Two experiences, both perfect.Gina handled my house sale and I couldnt of asked for any better. From discussing comps, to pricing the house, to viewings, everything went smoothly and resulted in being under offer within the month. Closing was as smooth as could be.Before selling I rented my property. MaryRose knows her stuff ! price, market, tenant suitability, EVERYTHING ! What impressed me was that MaryRose and her team were by my side 24/7 throughout the 12 month tenancy WHENEVER I needed something. As I was now in another state, this level of service was very appreciated.If youre looking for sale or rental representation, you should give either of these ladies a chance to earn your business.

Berkshire Hathaway is an excellent company with top notch customer service. The staff is highly resourceful and they have an array of real estate agents with all levels of experience to assist you with all of your real estate needs. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for real estate services to give them a call or simply walk in. The office location is fantastic and very welcoming!

Working with this particular office was a nightmare. We always paid our rent before it was due, never missing a day. We took care of the home as if it were our home. We understand the headache that goes along with being a landlord and having people live in your home who do not care for the maintenance of the house. Obviously, like any tenant, you make sure that when you leave the home the house looks as it was given. We made sure we covered any holes from nails plus bought the exact paint to touch up the wall color. We cleaned the house spotless! The deposit was $1150 and from that, we only received half. They charged $350 on paint touchup (that paint most have gold to cost that much). They even charge for items that were already in that condition prior to moving in. They tried to charge as much as possible by even charging 10$ for tape on the ceiling that I forgot to take down after my sons birthday. The women who did the inspection prior to the move in did not take her time. She did the yearly inspection which took her like 5 minutes. The last inspection she went with a man who had no consideration to the fact that I was going along with two toddlers. Instead, he said, grab your kids. The women started to argue about the time of the appointment. The ladies from the office were not any better. The secretary should know if she wants to speak unprofessionally the least thing she could do is pause the phone. Instead of having us hear her, this guy is calling again. Ashley Cantrell kept avoiding our phone calls to not deal with the issue. That same day they decide to send the check priority without even talking on the phone. The dispute process was pointless since they basically tell you there is nothing they can do or change unless we want to start a legal process. It has been the worst experience and the most unprofessional curtsey ever.

The Property Management side with MaryRose Bianchi was awesome!! They really took the time to find out what our needs were and found several properties within minutes. Since then, they have made follow up calls to make sure everything is good and that I understood how to contact them.

I usually dont write reviews but Tammy Blanchard is a straight racist!! she straight up prejudged me and tried to make me look stupid! i am the easiest person to get along with but she was so snobby !! and she wouldnt answer any of my questions. she only wanted to hear her self talk! Do not recommend this company if they have people working for them like this!!

As most have indicated do NOT rent from Berkshire. More specifically the house on Chain Fern Ct. From the beginning to the end and during our rental time, until buying a home the rental side of Berkshire is rude, unprofessional and non-caring. While renting a home for 2 years the carpet was horrible, documented during our inspection and we requested it be replaced during re-signing of our lease the last year due to severe allergies which have been documented in medical files from the VA and my children getting sick. We were told it was a no along with other needed repairs in carpeting and air conditioning unit.The air filter in the home which we of course replaced as our duty was algae and fungus filled black, the repair companies they did send the few times to fix the A/C was also unprofessional and left a mess and mold again accumulated throughout the home. While they function as a rental and realty company they work similar to a slumlord to include when you are buying a house… even when you use their agents to purchase a home. Best thing you can do is buy a home as we did or rent from another company as Berkshire is hands down the worst and prefer to ignore priority repairs even when health is an issue and find all excuses to keep your deposits then ignore any attempts to contact them. Debra Browning and the staff that came to our inspection during move in and move out being the most unprofessional and rude that I had encountered. I would absolutely not recommend them to anybody and to steer far away from them.

I absolutely love working with the staff at this office. They are helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a real estate need or question they are the people to ask.

If youre renting a home from this company be very wary. Theyll steal your deposit. Their move out walk through on their paper will include words like dusty, and rusty. Took a huge portion of my deposit, for a condo that was left in almost better quality. If I had the time and resources I would of taken them to court. They rented 344 cervantes Dr. To me. Real bad company.

Beware, run as far away as you can from this company!!! Do not rent at all unless you want to be left without your security deposit after doing everything right! The whole staff is rude and incompetent! Their property manager MaryRose Bianchi is so unprofessional, than you have her administrative assistant Ashley Cantrell who has no idea what she is doing and will lie non stop! Please for all your sakes stay away from this fraudulent and incompetent company!!
