportation. Scooter pick up was just as smooth. Again, Keith was waiting for us at the determined pick up time. The scooter was in excellent condition and my mother was very comfortable.

Our trip to Disney was made Amazing by Nick and our scooter rental. My Mom needed the scooter due to a pelvis injury in February our visit was April, so she was still on the mend. EXCELLENT service . Best deal in Orlando. They do not nickel and dime add-ons . It is all inclusive for damage waiver and an accessory. The fan is a lifesaver. It came with front basket, a cup and phone holder, and a a USB charger. ALL part of the base rental. They were there waiting for us on arrival . Extremely responsive. We had and additional emergency need at 8:30pm one night and they responded to our text immediately! I have used 3 other mobility companies in WDW and NONE are the value and service level we were given with GOLD mobility. We are now Loyal customers and will only use Gold Mobility . The seat is by far the most comfortable for extremely long periods of sitting. Traveled 2 parks about 9 hours each day on a single charge. We did plug up and charge when an outlet was available but the battery lasted for our needs.

Since I have to have at least a walker all the time and walk VERY slowly, I have had the occasion to rent a fair number of scooters in a variety of places and Gold Mobility is absolutely and by far the best company I have ever worked with in every respect!! The cost is VERY competitive and includes full coverage insurance at no extra cost. The scooters themselves are very solid and of an extremely high quality which I have never seen before in any scooter much less a rental scooter. The life of the battery charge on these things is also utterly amazing, especially considering that they can move along at a pretty good clip which I had to use often because the crowds kept separating me from the rest of my party. And of all things, I forgot to plug the scooter in the second night but was able to make it through a whole long second day with charge to spare! I could hardly believe it given the trouble I have had getting previous scooters to make it through even one whole day without a midday charge. In addition, Gold’s scooters come with free accessories for every occasion: a headlight, extra large basket, cup holder, cell phone holder and they throw in free ponchos for the scooter and for the user and additional members of the party! Best of all they offered a walker holder (also FREE like everything else) which was an attachment on the back of the scooter. It is a brilliantly designed little device that can hold a rollator or a plain old fashioned walker with equal ease and I was able to navigate through large crowds and tight spaces without the walker ever striking a person or object. Any place the scooter could go, the walker could go through as well. Last but not least, the service is exceptional from start to finish. These people are extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of dealing with the various destinations and hotels in the Orlando area which is important, particularly since Disney has some very specific requirements. They also could not be more gracious, accommodating and just plain Mary-Tyler-Moore NICE, and they contact you at every step of the process to remind you of what is happening next. Hats off to this company for the extremely thoughtful and intelligent design of their services, and to Nick in particular for making the scooter such a wonderful affordable, and EASY part of my trip!!

I had an excellent experience with Gold Mobility. I rented a scooter from them for my Disney/Universal trip, Dec. 12, 2020 through Dec. 19. The reservation process was super easy. I scheduled to have it dropped off at POP Century hotel at 8 am on the 13th. Keith texted me the night before to confirm and also texted me Saturday morning letting me know he was on the way and was actually going to be there earlier. He apologized for being early and told me not to rush but that was okay with me. Keith was super friendly and explained all the parts of the scooter and also showed me how to disable it to transport (which by the way literally took me less than 5 minutes on the first try...super easy to do). He warned me that with the cold weather the battery my fade quicker. However, I have to say the whole week I had it only battery light (out of like 8) and only one time. I did turn off my scooter every chance I had though that way I didnt chance running the battery down unnecessarily. I plugged it in every night and never needed to plug it in during the day. Keith texted me the night before my scheduled pickup time to remind me and then texted me again in the morning letting me know he was on the way. The cost of the scooter was super reasonable compared to other companies and much cheaper than renting one in Disney. I cannot praise them enough. Whenever I go back to Orlando and am in need of a scooter, I will rent from them again. Thanks so much for great service and a great scooter!

