Phenomenal service!!! This is the second time Ive had to have my iphone 6 battery fixed :( I took it to the Mac store last time, and while I have nothing against that store, my experience at We Fix It was 100% better. I set up an appointment in advance and was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. The store employees were extremely polite, helpful, and completely up front about what the process entailed. When I went to the mac store I was waiting hours. This store offers the same service with more 1-1 time to ask employees questions, a fraction of the wait, and a more competitive price. I am definitely visiting them first if something happens with my phone again.

The People were Friendly. Dan was great!!! They didnt have the battery in stock however Dan got one in and the Battery was replaced the same day. Phone seems to working good however my Wireless Charging is no longer working and that is how I Mainely charge my phone😥😥😭

Competitor told me it would be 48 hours before they could tell me what was wrong with my phone. Walked in Batteries plus. Asked .me couple questions. Had my phone fixed in about 20 minutes. Also had a better price too. Excellent service. Will go there again when needed

The technicians gave me great service. They were knowledgeable, greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They solved the problem I had with my cell phone and gave me tips in cell phone health. The personnel and customer service was great. However I had a battery for my phone replaced which cost 70.00 but my phone still wont hold a charge. I was told there would be a complete diagnostic done to make sure the battery was the problem. No problems identified. Im not sure if the battery was actually changed out my phone is still doing the same thing

My iPhone 6 battery replacement took only 15 mins. Excellent service. I’m from out of town and the Apple store couldn’t replace my battery. Batteries+Bulbs made it easy to schedule a time slot online and get quick service the same day.

It was fast and friendly. The only reason for no 5th star is that I did not get my chrome trim back. They gave me a black one and didnt tell me they didnt have the chrome one.

The battery they replaced in my tablet on 15 Feb would take a couple of days to charge. I made several visits and phone calls to see if the replacement battery had arrived. They did not bother to check other locations until I made the suggestion a month later. They sent me to the Orlando location after checking the computer but did not call that location to let them know I was coming. Upon arrival at the Orlando location they order and received a replacement battery within 72 hrs. I will continue to use Batteries Plus and Bulbs but not the Greenwald location.

This store is always the best. Any issues they work hard to resolve. Honestly I use them mostly for iPad and phone screen repair. Which they always to a great job with.

I found this place by Google and trusted to they reviews and brought my iPhone 7 to replace screen. There is one not a professional creepy, rude guy by name “Emanuel” after he fixed, my phone start to work so bad and it’s freezing DO NOT TRUST to they REVIEWS it’s fake!!!

The repair went went and my new screen hasn’t broken again since, however my touch id does not work stopped working the same day and has not worked again since and the insurance they provided to me is only to fix technical issues.

My IPhone 6 was dead,I went inside the store and less than 30 minutes problem solved(by the way they have better prices compare to other companies!)Thank you Jovena for the quick and expedite service!
