Great service. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone needing help controlling bugs. I thought the ants were ready to carry our home away. Thanks to Massey we have an ant free home.

Very confusing scheduling process. The need a better system, they were suppose to show in the afternoon and showed in the morning. Then they were suppose to come back the next day ( to actually complete the tasks needed) and then they showed the day before.The service itself is good, our usual guy is very nice and professional always.

They came out on time and even waited .. he was awesome and realistic with us . Im so happy with the service. And then the guy who came out to spray and put in termite baits in was awesome also .

This company charges for services not performed. When you call and schedule an appointment they do not show and lie. The people at the office are nasty and do not give a dime about the fact that customers pay their salaries. I canceled all services and warn others never engage Massey

WATCH OUT FOR THEIR DRIVERS. THEY LIKE TO RUN RED LIGHTS TO CUT YOU OFF!Im complaining about one of your drivers who ran the red light and cut me off. I must say when you have on your truck that your committed to courteous driving and you run the light and cut someone off that is not courteous. This man needs to be re-trained.
