I rented a scooter for 5 days and I was very pleased. The customer service was excellent. They dropped the scooter off and then picked it up from the lobby on our last day.
This is the absolute worst place ive ever rented anything from! They wont pick up the phones and purposely ignore your calls when there is a problem. They will not respect the fact that you need help and need it done as soon as possible! The people who drop it off have no communication skills what so ever and every time you ask for a refund they change the subject!

I used to rent from Big Orange Mobility, and I was happy...until the last time. I rented a triaxe scooter, it didnt work after one day. They replaced it with one that didnt even make it out of the park. Next, they replaced it with one that wasnt even the Triaxe I had paid MORE for, and they promised me I would be creditied. All and all, I had 5 replacements. I ended up broken down (again) in Universal. I called them and told them where to pick up the scooter, and left it there. PS No credit, no discount=no happy repeat customer
I rented the 3 wheeler scooter this weekend for my Disney and SeaWorld experience. The scooter was awesome and made my outing comply and stress free. Costomer service was great. They delivered the scooter to my air BB I actually missed the call and the driver came back and delivered it with a nice understanding attitude! The same driver picked up the scooter at 8 sharp on return day. I really appreciated the nice experience and highly recommend Big Orange Mobility wish it could give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible. Never. Order. Here. Ever.We were given a scooter that wasn’t properly working. After calling and leaving 10+ messages throughout the entire day today, we still haven’t heard from this business about a replacement or anything. My dad is a disabled veteran and I myself have chronic back pain and require a scooter as well. I guess they don’t want the scooter back either since they haven’t gotten back to us since we got the scooter at 8 am this morning. It has been over 8 hrs now and haven’t heard back from them yet.
We rented a scooter and cooler combo from Big Orange Mobility this summer in July for my mom to enjoy our Disney Vacation. She really loved the Go Go Elite 4 wheel scooter and requested it along with the cooler for our Thanksgiving Disney Trip. She said that the scooter had great power and was very easy to maneuver in and out of tight spaces. I just reserved one for her for Thanksgiving. You cannot go wrong with Big Orange Mobility. Their customer service is to be commended in a world where customer service is now almost obsolete. We will always use Big Orange Mobility for our scooter needs when vacationing in the Orlando area. My mom said that having a scooter really helped her fully enjoy Disney and the cooler was a life saver that allowed us to enjoy cool fresh fruit and water on scorching hot summer days at the parks.
Excellent customer service!! I have been calling around trying to find a scooter that would fit in a car that I could also get a sun canopy that has access to the parks in case anything went wrong. Not only did this place meet all our needs but Kerri was very sweet and patient with me and all my questions. If the scooter is as great as the customer service I would highly recommend this place.
Because of medical issues that started recently, Ive had to resort to using mobility scooters to get around on vacations. These guys are awesome. Never had a bad experience with anyone Ive been in contact with. Will definitely be using them again.
I cant speak more highly of this company. I own a couple of scooters but I needed a third for another visiting relative. They were so accommodating for pick up and drop off. All the staff were so friendly. I will definitely use them again. I actually am going to look at purchasing another scooter from them in the near future because of my experience renting with them.
Excellent company to do business with. I have used their scooters on several occasions and the scooters are always delivered on time to my hotel. The scooters are top of the line models that are clean and well maintained. I am a large man and used the scooter extensively in the theme parks and never had any problems with the batteries running down. I highly recommend the scooters from Big Orange.
I want to share my wonderful experience at BOM! I ordered a Scooter for.Conference in Orlando. My agent was Mr. Andrew Hicks. He was such a pleasant person to talk with. After securing and finalizing my order, I hung up only to call back to order one for my friend. We both ordered 4 wheel scooters, but when checking, one was a three wheel and the other a 4 wheel. I called to ask why only to find out the 4 wheel we ordered was damaged upon return. But within 2 hours a 4 wheel was delivered to us. We are new at this wheelchair thing but I have to tell you the staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They made this whole experience feel good. The chairs themselves are less than a year old, and they break down very easily as we were shown what to do. Instead of relying on Disney, Sea World, or Kennedy Space Center wheelchairs we rented from Big Orange for our entire vacation! Their price was extremely reasonable!! The wheelchair (in perfect condition) was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and was picked up after our use. We had piece of mind our entire trip knowing we had the wheelchair for our every use!
I rent from them all the time they are wonderful and show you how to use each scooter which is helpful . I highly recommend them . I did have one scooter that did t hold a charge and they came to the park and switched it out. I don’t have anything negative to say about them everyone I have felt with has been wonderful. I think their pricing is good too!

