I not happy at all with the unprofessional of managerMario, he has no management skills. I am a faithful member and pay my member every month, why.do I have listen to others loud music. People should respect others, you HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SYAS NO LOUD MUSIC, you tell management and all he can say, the music is not loud, if it bothers a person to the point you write a review its loud. I dont put my music because not everyone likes what I like, so maybe others dont say anything, but not I, even after asking two other customers if the music that they are hearing bothers them and they said yes, but they said management doesnt do anything. Poor management, your in charge so say something, but poor Mario doesnt have the guts to say something to the person with his music using profanity. So time for me to cancel my membership and take my nusinesss somewhere else

Monday at midday, was fast, helpful staff. It was my 1st time here and for sure not the last. Vacuum was super powerful, i had to be careful w it... lol lol ... clean and organized, awesome place.

Very upset, went in for a detail but was told they are not doing details at the moment because there are only about 4 people and are understaffed. So I went with the Platinum package, but once I came out to dry and clean the interior there are no towels. I might as well find a different car wash or just do it myself since they aren’t doing anything there but pressing a button.UPDATE : Spoke to Victor and he was able to address all of my concerns and help me out. Great job with customer service and look forward to having you guys continue to service my vehicles!

I love this place. They raised their prices but they needed too I guess.A normal wash is $8 which includes you doing the vacuum which are great, they have two of them. They are great here. The guys that work here are awesome and they work really hard. You can get a hand wax for $45.

Paid for bug cleaning and employees to lazy to pick up scrub brush

We had absolutely trashed my car when I took it in for cleaning. We moved across country with 2 kiddos (3 and 1) and then took forever to get around to washing the car. I purchased the Super Clean Detail for $35 and these guys took over an hour working on my car. I told them twice not to worry if they could’ve get it all the way clean but when they finished, it was spotless—Cleaner than when I bought it! Mario (the manager) was great and we’ll definitely be back (with a cleaner car next time!).

Always a great car wash, great hours, and reasonable prices. I gave two stars instead of a five because lately their pressure washers are not working, the dryer for the floor mats is broken, and they do not offer a discount program for multiple cars.

Ill change it to 5 when I get a call back. Ive called now for the past 3 days and cant seem to get my call returned. Im a monthly member but there is a lot lacking in customer service at this business.

Honestly I found this Car Wash on my own due to the fact in my local area theyve been changing EVERY good carwash that was there to a Mister Carwash. Which in my opinion sucks because they dont do certain services and have a lot less to offer for about the same price. Im glad I joined the membership today. I spoke with Isaac on the phone and made everything clear. When I got there I was able to provide my information and was able to get a Basic Monthly Membership Carwash for $1, then $19.99 the following months if you would like to continue the service. Also this place does accept cash, and debit/credit. This is perfect because there is no cancelation fees or contracts if you do have to cancel in an emergency. Such a good carwash please dont change and actually stay there unlike the local Carwashs that were in St. Cloud area near the Walmart. They offer many other services this is what I could afford and will be coming back. With the membership you can come in 2 times per day 7 days a week. My car came out so clean Im so impressed and only a Basic Carwash.

I love that this place offers compressed air hoses at the end, perfect to get all the leaves and dirt out of the nooks and crannies in the bed of my truck that otherwise would be impossible to get out. Also really helpful to dust off the pocket of doom between the seat and the arm rest console. Resonable prices, dont usually have to wait.

I really enjoy it here. I have a membership and would say its definitely worth it. I kayak and have a dog so car washes can become costly. I have a basic package for $20 a month. Unlimited car wash and vacuum. Totally worth it. The only issue I have is they only open up one side. Expecially in the a.m. to use the vacuum. Its not shaded on the side the open and its hard to open your doors when someone has thier doors right next to you open. Im sure they are trying to save energy so I let it alone but some days I skip the vacuum because there is no room. My husband asks them to open the other side and they do but I am a bit more shy so I dont bother. If you live in the area definitely try the membership. Im really glad I went for it.

I went in for a car wash and purchased the super clean service. When they were drying the car they were using regular towels. When I asked them why they use towels and not micro fiber towels the kid told me that they don’t use microfiber because they are more expensive. I have them the benefit of the doubt as her told me that the towels will not scratch my car. Well I have micro scratches all over the car and I just purchased the car a month ago. 2021 Chevy Traverse.Not a happy camper at all!!!

