Made an appointment with this company TWO weekends in a row because the first weekend they just didn’t show up. Second weekend, they quoted me a window of arrival from 9-11. Didn’t hear from them by 10:50 and when I called the gentleman that answered said that he wasn’t even in the area! Refuse to give them my business despite the good prices. Prices don’t matter if the service is never given.

Had a coupon for $39.75 for 5 room any size rooms.ended up paying $175.00. Poor job.would not recommend it to anyone....

Absolutely the worst. I feel as if it was a scam. Great coupon just to get in the door then the upscaling starts. Wanted extra to clean spots. Wanted you to make a copy of their receipt to give back to you. Refused to mark paid on the receipt. He agreed to initial after I wrote paid on the receipt. Printed initials. Do not use!

I had my carpets cleaned this morning, and prior to the technician arriving at my home. I was really hoping for the best because my dog had a lot of accidents on my carpets. The technician Scott explained to me about urination saturation and the services that was going to be required to perform satisfactory work.At the end of the job I was pleasantly surprised even though some of the stains did damage my carpets. Scott worked as hard as he could under the circumstances. Because of Scott and Premier Cleaning Services my carpets will last a little longer.Thank you Scott and Premier.Joe, Winter Park Florida

Had a very good experience with this company. David was approachable and competent. Had early reservations about power of non truck mounted equipment but a good all round job ensued . Price was well below other quotes but could not see any short cuts taken so happy with the job done.Thanks David

They told a price that was different than when the person who did the cleaning gave. When I called them they told me for a small sofa for 3-4 people as Lshape, the price is $29, however, when the person came he said no, you need to pay $69 because it is sectional sofa. I had to do because there was no more time to cancel and find another company because I have visitors who are coming tomorrow. The dirty spots still their even if they were easy to go based on what he said. They are not professional and I will not get them again and will not recommend them to people because they were playing around the actual price. Be aware and try to find other companies other than them.

Curtis did an amazing job, was very professional. Job was done pretty quickly and wasnt too expensive...it was a tough job previous owner had 2 big dogs. He pulled so much dirt, dander and dog hair it wasnt even funny. The smell of dogs is gone. And the carpets look brand new! Everyone i spoke too was very nice and never once did i feel pushed into products or services.Ps recommend to use Curtis!

Mitch was incredibly nice and did a good job with the cleaning...my review is a reflection on the company and its unbelievable deceit with the pricing. Stay away from the too good to be true cost. We had a coupon for $40 for 5 rooms. That turned into $80 because our carpet. Somehow due to pretreatment, and special deodorant/antibacterial soap...the final cost was $642! Must be some heck of a soap they used. I should look into starting a carpet cleaning company if I can make $642 for 2 hours of work. Expect to have to pay for their gas too without them telling you.

I had my carpet cleaned today in my home. Matt was the technician. He worked very hard to get the carpet cleaned in my home. Before he left, they looked really great ! I was happy ! Then, about 4 hours after they had been drying, all the stains came back and some that I dont recall being there originally?! Is that even possible?! I took several photos. I have one photo taken right before I paid Matt. Hours later I had taken 8 photos to show the various locations of stains. I googled why do stains reappear after carpet cleaning and the floor is drying or dry? I found out that if too much water is used during cleaning process and gets down to the bottom of the carpet and the padding it can lift up deep stains and bring them to the surface of the carpet after it is dry or almost dry. Not sure what to do now...

I wish I could give them no stars. The owner is a crook and extremely rude. They do not own professional equipment to clean the carpets correctly. They lack training, skills, and experience. they perform bait and switch with their coupons, they have hidden charges for fuel and credit card fees. Aggressive and unprofessional owner. Do not use them, you will regret it.

Scammers to the max! they mail specials of $7.95 per room and after confirming the price 3 times with them, the day they show up and tell you the price is actually double that bc you have a special carpet. my carpet had no stains yet he said it had many, all I wanted was a simple cleaning!!! stay away from this company/ I would rather pay more to get the job done to a company that is honest and trustworthy than these crooks

Scam artists. they quote you a cheap price and after the job is done they add so many hidden fees you will end up with 5X the amount you were going to pay for. Be aware!!! rude and incompetent people who are not professional at all. they need to be reported to the BBB.

My wife just had her rental home carpets “steamed cleaned” by this company. They came out terrible, house smells like urine, and zero stains came out.It is definitely a scam as they quote cheap prices, and one should realize that you will either get upsold, or get very little benefit from their service.I would reccomend looking elsewhere for a carpet cleaning company.

This place was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I believe every negative (but true) review everyone gave, especially the one about the rude attitude. He ALMOST got a bit smart-mouthed with my wife after the BS service, so he ALMOST made it out of my house with a few less teeth. Need I say more?!

Dont recommend, poor, quick service, did not remove simple stains, rude person cause I refused to add sanitize and any other service he offered me.

High pressure, poor service, lousy job, angry awful customer service. Im astounded that the Val pak company associates, no more Val pak for me.