While the staff is friendly and helpful the actual company is awful! I never leave reviews but when you’ve spent so much money to be at Disney have a scheduled meet and greet that they require then show up an hour late, on top of the fact that they talked me into insurance and the scooter looked like it fell off the back of the trailer before drop off and now we are in the middle of the park with a broke down scooter I’ve called over 30 minutes ago to see about getting a new one and have YET to receive a call to see how long it will be before they can even get here! So here we are yet again missing reservations and stressed out while in one of the happiest places ever! After all of this they didn’t so much as offer any form of credit/refund! Invest your money elsewhere even if it cost a little extra!
We had planned a weekend getaway in Orlando. I had to have a hip surgery shortly before the trip. I thought getting around the theme parks was going to be a nightmare for me but didnt want to disappoint my family and cancel our trip. Big Orange Mobility helped make our mini vacation a wonderful experience! They were helpful, accommodating and less expensive than renting from the theme park. Plus, they were more convenient in my case than the theme park rentals because I could use the scooter getting through the parking lot and in other places we visited outside of the parks. The scooter I rented fit right in our minivan and was easy for my husband to assemble. I would definitely recommend Big Orange Mobility and would certainly use them again if necessary!

This company is amazing. Due to neuropathy in my feet I needed a scooter for our week long trip to Disney. Miss Irene were very helpful and accommodating when I called her on the way to Disney to say I had given her the wrong date of drop-off and pick-up. They changed the dates with no extra charge and the scooter was delivered on-time and in prefect working order. During the course of the week I had an accident with the scooter. Thankfully I had purchased insurance and was covered completely. Everyone and everything was handled in a professional manner. Thank you so much for making my Disney trip enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!
Website very misleading. PLEASE BEWARE! I called and spoke with agent and they do not offer pertinent information such as when I requested to have a 4 wheel instead of a 3 wheel, they dont tell you that it is not for tall people even though you give them your height and weight prior to the rental. They also keep your credit card number on file. When I called back to request the 4 wheel scooter, the agent Irene dais I all ready have your credit card number from before. I asked her if they kept our numbers and she said it was in our file. I DONT feel comfortable with that. I also took pictures of the scooter prior to getting on it. The scooter was well worn with slick tires (no tread) deep scratches and chunks of paint odd the scooter.
Fantastic! Id rather walk... I love walking, but I broke my foot. I was still determined to get around Epcot to experience the Food and Wine Festival. My husband found this company and were so pleased he did! The customer service was outstanding, the scooter was great and never lost charge, and their delivery/pick up service was painless. Soooo happy with our experience!! We will keep this in mind for if we ever need it again or if our friends/family have a need for it. Highly recommend!

Was in Orlando and my wife was dealing with some severe back issues. Contacted Irene picked one up within the hour. Andrew encouraged me to add the cooler and extra seat pad. Both were fantastic options and worth the extra cost. The cooler paid more rjan paid for itself in Disney. My wife was amazed by how the extra pad relieved the pressure while sitting on the unit. Sales, service and support were A+.
Used to be my go to place for scooters, but this past visit showed me they were more worried about getting my money then keeping me as a loyal customer. I rent from them for about a week at a time at least 4 times a year, and had issues with my scooter twice this visit. Had to leave disney and go back to the resort to get it replaced which cost me a day ticket. Spoke to customer service which said they would refund 2 days and give me a 3 day free rental next time. Of course not what happens! Manager called, who wasn’t very pleasant and told me she would give me one day back. Then I was going to leave early called moved up the pick up date by 2 days and she wouldn’t refund me that either! Customer service is awesome, but I will never rent from them again. They apparently don’t appreciate loyalty, and I will give my money to another scooter place!

Reserved scooter for 9am, didnt inform me i has to be present to sign. So i missed them. Driver called we rearaged for it to be droped off at 1pm. 1 pm came no scooter. I call im told it couldnt be deluvered until 2:30 comes no scooter. I gibe them till 3pm (sometimes deliveris are late) im told hes stuck in traffic and will be here any minute. Driver calls he has to stop somewhere first, then hell be here in 35 minutes. Dont know if hell make it or not lol. Shouldnt have to waite 3hours+. The driver should never have rescheduled a time if it wasnt going to be honored!!!! Ive talk with some folks that had nothing but good things to say about big orange, but theve dropped the ball today!!!

