Want to give a huge thank you to Orlando medical rentals for helping my grandmother transition from hospital to home after having hip surgery. Insurance was making it very difficult to get the proper at home equipment for her recovery. They recommend what might be need and and provided all equipment before she was even home from the hospital. They made her transition very easy and comfortable. All equipment was clean, well maintained and all at affordable price. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to rent or buy medical equipment

Friendly staff. They deserve the perfect rating they have. The rental was also the cheapest I found. No sacrifices on the quality or the service. My only tiny complaint was when I called for a quote they didnt include the delivery fee, which was required for where I lived since it was out of the free delivery range. But that is super minor.

This company is the best for scooter rentals while in Disney or Orlando…the equipment was great, ran into a little glitch where it stopped working, called OMR and within 2 hours they had a new one delivered right to my room. Very good company to turn to for scooter needs…the price was extremely reasonable and I was in Disney over a week and never ran out of a charge. Use these guys, Disney is a huge ripoff for scooter rentals, something like $50 a day….OMR was way cheaper.

Absolutely amazing. These guys saved my vacation! They were very nice, professional and quick throughout the rental process. I had hurt my foot on our second day at Walt Disney World and needed a knee walker to even attempt to enjoy the rest of my vacation and a quick Google search lead me to them. Stranded at WDW resort after airport mishap. Thankful to have found a company that understands not all disabilities can be solved with a scooter!Not only do the offer multiple choices for mobility issues they have items fir sale. OMR also understands not all all disabilities end at check-out. I would still need to navigate back to MCO than my home airport and back to my car. In just under 3 hours my replacement walker was delivered to bell services. Thanks

I am so happy with the service we received from Orlando Medical Rentals. We needed an oxygen concentrator and wheel chair for our vacation to Orlando. They dropped the equipment off, made sure everything was acceptable and picked the equipment up. We had to stay an extra night and it was super easy to contact them and let them know. They made everything hassle free and have WONDERFUL customer service. Truly was a blessing for this trip which was very stressful to begin with.

Hello im from Rhode Island taken a vacation with my family and im handicapped and needed to rent a scooter for a week and it starts here the first day i talked to Orlando Medical Rental i knew i was going to have a great company to go through .I had ordered my over sized scooter with no problem they were going to deliver it to my address then my address fell threw and left me in the shambles . We were on vacation when my husbands portable oxygen concentrator stopped working. We found OMR on- line and chose them because of their excellent ratings. We now know why. We took our machine in without an appointment and was impressed by their customer service. The Lady was very knowledgeable about our brand of machine and was able to find a temporary solution to the problem. Vacation saved! She refused any compensation although my husbands insisted on buying her lunch. We are so very thankful for both her service and kindness. We highly recommend OMR.

Amazing customer service! Above all, very kind interactions. It was a challenge taking my mostly bed-ridden mother on vacation and OMR made this possible. They also accommodated crazy last minute changes when our Amtrak train was cancelled so we had to stay longer and needed the bed longer. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The reservation process was simple and the confirmation and communication leading up to delivery was clear. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. What really amazed me was how willing they were to accommodate a late request. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size Rollator which defeated the purpose of me having one. Immediately after contacting them they had the correct size delivered to my Disney resort and instead of asking me to return to the resort for the swap they had it waiting for me at my convenience.

What a great experience our rental was. So glad I found this company for my rentals. I had never heard of them before and another well known rental company canceled my rental 2 or 3 weeks before our trip. It was panic time because without it Disney would have never worked for us. I needed a wheelchair and adaptive stroller . I cant say enough about the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was soo nice and helpful. I do believe with these rentals our Disney trip with two special need kiddos was a HUGE success. Read this!We came to Orlando to visit the theme parks with our 17-year-old son who has cerebral palsy and developmental disability. He is capable of walking but could not handle the long days on his feet. After our first day we knew we were not going to have the experience he wanted. At the end of the day we called Orlando medical rentals (a Sunday no less), and they told us they had just the chair for him. (Portable Power Chair). Best of all it would fit in a trunk or mid-size SUV. Even with his disability he was able to handle the chair quite well. We were skeptical at first but he did a great job. The controls are very user-friendly. Speed can be controlled. It can maneuver in very tight spaces. Unlike the rental scooters at the park, this one is small and very maneuverable. At the end of the day, we only brought in the battery and charger to our room.But most of all I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Friendly, accommodating and personable. This company has a dedicated customer for life.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. First it’s a Sunday and I am on vacation at Disney. I use a handicap room but our bed is too low and I’m not able to get up on my own. At home I use a lift chair since I’ve been recovering from a blood clot in my leg and I have a bad hip. I texted the company this AM at 7:30am not expecting to have anyone respond but to my surprise they did. They said it would be about 9:30am before they would know if they had a chair available. They called me with a positive response and 2 hours later I’m reclining in my lift chair and On a Sunday no less. OMR is the place to call for your needs. I’d give them 10 stars but I can only go up to 5. God Bless the folks at OMR.