This car wash is great. Equipment is always in working order and they have a few extras that everyone can enjoy and not just their members. Things like an air nozzle at every vacuum bay to blow water out of all your nooks and crannies, the carpet cleaner, and free rags. My only small complaint is that the prep guys really don’t do much besides guide you into the wash bay. A lot of other places scrub your front bumper, windshield, rear window, and rear bumper. But knowing that, I always do my own prep at their ‘bug removal’ station. Great job! Keep it up!

I should have went somewhere else. Come here if you want bad customer service from disrespectful young adults trying to make you buy something you don’t want at the moment. I won’t be coming back.

We went to clean the car and then vacuum it. There was NO six feet spacing from car to car. We asked the manager victor Lopez if he could open the first side of vacuums so we wouldn’t have to be shoulder to shoulder with the other cars. He was in no way shape or form, concern about coronavirus for his Customers. He straight out said no. That is a health hazard and it should be. They have enough vacuums to space them out. It’s sad that not even the costumers cared to wear mask. No one cared that they were about a foot apart. We left after a few nasty words towards each other. Needless to say we will not use that place ever again.

Everyone here is great. Great service, great prices and great atmosphere. Always makes you feel like one of the family. I will keep bringing my wife’s van and my Camaro.

EDIT: The owner contacted me directly and made everything right with me and my issue. He was very courteous, friendly and professional while talking to me. After understanding my situation he went ahead and refunded me the money owed and even gave me a coupon for a free wash. I leave my original post only for people to understand the situation they fixed. Now that they have made things right with me I can safely say I recommend this place again! Thank you John** I WAS happy with the service and the value of the product for a while. I had the monthly membership and used it regularly until I had to move to Miami. I went personally to the office to cancel the membership and a girl took care of me. She even gave me a receipt that it was canceled. Since I trusted it was done I never put any more thought on it, this was on June 2019. Fast forward to February 2020 and I need to move back to Kissimmee so I started verifying my acts and realized they never stopped charging me. Nine months where they charged me the $40 a month even though I canceled in person and got a receipt and never passed by there. I called them immediately and was told they could only go back 3 months and that they would only be able to refund me 3 months. They owed me $360 but could only refund me $120. I demanded to talk to the manager and was told only the owner could do something about it and that they weren’t there. They refused to give me a direct number to them for me to call and instead took my info down and assured me they would call me back. March came and I moved back to Kissimmee and still didn’t hear back from them. With the move and the pandemic I wasn’t able to go back there quick so I waited till end of May beginning of June when they reopened businesses and stopped by in person this time. Talked to another guy and was told the same thing about the owner. My info was taken once again and I’m now in July 7 still waiting on a call back. I even told them I would be ok with them giving me the other 6 months I paid for now for me to actually use because they were the ones to charge it by mistake, if giving me my money back was not an option but I haven’t even heard back from them. I must say this is beyond unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to me as a client that trusted their process and got screwed with no one willing to even try to make it better. Save your money and don’t go there and if you must don’t trust them for a membership.

Terrible customer service!!! Be careful with them!!I’ve been a member since they opened, I use to go at least twice a week. Recently they’ve been charging my card for my monthly service, but when I go there it would ask me to renew my membership, so I did, I went again 6 days later and the machine asked to renew my membership again.I spoke to Mario and the person who assisted me on the last day I had paid and he clearly remembers that I did paid. I even had the evidence that they charged my card and even showed them my bank statement. Mario wanted to charge my card for the third time and he treated me like I wasnt saying the truth when I had all my evidence, he said it was my problem and I had to check with my bank not his problem. Even the receipts and my bank statement shows that I did paid he says its my problem!! Scammers!!!Btw the vacuums are always clogged.

Typically I come here and they washed my car really well I had no problem. One day I brought another vehicle that I had and came by and paid for super clean wash. After cleaning, when I came to look at my car they didn’t even touch the front. I had to show them all spots and dirt on the vehicle and they would only clean that area and just stand there and wait for me to show another spot. Even after all that cleaning the vehicle was still looking dirty. I am not very satisfied with your service. I am taking my business else where.

Apparently they are under new management. The wash did not even touch the front of my car. I pre scrubbed before entering and the same exact spots were still there. When I went around again to ask him to please put it threw he refused and sent me away with soap on the front of my car. He said if I wanted to go through again I would need to pay $7.00 more. In the past they had no problem washing again IF NEED be. My husband has the membership we will be canceling today and driving a little further where the service is good in St. Cloud on 192!