Look no further! Look at all the 5 stars - theres a reason for that. However, please research your scooters battery life. Our go go was only supposed to last 4 to 6 hours (I think thats conservative when they say that though -probably lasts up to 8 hours?? Depends on how fast you go and how heavy you are - my dad is about 175lbs.) Luckily, that wasnt an issue since we had to take the kids back for a nap and were able to recharge (2 hours for a full charge), but you might want to know that, because Im thinking the slightly more expensive ones have larger batteries?? Although the larger scooters might be heavier and less efficient?? Best to call them is my tip #1.I loved that they dropped off and picked up at the Beach club lobby and were perfectly on time (precise - no time window). Inexpensive and flat fee for multiple days compared to the competition that charges double or triple (especially if you need one more than 2 days). Great people work there, and we were able to text each other for pick up drop off times. Very smooth experience. Also, my Dad loved his first time on a scooter - pretty easy to use, and theres a knob that you can dial up or down to control your speed. Another tip for newbies - dial it slow around people or turnstiles (2mph) or dial it fast (faster than I could walk). By the way, there are no brakes - letting off of the throttle automatically brakes for you. Pretty simple - two hand throttles, right hand to go forward and left hand to go backwards.Last tip... They give you a free option for rear basket, phone holder, etc. We chose the back basket, but it only fit in the elevators at the Beach club with an inch to spare (so I drove it into and out of the elevators for my Dad); I would not choose the rear basket again, especially since the front basket was good enough. But if you need the rear, rest assured, it does fit in at least the Beach club elevators, and we had absolutely no problems in the parks.My Mom was worried my 81yo Dad wouldnt get it, but it really was easy for him and a great experience. Truthfully, I was a little jealous I didnt get one myself :) GO GET ONE!

I just used Gold Mobility Scooters this past week for our trip to Disney World. They blew all the other companies I’ve used in the past out of the water. Great prices and they deliver the scooter directly to you. Ron delivered my portable scooter, showed us how to operate it as well as how to take it apart and put it back together. Their scooters are clean and very well maintained. They have lots of extras like a cup holder, cell phone holder and charger port. Some models even have fans. Best of all their scooters have ground lights so they are much easier to see at night. Their customer service is top notch. I was really impressed with them. They went out of their way to accommodate me when our schedule changed. I’ll be using them for our next trip to Disney World for sure. I made my reservations over the phone with Nick and was happy to meet him when he came to pick up the scooter at the end of our trip. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

I’ve rented scooters from just about every scooter rental place in the Disney area, this is the best scooter and the best company I have ever used while at Disney. Easy delivery easy return. Received multiple compliments and questions about this company and scooter. Beat every rental company by $100.00 in price. Lots of extras like fan,cell phone charging, rain ponchos for us and one for the scooter and storage basket for the rear. NEVER had to recharge battery while in any of the parks. I think this battery would run for days. Lots power and speed. Lights were great for visiting the parks in the evening. The entire scooter seemed to glow. People could see you easily which made maneuvering after dark easy. We also rented a single carrier stroller for our 4 year old boy. We realized after the first day we needed a double since the 7 year old wanted to ride also. They exchanged my single for a double within hours and did not charge me . Like I keep saying best stroller and company to rent from.

Scooters were awaiting us when we arrived. However, 1 of my scooters was missing the extra gift basket, the canopy attached on the other was very loosely attached even after I was instructed to steal a screw out of scooter 1 to help secure the canopy on scooter 2. They were completely out of the 4 wheel scooters I reserved, they did not inform me or even attempt to contact me. They instead just substituted them for the 3 wheel scooters.

We have rented from Gold Mobility Scooters several times now. They go out of their way to help you in any way you need. They have the best customer service, free delivery and pickup, and a simple flat rate pricing system. This time we rented two pride victory 10 scooters for a week at Disney. They were out of the box brand new and we had zero problems. Their customer service is always outstanding. These new models have LED ground safety lights on them and they helped in getting people out of my way when trying to leave the theme park at night. I used that new phone charger that they come equipped with all day and night. After 10 hours of driving around the theme park the battery still said it was full at the end of the day. Before i used Gold Mobility Scooters i used another company that was 20% more price wise and their scooters were all junk. I used to have nothing but problems with other suppliers. Exceptional service and excellent scooter. Had an issue in Magic Kingdom on Thanksgiving Day, within 45 minutes they brought a new scooter into the park for us. The scooter was easy to use for my mother in law. Highly recommend.

I just returned from Disney World and had rented a Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel Mobility Scooter for my 77 year old mother. This was our first time not renting one at the park daily. This was so much easier and cheaper!! Great customer service from our contact Nick who showed us how to use it when delivered to our hotel and answered our questions via text. No issues with it or the company. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again. Completely satisfied!! Thank you for making my first scooter rental a breeze.