Orlando Medical Rentals was referred to me from a friend. We knew wed be walking a lot in Orlando, and my daughter has horrible joint pain. We did not want her to miss out. The website for omr is extremely easy to navigate. I received an email immediately after filling out the rental form. They answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. They even dropped off the wheelchair a day early to ensure we had it for our entire stay. The wheelchair was exactly what we asked for and in pristine condition. We rented a lift chair to help my husband sit comfortably after his hip replacement. Renting the chair was a breeze and very quick (via their website and email), and I was contacted the same day to approve the cost and submit the payment. Delivery was very professional and fast, as was the pick up of the chair. We ended up having to extend our rental a few times (he had a few post-surgical set backs), but they were always understanding and helpful in extending our contract. I’m very grateful for Orlando Medical Rentals’ help and professionalism!

Excellent ServiceWe needed to have someone look at are wheelchairs and Google gave me the closed at the time which LLC.We called at there store to see if someone could look at it.The Gentleman even came to the car to get it out of the trunk, quick look at it and said he new the problem, took it to his work shop and fixed it, even replace the broken foot rested. Told us a few things about the wheelchair and we where back on the road in 15 minutes. A very small fee.Fixing. Chair or a rental this is the place to go.

I ordered a wheelchair to use at WDW for three weeks and dealing with the contacts on the phone was a very pleasant experience! They helped me decide what would be Best for me! Speaking to them on the phone was so easy ! Then we had texts between us .....they were very caring and nice to receive ! When their driver dropped off the chair at the Beach Club he was there promptly at the time he promised to be. At the end of our vacation once again the driver was prompt and on time and met us at the Boardwalk to pick the chair up ! We have been using Orlando Medical for the past 4-5 years. They supply us with our sons oxygen needs, tanks and concentrator, when we fly to Floridatwice a year. Everything is delivered to the resort where we stay and put in their storage room until our arrival. Everything is returned to storage room upon our departure for their pick-up. Staff and service is a remarkable experience.

Our initial rental was for a lift chair and folding power chair. When we arrived at our rental, we quickly saw that the “handicap accessible home” was far from it. I called OMR and was able to add 3 ramps and a shower transfer bench that was delivered within a few hours. I canNOT begin to express our gratitude for saving our vacation!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The people here are fantastic. My 8yr old son injured his leg right before we left for Disney and had to have several stiches and a large brace. They rented us a medical stroller that was so easy for us to push and so comfortable for him to ride in. Hes very tall and big for his age so a regular stroller would not have worked. The online transaction was quick and easy and they answered all my questions. It was at the resort when we arrived and they met me at my designated time for pick up at the end of or trip. Checked into a hotel with my elderly mom and realized she couldn’t get into the bed. It was too high. The pushchair I rented was waiting at our hotel when we arrived, the pushchair was is great condition at a reasonable rate. Would definitely rent from them again!

Once again we hired a medical hoist for our Son from OMR and yet again we received just the best service as normal. Hoist was ordered via email, payment was taken via email and hoist was waiting in our room at our hotel when we arrived, no hassles having to go to the reception to collect it and walk it to our room. Annette and Orlando Medical Rentals provided the best service i have ever received. I had gone to Disney on a very special vacation. When we arrived the Hoyer lift that I had ordered was there as promised however due to an error, I require a different sling than the one provided. When we called, Annette went way over and above in the care taken to make sure all was right. She personally delivered a selection of slings for us to choose the one that I needed. I havent received this level of care from a business before. What a pleasure to use Orlando Medical Rentals. I recommend them to anyone heading to Disney and in need of special equipment. If there were a ten star choice, I would have given that.

The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel at Cypress Gardens. It was perfect for our needs and ran florlessly for the 3 days we were at Legoland. I charged it every night, but if the lights showing charge level were accurate, we probably could have gone the entire weekend without charging. However, I dont think I would take the chance. all in all, a great scooter at a great price, and excellent service from the company!!!

Delighted to recommend Orlando Medical Rentals to anyone with a disability and travelling to the Orlando area. I booked a reclining shower chair weeks in advance of my trip and asked if it could be delivered to my hotel prior to my arrival. I was told that it would not be a problem. With a lot to organise on the day of the trip with assistance on/off aircraft and managing luggage, car rental etc. it occurred to me en route to hotel (late at night) that I never called to confirm arrival of my shower chair. However, I was worried over nothing. I was told on arrival to Hotel that my shower chair was already up in my bathroom. Sigh of relief!! I have travelled to a number of places in Europe, mainly around Ireland and if only there was an OMR everywhere, it would make travelling so much easier for those of us who are disabled. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. I look forward to my next visit to Florida and enjoying the services of OMR!
