Rhino did a GREAT job on the carpets and rugs. Very thorough in their work. I would definitely use the again for carpet service. They were extremely reasonably priced as well!

I hired Rhino Power to clean my sectional and dining room chairs. They were quick.to answer, quick to come. I explained that the sectional had pet odors and asked if they use an enzymatic cleaner. They said they did.The man that came, came with his young son, I reiterated my concern about pet odors and he said it would be fine. He told me what was in the cleaning mixture but did not mention any enzymes. He cleaned it. Cleaned my chairs. Was unable to get a single stain out. The price was the cheapest I found. I went with them because they seemed to offer the best price for the same service. But you know what they say... sometimes something cheap ends up being more expensive in the long run.I will be getting another upholstery cleaner... about 8 months after my last service. My couches smell moldy. My dining room chairs are still stained. Ill write a review for the next company so you can compare.

I used this company November 13,2020 and they did an amazing job!! I had wax, paint, hair dye and juice just to name a few of everything on my rugs. And when they were done OMG what a difference. He has some pictures of before and after of my rugs to show the difference. Would definitely use them again.

This guy is truly amazing. I had carpets that were in what I thought was irreparable condition, however when they were done they looked brand new. No need to look any further if you need your carpets cleaned.

I called Rhino Power Monday morning and they were able to schedule me for service the next day! My husband was there and he said they were polite, very professional, and got the carpets cleaned in a little over an hour with 2 bedrooms, a dining room, and living room area to clean. I came home from work and was very pleased with what I saw! I’m in nesting mode and this definitely helped take some stress off my shoulders while we wait for our son’s arrival! Literally spoke with Alex this weekend and he was able to accommodate us for today! Both him and Gabe were extremely professional. Called on a Tuesday my puppy had an accident on our sofa he came that thursday on time and got it done sofa came out great hopefully smell wont come back later on but for now its perfect. Price was reasonable and definitely cheaper then other companies i called

Rhino Power recently added a new van truckmount machine which has its own water tank and does not require utilities to be on, in order to provide carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning services to homes.

Rhino Power does outstanding work, no doubt about it. You really have to be careful with carpet cleaning. Some companies are excellent but most are mediocre or worse. I did a Google search, Orlando Carpet Cleaning and found Rhino. We chose the Rhino rotary because of the urine stains and traffic lane dirt. It came out better than expected and we could not believe the urine that came out of the padding with their pad flush tool. It smelled great and looked completely clean. Some of the rooms were dry when they left because they put dryers down after cleaning them. I loved this and highyl recommend them.

Working in the hotel industry I have seen many carpet cleaners come and go from my house with no real care about customer needs.I must emphasize that Rhino Power is spot on with there work curdiouse to there customers and as an asthmatic it was awesome to see that he was able to get up all the extra dog hairs and help me out with awesome and very affordable pricing.all in all I highly recommend using Rhino power and using there Rhino scrubber my carpet was three shades brighter like new.

I was stuck behind the Rhino Van on Poinciana Pkwy on 10/2/2015.The driver didnt get over 41 mph in a 55mph zone.If the driver cant safely and professionally operate a motor vehicle, I certainly wouldnt trust them in my house to clean my carpets.

A waste of my day!!!. When a customer calls for your service dont ask how many rooms give them a price to then get to the location and change the fee. From the second I saw this guy jump out his work truck could tell he didnt and wasnt going do any carpet cleaning. Then tells me you can take the new charge or I can leave with no charge, WHAT!!!! Very poor customer service!!! #rude F for you already know!!!