* WONDERFUL SERVICE * I was 100% pleased Big Orange Mobility and will definitely use them again when Im in the Orlando area !!! We rented 2 of their transportable scooters during the holidays 2017. They even delivered them for us on Christmas Eve ! The young man that brought them could not have been more pleasant and patient. He took the time to show us how to break them down, then he stood by while WE put them back together, then made sure we could take them apart ourselves and repeat. He did not leave us, until he was sure we felt comfortable and confident in what we were doing. He assured us more than once, that if we ever had questions, or needed ANY thing at all, we shouldnt hesitate to call and someone would be happy to assist. I was ready for this part of the trip to be a hassle - but everything went perfectly smooth and every staff member I had contact with (in person and on the phone) was a joy to deal with. No, I do not have stock in the company and Im not related to any one there - it was just nice to get a good product AND service for my money. Well Done Big Orange !P.S. Give the young man who delivered our scooters a BIG RAISE - he deserves it.
Wheelchair failed, so rented a scooter whilst big orange repaired my chair, thanksFirstly they are now based in oxford drive, but its the same team.I dealt with Greg who was great.My electric wheelchair had damaged its power cable to battery getting smashed into a rental car, no cars with hoists available for rental that I’ve found yet.Greg arranged for me to rent one of their 3 wheel GoGo scooters, it was fine, just obviously not as comfy as my Foldawheel plus wheelchair but it got me mobile for the Disney parks.They ordered the part to repair my chair whilst I hired the scooter. First day of hire the scooter failed within 2 hours of use, battery failure i think. So why 5 stars you are asking? Because within 40 minutes a member of the big orange team met me in Hollywood studios to swap out my faulty scooter with a good working replacement, wow excellent customer service.A end of week we returned, my chair repaired, thanks again big orange mobilityPROS- friendly team- free easy parking at front of shop- They kept me up to date with the state of the repair and the part arriving into country- Scooter rental much cheaper than using DisneyCONS- would be good for website to show inclusive hire prices, ie include insurance etc so actual price shown for ease of customer comparisonMore

Had very good service ordering it. And then it wss delivered. Ww had two. After 1st day 1 started running funny starting and stopping. Mine had trim piece hanging off. And sounded like a frog wss in it. The driver was made aware of this issue twice. Still dont know if it was documented had to replace other one. Time out of our VACATION. piece had to be removed because it was dangerous. They told us to tape it. Like im going on vaction wit gorrilla tape. Then they dont show up at pick up time. They promised a 3 day credut havent seen it yet.I wss told i was getting a new one at time i placed order. Do they not service thrse when then come in? We sre furious how we were handled. At one point they disconnected. Spent over half an hour on phone. Will not use them again. Seats are very uncomfortable. I read all these really stellsr reviews. Glad someone got service.
Big Orange RipoffCame to Orlando with my father who needed to be off his feet due to medical reasons. The scooter was so large that it didnt fit in our fan. (we found out after the second day of phone tag that they brought us a larger one than we requested, hence our difficulty)We drove it all of 8 feet, and about 5 minutes our first day: to the van and back into the hotel. Immediately called to say, Hey, its way to big. We are going to just rent in the parks. Please come get it. Seems like a reasonable request, yes?The woman we spoke to with customer service immediately began giving my parents the run-around. Why didnt we want it? (We told them already) Did we want another one? (We didnt) Theyd have to get back about the chair issues.Day two. Chair is still here, at the hotel, unused. The same woman speaks with my parents again. Why didnt we want it? (We told them already) Did we want another one? (We didnt) Someone call Bill Murray, cause it felt like Groundhog Day. She said she would have to speak to the owner about a refund. At the end of the day, she said the owner would authorize a refund of $88 on a chair that cost over $200 to rent. One that we didnt use...except for 5 minutes...one day ago. Even during this process, she asked what the issue was. I guess shes a big fan of Deja Vu!This company has ZERO customer service. Our request was simple. A refund. Their (repetitive) response was a Spanish Inquisition round of questions and less than half our money back. You can be sure that we have no intention of using this company ever again, and I would recommend you steer clear of them unless you are a fan of wasting time and money.

Rented an ECV and a wheelchair for 5 days of a family Disney vacation. Customer service was outstanding from the time I placed my reservation until the end of our trip. The gentleman, wish I could remember his name (he was from MD), who delivered our ECV and chair to the hotel was very friendly and gave a helpful tutorial on how to operate the ECV and break it down to fit into our vehicle. There was a small issue with the original wheelchair we were given, but we didnt notice it until we unloaded it on our first morning at Hollywood Studios. I made a panicked call to customer service and they met us at the park to exchange for a new wheelchair. We will definitely use this company on all Disney vacations!
