0 stars is what I actually give this company. Nobody ever picks up the phone, I had a refrigerator installation appointment scheduled and the technician, Ruben, texts me 6 minutes after he was suppose to arrive that he was having a bit of a delay but was on his way. That’s no problem, so I wait for him. 2 hours later, he does not show up, he ignores my phone calls and texts to his personal cell phone, and nobody picks up the company phone when I called. Whoever gave this company anything above a 1 star review is either an employee or was offered some incentives for future services because the reviews on Amazon are a more accurate representation of what you will endure if you decide to use this company. This company is not reliable, and they are not there when you need them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR TIME WASTED.
