Prompt service. Smooth phone communication. No up front contract but paid for 3 consecutive weekly fumigations with option for monthly services at a very low cost compared to other estimates.

They are not reliable DONT spend your money on them. I paid $1000,00, to get rid of roof rats, 2 weeks after they service my property the problem was still there, I opened the attic and look myself, they placed 2 traps near the access door. Traps you can buy at the dollar general. I called the manager he went and looked at the house, spoke to my tenant not me, I never heard from him again. Do not use this company

Would not recommend!!I feel like I wasted my money with them, the exterior looked like it was never treated and the interior issues remained the same. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. We purchased a house that came with a fully paid 3-year termite policy since it had been treated for termites prior to our purchasing it. The policy was in my husbands name. We found evidence of termites in our home while doing some remodeling. We called the phone number listed on the policy. They told me the policy had been cancelled. I asked them who cancelled it? They said they did because they werent able to get into contact with us, so they refunded the money to the person who paid for it. I asked how they tried to get ahold of us? They stated that they came to the door several times. I did have someone come to the door ONCE, but handed me paperwork that said I would have to pay $800. I told him Id have to talk to my husband because, from my understanding, the policy was paid in full. Which it was. I called and was told the policy was in my husbands name and all was good. So, we left it at that. Im a first time homeowner so I figured we were all good with that. They (Steve, the manager) said they sent several emails about the policy. I asked them what email address they sent to. Surprise, it wasnt on file anymore. I asked them to please prove to me where we stated to cancel the policy, show me evidence of the emails and/or phone calls since it was a policy IN MY HUSBANDS NAME that they cancelled and refunded (supposedly, though Im wary) without permission. The manager became upset because I was upset. I asked him if he didnt understand why I would be upset and HE HUNG UP ON ME. So I had my husband call back. Funny, he treated him a lot better than me and definitely didnt hang up on him. He said this was a transaction their district manager authorized. Everything was in his notes. Notes? What do notes mean? Anyone can write a note - show me a piece of paper with my signature or authorization. And good lord, if a district manager authorizes cancellation of a policy in someones name without even trying to give them a call first, then Id be very wary of that company. Truthfully, I would put your money elsewhere. I would NEVER pay a company that decides to refund and/or cancel a policy that is in someones name without authorization from that person. By the way, I still have the email from 2016 confirming our warranty and coverage. But I guess when they know their work isnt good enough to withstand the termites (since they were back in a little over a year), you have to do whatever you can to limit your liability for the damage. Trust the reviews on this company.Update 10/25 - Spoke to Darren, regional manner, who confirms I likely did not get any correspondence as the email and phone number they had on file was from the previous owner. He does state they can reinstate the policy and we can pay $800 for treatment but they will not fix any damage on the home. Reminder: they treated termites on this exact side of the home in April of 2016. It is only a year later and we dont even know how far the damage goes back. I asked him if he felt it was right that we didnt get any correspondence or phone calls, but they still cancelled our policy. He stated he understood how I can feel on my end but he wouldnt feel right making Florida Pest Control pay for damages to the home, even though they treated in April 2016. But they would be happy to come out and treat for $800 and can reinstate my policy then but would not pay for repair of damages. Be very very wary of this company, especially if you are a first time homeowner. As you would expect, Ill have another company come out that will honor their side of the damage policy and wont arbitrarily cancel a policy. I did ask for the number for his manager, but I was not given the number and when I tried to call again, I was hung up on. Anyhow, we will hire a more reputable and honest company to do our work for us, but we will also be filing suit against this company within the week.

Things didnt change they dont take care of their customers. Update and things have changed for the good. I have a new point of contact with Florida pest control John and he is a game changer for this company. I will update with info in the future but leaving my original post on so people can see how one person can change the face of a companyI got quotes from 4 different companies and decided to go with FLPEST. We hired them they came out 9 times 5 times with no ladder and they left. With them it takes five phone calls to get anything done and four of them are for them to understand that you hired them. There are no managers to talk to, if you look for a phone number it is not easy to find. Who ever owns this company should look at closing down for business because the dont have a clue of what they are doing.