I was overly impressed by the spotless mobility scooter that was delivered to us. It was a relief that Ron was standing by as I was coming off the Disney magical express. Its difficult for me to use my walker for more than 10 minutes. Ron was so pleasant and informative. The scooter was much different than the power chair I use at home. Ron spent 20 minutes explaining how to use the scooter and how to operate it safely inside the Disney parks. I could instantly tell that they cared about my safety, and the safety of the people around me. I picked Gold Mobility Scooters over the others after reading all the positive comments on Facebook and Google. They guaranteed that the scooters sizes they rent are all approved for Disney theme parks. I will reserve again with Gold Mobility next year and I recommend them to all. We rented two scooter for our 78 and 80 year old parents to do a week at Disneyworld. I ordered the two on line weeks before the trip and they were as advertised!!!! They were in the lobby of Pop Century as we were checking in to the hotel. The scooters looked brand new and the gentleman explains everything they needed to know. The scooters were the nicest that we saw all week. The batteries hardly needed to be recharged at the end of a full day. We plugged them in to recharge only at night in our rooms and we never felt like we needed to be concerned about them all day. I highly recommend Gold Mobility Rental to anyone who needs their services. They were there to pick them up about a half hour before our bus back to the airport too.

Excellent experience overall renting a mobility scooter from gold mobility. Nice new scooters with lots of custom options. Built in phone charger was used constantly. The seat was comfortable and supportive for all day use. Batty never ran out or low never had to look for an outlet to charge. Way better than the last scooter rental company we used while in Orlando.

WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN! My first time renting from this company. I rented scooter for a week. Every ride, every park, workers, security, tourist complimented the scooter. I’m at 290lbs This scooter kept charge from morning till well after the parks closing. I didn’t have to stop recharge or take breaks. Definitely got some miles on it. Best part was it definitely keeps speed passing everyone up even uphill. I’ll be back in March! I searched for a scooter rental to use during my weeks visit to Orlando parks. I selected Gold Mobility Scooters and I believe I made the best choice! After booking I received a very informational book on the use of scooters in the parks. It was a big help in organizing my trip and also to use while at parks. The cool scooter was delivered right on time with added accessories (rear basket - I selected - and phone holder). And big bonus - they gave us ponchos to wear in case of rain and sure enough - it rained. Those were the big saving grace. The battery only dropped one notch after an entire days use. My first scooter ride was so much fun and made my trip so enjoyable. Easy to transport too. I highly recommend Gold Mobility Scooters and Dan, our concierge.

I can’t get over the excellent service I received from this fine company. Both the delivery and pickup employees were so polite friendly and professional. I haven’t seen this type of service or professionalism in a long time..The products we rented were a Scooter and Wheel Chair. The Scooter was used from 8am in the morning till midnight and the batteries never dropped one light notch, we did this for 7 days. And we had no issues with the chair either. Just WOW! Great customer service. The new double stroller we rented was waiting behind the front counter of our hotel when we got there! It was easy to fold and easy to use around Disney. My kids were able to take a nap comfortable at the parks :) They picked it up at the hotel as scheduled! Its so easy! Had no surprises with the flat-rate pricing.

I injured my ankle before a trip to Florida and required a scooter to get around Disney & Universal. I rented a Go-Go Sport for 7 days and the scooter was in perfect condition. These guys were awesome! They delivered on time and picked up without any problems. They appear to have the best service I have found in the Disney area. They sent their special guidebook to help get around the parks with our mobility scooters. We also got a personal 24hr concierge. They included upgrades which were a nice treat. After reading through hundreds of reviews i decided Gold Mobility Scooters was the best company to rent my mobility scooter through. Not one person had a single bad thing to say about them. Number 1 in my book, they were more then accommodating. They went totally and completely out of their way to accommodate several special needs we had. We had very specific pickup and drop off times. We needed the scooter to be delivered very early in the morning and needed the scooter picked up very late in the evening. The scooter rental they dropped off was brand new, with a super long range on the batteries. I never ran out of power even after 12 hours of straight use. All went perfect with the rental. We are customers for life.