One of the best car washes Ive been to and would be Five Stars if the customer service was on par with the equipment. Just frustrated they dont offer more options for multi-vehicle families, or more pricing options in general. Spoke to the owners/managers on site about this and they seemed receptive but havent seen any changes since mid-September 2018. Also frustrated because I just traded in two of my vehicles that had the RFID tag and monthly membership but when I call them to cancel my monthly subscription no one answers the phone and their voicemail isnt set up. Theres a website but it still says coming soon and offers no way to get in touch with management. Anyone can buy a franchise or start a business, but customer service is more than red carpet and velvet ropes: you need to maintain communication with your customers and give them the means to communicate their feedback.

Very bad service and when get there the manager MARIO very unprofessional says they charge me 10$ more because is a passenger van and is like 2 cars so they charge me 45 plus the tip 10 more so 55$ dollars for incomplete carwash and he offered a coffee for the inconvenience because his employee don’t know about that charge and I have the proof for this

I have been to watershed at least 2 to 3 times a month since it has opened. i live about an hour and some change from the watershed and pass about 10 car washes but i would never trade the WATERSHED OMG! If i have an option to give you a 10 STAR i would!!! is amazing from the equipment to the prices the quality you paying for is what you receiving, i love how my car sparkles and shine especially my rims. i love it. and the serves is amazing the employees are amazing make you feel right at home always there to help out. from the manager Junior, to Rene, Orlando and Manny . i dont like the night shift though not as organized as the morning shift and very rude manager on the night shift very unprofessional. but besides that i come in morning time and let me just tell you those 4 man are there to help you in anything that you need and give a very good name to watershed good job guys keep up the great job. THANK YOU WATERSHED!!!

Went and got a nice detail, the workers Karrell and Chantel were very hard working and did a 10/10 outstanding job, service was great and will be going back, I had a stain that wouldn’t come off and Karrell got it off with hard scrubbing which really took it over the top, overall I would recommend this car wash and when you go be sure to ask for Karrell and Chantel for your details!

I went to get my car wash here since they were wanting so many customers at one point standing on the street promoting the business. I decided let me give them a chance and they did not do a good job at all. I spoke to the Spanish guy that works there and I told him the vacuum is not working if he can go see why is not working and he did not, then I told him my carwash was not good, He told me to pay and go through again. Dont recommend this place at all....

They had to reboot their computers. Waited an extra 10 to 15 minutes to get my car washed. Time is money.

We are platinum members today I pulled up theres no bug wash went through the car wash and in the last couple of weeks Ive had to go through the car wash twice to have make sure my car was clean ! And then I ask an employee for towels because there are none for the members he says OK I wait 20 minutes he never brings them.the windex is not windex mostly water because its watered down and barely does a good job theyre skimping On a lot of things. The air pressure is low so you cant really blow the car out. Management needs to address these issues and fix the problems.They have been more focused on the express services and not loyal customers. I purchased platinum when it was still VIP.

I have gotten the $10 basic wash twice now and I’m pretty happy with results. Even though you’re not paying for the upgraded tire shine that lasts for a week +; this affordable wash has a feature called bright shine which leaves your tires looking shiny and clean, like the rest of your car. My only complaint is that my SUV wasn’t completely dry after the wash. The entire back of my car was sill covered in water. I believe the upgraded washes offer longer/stronger air dryers so this doesn’t happen. Regardless, the water dried on my way out and there were just a few spots on the car, nothing too bad.I used to have a membership at Joe’s downtown who offers the same type of car wash subscription however one BIG difference is that there at probably 25-30 vacuum spots to use when you’re done with the wash. Joe’s probably had 12, if that many. So no waiting for someone to finish with their car so you can pull in to get to yours. Plenty of spots! And no sharing vacuum hoses, every spot has 2. Each spot also has an air sprayer hose, kind of what you use to clean out your keyboard and other small places at home with a compressed air can. It makes cleaning out the dash and cup holder area a breeze.My fav thing would be is that 90% of the vacuum parking spots are under a solid roof (not canopy) so if it’s 100 degrees outside or raining, you can still vacuum and clean out your car with no trouble. Since this car wash is brand new, it goes without saying the drive through scrubbers are all nice and new and not grimy and gross touching your car.The whole place is kept extremely clean, there’s no trash anywhere. It’s also worth mentioning they have 3 spots you can pull into before you pull into the car wash with water buckets and brushes for you to pre-scrub the bugs off your bumper so that most come off during the wash. I like this and haven’t seen it before. Especially after a long road trip during love bug season. They thought of everything. The staff there is really nice too, I left something there today that I took out of my car while vacuuming the and when I called the office, the guy offered to look for it and when he found it he saved it for me to pick up later. How nice is that?Would definitely recommend and considering getting a monthly membership now that I canceled Joe’s! Good value for what you pay.

