Everything about my visit for my repair was quick and painless! I came to this location after going to another location because they had the part needed in stock. The service was great and although the price was different because of no fault to the employee, they made it right and still gave me the screen protector the other location would’ve included in the promotion. Entering this shop, is a lot like entering the Nebuchadnezzar ship in The Matrix. This is due to the rag-tag and diverse nature of the crew that work there. But make no mistake, these guys are experts. They accomplished several repairs in the past for my phone with hacker like precision, returning my battered devices to me in like new condition every time. Most recently, I dropped my phone and the screen would not turn on, even though the screen did not break. I was greeted by Yira Lee Rosario, who accurately diagnosed and repaired my phone within 5 minutes. She refused compensation, even though I tried. I was in a crisis, ready to buy a new phone but Yira stabilized my situation and saved me more money than they realize. Thank you for your compassion and help. I thought my screen on my ipad was cracked and all it was, was the protector. It was the same on my phone. I know they are trust worthy.

Went into location with 10 mins until closing and richard helped me out with out an attitude because they were about to close. Richard took his time with me and did not try to rush me out, took my phone to the back and came back it was fixed awesome guy and very knowledgeable. Here in FL, on business and my phone decides it wants to go into full possession mode. The screen went black, however I could still tell it was on, I could receive calls but couldnt see/answer them. So I took the device to AT&T, and was frustrated that they couldnt do ANYTHING!!! Then another guy working there said his wife had the same problem and they took it to ubreakifix. Now, at first I was like...ummm that sounds like some ubreakitakeitandunevergetitback type stuff because the phone is NEW! But I was assured it was legit. Took the phone over, and received great service. Keep in mind, out of town...no idea who, what, where to go and they broke it all down and kept the phone overnight (I went around 5pm, they close at 7pm) and assured me itll be ready by 3pm the next day.They were right! Look, when youre not familiar with an area but your phone aka lifeline, goes out and you have to have it, youll risk whateverto get it fixed!!! Im glad ubreakifix was there and is a legit place to bring your damaged phone. Please hurry up and open a closer one to me back home!!! Much love from OKC❤

From the start it felt like they didnt want to repair my phone. They never called me to tell me that they couldnt fix my phone and wasted my whole day waiting around for a phone call that never came. They then explained the insurance company was going to send me an email about a replacement phone. That email never came because they didnt mark my claim as completed. Wasted more time calling to get that done the next day. They said it would be taken care but of course they didnt. So a on my 3rd call to the insurance company they had to contact this fix it place to finally get the claim closed. This place did nothing but waste my time. Dont let them waste yours too.

My IPod was on its last leg, and they revived her; new life! Based on my old school knowledge, I used to keep my old IPod…not a touch, in my car, always! I only took it out to add music to it. So, when I upgraded to the IPod, I followed the same routine. Bad idea! The battery kept expanding and detracting…pushing the glass face out; being held together by tape! :-) LolI had went to several different UBreakIFixs, and all of them recommended this unit. A lot of them do not have the equipment and/or skill for this type of repair. They came through for me! It took a week longer, but I really didn’t mind, because of the quality of the repairs…plus a new one, $400+I’ll take it!!!!! Thank You! :-) I would highly recommend this unit/location!