We rented a double stroller for my kids and a scooter for my mom on our most recent Disney trip. The price of the rentals was extremely competitive, and the conditions of the stroller and scooter were excellent. Great idea. I didnt have to lug around a stroller with twins and luggage. Nick came same day I called and dropped a great double stroller clean looked brand new. Great for the parks and cheaper than renting at the parks. Was great kept in contact via text and even allowed me to change pick up time and location without a hassel. Id like to just take a minute out and tell everyone what a great experience I had with Gold Mobility Scooters. 3 weeks prior to me coming down to our family reunion I contacted Gold Mobility after talking to a half a dozen other companies. I chose them because they seemed to really care about helping me plan for both our mobility needs and stroller and baby products rentals. Nick helped me on the phone to reserve the correct mobility scooter for my dad and my sister, and also directed me to the right strollers for my brothers kids and my daughter. The process was very easy and he was very informative. He answered all my questions about the scooter rentals and the question I had about moving the scooters around inside the Disney parks. The day we arrived to Orlando they texted us 15 minutes before our scheduled delivery to let us know they were coming and showed up right on time. Upon first inspection of all the rentals I noticed that everything they delivered was spotless clean and like brand new. We filled out the contract in about 5 minutes and we were on our way. The delivery guy was very polite and demonstrated how to use the scooters and showed us how to fold the strollers. When it was time for the rental equipment to go back we received another text 15 minutes before pickup time, and once again the pickup team showed up right on time and we returned the items to them in just a few minutes. The whole process was quick and convenient and the operation is definitely a class act. We got better service, nicer rental items, for a better price then I found any place else. Cheers!

Since I was planning a trip to Disney again this year, I decided to look up Gold Mobility Stroller Rentals to see if they had a stroller appropriate for my son. And as expected, they had the perfect stroller. I arrived at the hotel a few minutes after 5pm. The stroller had just arrived and I was happy with the product. It was clean and in great working order. All the extras were included as promised.The day that our trip ended, I left the stroller at 10am for pick up and emailed Nick for confirmation. It was a very easy transaction and Im thankful that GMS delivered to my hotel. I cannot emphasize the great customer service and communication between Nick and myself. Gold Mobility Scooters is a great scooter rental company! They were on schedule for both our drop off and our pickup appointment. We had a tight schedule in a small window. They really go out of their way to accommodate your reservation. I enjoyed all the personal touches. The scooter we rented itself was comfortable, easy to drive, clean and like new. No problems. Great service! Reserving online was easy and a new stroller was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. Super easy and convenient. I will definitely use this service again so I dont have to deal with the hassle of bringing our own stroller on the flight. The flat rate price is also very reasonable and superior to renting one at Disney which isnt as comfy. The stroller was brand new and clean and even came with its own rain cover and “parent console” which is really handy.

Used a scooter for my mom for our Disney and Universal trip! It came with all the bells and whistles most other places didnt have. It came with a sunroof, a fan, phone charger capability, a cell phone holder, a basket, a cup holder, and a bright lighting system to help navigate in the dark! They even gave us 4 clear rain ponchos and 2 clear shower caps in case it rained. At no extra cost! Wished we paid the extra 2$ for a bigger basket! They also had a great deal at the time we went on all the scooters! The scooter could go really fast depending on how you had your speed settings. It also cut corners well for those shop isles. The charge could last 2-3 days without charging it (we forgot to charge it one night and it still had a great battery life) It was also collapsible to put into Lyft Xl for traveling and easy to assemble. Will definitely rent from them again and recommend them to everyone!

Had a great experience when we rented 2 scooters for a week. The price was amazing too! Flat price easy. All the upgrades like the Captain’s chairs. The led safety lights were amazing. We got a book to pre plan the activities we can do without ever having to get off the scooters. This will be my go to company for sure!

Loved the customer service and scooter. we did have an issue with our scooter and they were very quick to remedy the problem and brought us a different scooter and never had a problem with the replacement. Wonderful, caring, and accommodating staff at Gold Mobility Scooters. We rented a scooter for two weeks from Gold Mobility. I really loved all of the extra gadgets that came with the rental scooter. I was one of the first customers to try their new cooling fan accessory. That was an absolutely wonderful idea. I was shocked at how much air it put out. All the extra stuff was provided free of charge. It had a phone charger, a phone holder and cup holder, i had them install a sun canopy, and of course that incredible cooling fan. The scooter was nice and new and no matter what i never ran out of battery. We will see you again next year, thanks a lot!