I take my car there all he time and I love it, price it super good, they just perfect.

Better than I expected! The car wash cleaned the outside of the car very well. I wanted to see just how clean it was afterwards and so I inspected it throughly. Kind of funny result but I was able to find parts of one or two bugs still on the front near the cars grill. Otherwise the paint was literally spotless. Vacuums and pressurized air were avalible, and that made cleaning the inside ourselves quick and effective. To earn a full five stars, I personally would say just spend a touch more effort pressure washing the front of the car.

Just noticed a fake review by a david daniels also who has answered questions regarding water treatment, but also posts a review as a customer? Integrity people.... Anyways. Came back to update my review. New manager has the friendly mask on but is subtly insulting. Kind of odd in the first place to have any interaction or interruption with manager when it isnt even requested by the customer. New rules, not what we members paid for, and member space is now completely taken away for a empty detailing section which probably close to no one will pay for. Even the employees look like theyre under siege now when prior to changes staff was friendly and very helpful. Will be cancelling memberships as well as family subs so now a loss of 9 unlimited customers due to inconsistent service type which i paid for. There are other services around that will basically detail your car for less than 20 bucks. No need to pay these guys anymore if they cant stay consistent with the experience.Dont bother replying or reaching out, the best customer service is to SERVE the customer and make the most of the first impression of service, Not create issues where we then have to waste time typing negatives reviews.5 star now a -4 but 1 star since thats the lowest u can submit with. Shame it was an ok wash spot. When both customers and employees arent happy, youll ultimately lose money regardless of your efforts trying to increase your bottom line. Will recommend folks to stay away from now on.

Today is Valentines, and one of the employees gave me a beautiful red rose and a box of goodies. The owner bought roses and boxes of goodies for the customers.I personally went to the owner and thanked him, that was such a sweet and unexpected acted of kindness. Just visited car wash the Watershed in Kissimmee (4-6-19 at 2:18 pm) to take my sons car (Im already member with my main car). The carwash malfunctioned and didnt dispense soap, water or dryer. We went around and informed young lady at gate. She called manager who asked how much we paid and gave us another wash. He never apologized for our waste of time. Then stood at end of car wash hidden to the side looking at us like if we were scammers or thieves! It wasnt to assure we got proper service. If that was the point why not wave when I made eye contact with him. If I was a scammer wouldnt I have lied about how much I paid to get an upgrade? This simply isnt costomer service. Apologizing for an inconvenience is free. Treating people with respect is free. This is how you can grow a business or fail in the long run. Thanks for your time.

Had a wonderful experience this last weekend at the Watershed. I particularly like the mat wash machine.

I came from maryland and went to the watershed carwash for the first time on wednesday. I spent $10 on the ultimate wash for my car and when i was done it was still dirty in some areas and had mosquitos on the windshield. Manny had someone come out and clean it for me then took me to the bug cleaner station and the manager junior came out and started talking about me while i was in the car with my wife saying that i always do this and that this was the 2nd time i came back that day. When i got out to confront him and ask him who he was he wouldnt tell me and started disrespecting me insisting that i always do this although it was my first time there EVER. Manny had me go through the wash again and this time i paid $20. No discount or anything. Ive never felt so disrespected by a manager of an establishment before. I was dissatisfied with the service and felt completely disrespected and insulted by the staff. Never coming back and spending my money here again. There are plenty of others in the area with superb service. No one should have to feel or go through this when spending THIRTY dollars on a wash that they can get for $5 anywhere else.

I was here this morning washing my car page $ 11.00 my car came out all wet dirty on the grill the dirty rings and I complained to the manager at that time to Mr. Mario and his response was that for $ 11.00 dollars it did not include the drying that had to be $ 21.00 and up.

The place was clean. Did like that tire shine solution was available in the vacuum area.
