I was having some issues with my keyboard. A few keys were “misfiring” for lack of a better word. I was recommended Donald Lee Services from quite a few of the industry professionals here in Central Florida. I now see why he was the one recommended. Very communicative, fair prices and he was able to get my keyboard back to me fairly quickly too. No complaints there.If you’re having an issue, please check him out.Also, for anyone maybe getting lost finding the place on your first trip over, the repair shop is in the front office of a storage unit business. If that’s where your maps app takes you, trust it.

Donald is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work.I have brought several amps to him for various issues and I always get them back working better than when I brought them in.Dont waste your time looking at other amp repair companies. Just bring it in to Donald and get it done right.

Great service from Donald Lee. The manufacturer was no help at all. They said I would need to buy a new Amp. Donald got my Atlas sound commercial amplifier back up and running. Fast turn around time and works great. Way cheaper than having to buy a new one. Thanks!

It is no accident that Service is part of the business name..as I was extremely impressed with their service. I have a Mackie SRM450V2 that was not producing high frequency sound. I like to try to fix things myself, so had I had cracked the Mackie open and looked for obvious faults, and could find none. They were very responsive, and were able to diagnose and repair very quickly (a failed diode was the culprit). Repair bill was very reasonable. Thank you, Donald Lee Service!

Awesome service! Donald and Carol are great. They gave me a written estimate for my amp repair the same day I brought it in. Then promptly got the job done. I was able to pick it up the very next day. When I went in, they had it ready to go and took the time to show me exactly what was replaced (caps and a bridge rectifier). It was super smooth, easy, professional transaction. Exactly how a repair should work.

Donald is The Man when it comes to fixing tube amp heads. I took my Lee Jackson XLA-500 thats 25+ years old to him on a Friday, I had a huge out door festival I was playing 8 days later. I was in a panic to get it fixed, that amp is my sound. Donald said he would try to get it looked at and fixed before the gig I had and he did just that. He had it fixed in 3 days and he was closed 2 of the days...so do the math. Most important is he went over the whole amp, fixed the problem (burned out tube heater conection plug) and also re-soldered and cleaned every knob pot I had on the amp and cleaned out all the jacks on the front and back. Top notch service. As long as he works on amps I will NEVER take my amp anywhere else but him to work on. If your a guitarist and need your amp fixed, you have found the place to go. (Do call first, there are some brands he doesnt work on) I have been playing 35 years, I use to go to a well known amp guy in the area and got no where near the value in service as Donald did. His wife who works the front office and phone is very nice and knows alot about the business. They are professional all the way.. 5 star rating for sure.

This place is incredible! If only I could find this level of service and knowledge for everything I needed repaired! Donnie is first rate. I have an electronics background and can say that he really knows his stuff after chatting with him for only a short time today... Had a factory retrofit on a Fender amp that I had originally thought I would do myself, but so glad I brought it to him instead. He fixed it professionally, was extremely friendly and got if finished even faster than promised... AND at at the price he quoted! I drove nearly two hours for this upgrade after speaking with him on the phone and realizing he was the first truly knowledgeable tech I had spoken with in any major city in North/Central Florida. I will happily drive that far for ALL needed electronics repairs in the future! In fact, if he moved another hour further away, I would STILL drive to him! Truly first rate... Thanks again Donnie... Donald saved me! Donald has repaired many of my touring keyboards. But this particular fix was for a personal board. I had taken my Roland Keyboard to another local shop and was told that it could not be fixed, even though it was under warranty. I took it to Donald, he had a solution within HOURS and once Roland sent the correct parts, had it out the door the same day the parts arrived.Do not take your keyboards anywhere else.Also, Donald is one of THE nicest guys I’ve ever met in the business. Someone broke the output connector on my audio mixer, and to replace the entire PC board would be over $300. Donald soldered on a new connector with four tiny solder points, and it looked just like it was done at the factory. Works great. And I got my repaired equipment back the same day. I highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, I took a QSC K12 Powered Speaker to him, he had it back to me in under a week. Reasonable prices. I live about 2 hours away, depending on traffic, and I trust him over the local guys. Its worth the drive! Always go with the manufacturer certified repair guy if you can!
